I ordered an iced matcha latte and the service was fast but my drink payed the price for the quickness. The matcha wasn't blended properly and I could see clumps of the powder inside the caramel at the bottom of the cup. The starbucks wasn't pack at all so they had no reason to rush, an extra 30 seconds to blend the matcha would have been enough. I personally really enjoy this Starbucks, it's my go to for when I want to enjoy a cup of coffee and binge a few chapters of my latest book. The staff has always been super friendly and respectful, they've always greeted me with a smile. In fact I saw one of the employees(Shea)help a customer carry their stuff across the street the other day. It was a really nice gesture. This is a busy spot!! If going through the drive through at certain times (morning rush) be prepared for the line! I will say, however, that the line does move fairly quickly. I was really wanting to try out their Beyond Sausage Breakfast Sandwich and it did not disappoint. Not the cheapest sandwich to get but especially if needing a vegetarian option will traveling a good place to keep in mind. The sandwich is not vegan. It includes eggs and cheese FYI- maybe one day they will make w vegan version (hint hint lol). Also tried the Strawberry Acai Refresher and it was great. The service here could use some fine tuning. I understand busy but it appears they are also understaffed. I remember a time Starbucks Customer service could compete with Chick fil a. Do not go inside! They prioritize drive thru and mobile orders. There were 3 people in the drive thru line and 2 people inside waiting for drinks when I got there. It was a beautiful day so I decided to get out of my car and go inside. It took them almost 15 minutes to make my 1 simple cup of coffee order because they kept filling mobile and drive thru orders that came in after me. I counted at least 10 drive thru orders that were filled while I was stupidly standing inside becoming more and more angry! I saw where they put my order sticker and they kept putting new orders in front of mine. Terrible service! read more

Spacious Starbucks with a drive thru in a plaza with many stores. Always get the order correct and fast service. Lots of seating and very comfortable. They do keep it pretty cold in this store though, so bring something to stay warm if you're staying for a while. read more

The staff at this location are rude and lazy. They had it advertised that they do pour over coffees in afternoon and they were told me no. I brought attention to sign and then manager told them to do it. If that wasn't bad enough, one server had long hair pulled back with long strands dangling in his face as he swung his point tail all over the place. This is quite possibly the worst Starbucks location on our good green Earth. This opinion can mostly be attributed to the HELL that is their drive-through. I could give detailed accounts of the several times that I have made the mistake of falling into their trap, as this is the only Starbucks within at least a 30 mile radius, but I'll keep it semi-short and bitter. Drive-thru moves at a snail's pace and the awkward parking lot doesn't help either. The employees were nice and the coffee was great as always. I would give this place a better rating but it is absolutely filthy. The bathroom sink was so dirty I didn't want to use it. The condiment bar was empty of almost everything. The milk pitchers had ice in them to keep them cold, meaning that they don't replace them that often. The seating area was dirty also, and looked like it hadn't been swept for some time. My advice is to use the drive-thur since they seem to put more emphasis on that side. read more

One of the worst Starbucks I've been to. They are so slow!!!! Half the time they don't get my drink right either. Ridiculous.

I spend a lot of money here everyday. This place should be a lot cleaner. Do yourself a favor and don't mobile order you will be waiting a long time. This has to be the most dirtiest Starbucks I have visited. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because I love the coffee. I travel across the country for work and have been to literally hundreds of Starbucks across the states. This one is the worst I've ever seen. Bathrooms are worse than sub-par gas stations. The staff is loud, chanting and laughing and yelling while people are trying to read or talk or whatever. I asked one of the staff about my tea and he looked like he could care less. I have no issues with this location, and my husband comes here to work and have meetings often. One thing. Today I ordered a spinach feta wrap. After a few bites, I look and realize there's a sticker on the wrap itself, which I took a big ol' bite out of. I was wondering why that particular bite had a strange texture. Ill start with the good stuff first. I come to this Starbucks 3 to 4 times a week with a client of mine faithfully. There are a few things I don't like such as restricted parking and it could be a little more cleaner, however, whats makes us come Back is the people that work there that makes us feel at home. Today is 2/4/2020 I was in there with my client around 10:45am. Now the people in there today I have seen before but are not normally the ones in there when we are there. When the people we know are there we don't really have to give our name because they know who we are. They are always friendly and welcoming. Well not today. There was a girl who wore glasses her name starts with a A. I placed my order they asked for for name and I waited for my food and drink. My food came, they called my name and I took my food. The girl whose name starts with an A was making drinks. She seen me standing at the counter waiting. She looked right at me and sat a drink off to the far right of me as if she knew it wasn't my drink. So I dIdnt touch it. I waited patiently and time just kept passing me by. A few people came by touching the drink. She then says what are you waiting for I told her and she grab the drink turned it around and pointed like that's yours take it. I told her it's cold now plus people have been coming by touching the drink and you never even called my name to let you know that one was mine. She reply you were standing up here sooo. She seemed annoyed and walked away to make other people's drink. Her behavior was letting me know I wasn't a priority no matter how long I waited. She then made the drink and purposely sat it next to the other drink and didn't say this one is for you. So I didn't touch it. She finally said that your drink with a attitude. I said oh you didn't say Anything and she turn rolled her eyes up and smiled and she it's no big deal. She had a smug smile that's showed Im really not being nice but I use word that may sound nice but say them in a sarcastic way. Body language and facial expressions is a form of communication and I read it. Hers was sarcastic and disrespectful. I Took my drink and sat down by my client. When I looked over at her I noticed her talking to the other employees and them looking back at me and laughing. It's obvious she was talking about me which is OK we're all human and do it but you should never make your customers feel uncomfortable in your business setting, especially customers who come there that are regulars. And to top it off there's a new Starbucks about to open a mile away. If I was the owner of it and would not want to lose my customers especially my regulars. Here is why I will not be returning back with my clients nor spending anymore money at this location. Good Customer service is very important she didn't provide that. When you run around like a teenager talking about your customers creating a uncomfortable atmosphere no one wants to come back to a place like that. As far as me not grabbing a drink I don't believe in putting my hands on stuff that people have to put in their mouth. To me the purpose of calling the persons name is so they know which one is theirs. You don't know what kind of germs, viruses and bacteria is my someone's hands. That's why I stand at the counter and wait for my name to be called so that there's not several people putting their hands all over the drink that I have to touch right after they touch it. I give the same respect I want so I don't touch a drink or food unless I know it's mine and that is why I did not reach for, grab or touch the drink that she sat on a counter to my far right and didn't call my name. Cross contamination is real. All these viruses going around is real. If you don't practice cleanliness when dealing with food we have a problem. It's just like how people wear gloves but touch everything and then touch the food. The only thing They are protecting is their hand. Everything else becomes cross-contamination. I would have gave them at least 3 stars because of the other workers there that are really nice but that girl overrides that with her behavior and poor customer service.
