They seem to get your basic already on the menu drinks down but if you customize something it's ALWAYS WRONG. I get that they are busy but I try to go when its not so crazy. I love Starbucks BUT this one needs a lot of work. It smells like a dirty mop inside and it's always freezing. I don't feel comfortable eating here due to the lack of cleanliness inside. Also, there is barely any parking spots and the drive thru is in the worst location. I can't wait for a new Starbucks to open in this location. read more

Slowest drive thru on earth! Drinks are ok but I this Starbucks is super slow. They gave my dog a treat once. That was nice.

I love having a local Starbucks but this location is too slow ! And when you go in you wouldn't know it because it looks as if the staff is working hard and fast. So what is the problem? Why does it take 20 min to get a drink? I once went inside because he car line was so long, just to see the line inside was 10 people deep with one cashier. I order my drink and give cash to be put on my app. Go to scan my app to pay and the cashier told me my account was on hold and to call and 1-800 number. I looked at him dumbfounded because I had just given him more than enough cash to cover my drink. Luckily another staff member came by and said my drink would be on them. I mean not for nothing I had just waited 20min! The drinks are always done correctly and the staff I encounter is friendly but honestly there's no reason why drinks should take this long. read more

Tios: skip drive thru on the weekends or Friday mornings, mobile ordering sometimes its not ready (I waited 25 mins for my coffee after others walked in and out before me), park across street for better access. read more

I live in Manhattan and go once or twice every day to various Starbucks there. Many are always very busy and often have 3-4 baristas who, in my experience, are very efficient. I'm visiting family here. Compared to those locations in the city this Starbucks is SO VERY SLOW....and that's with 7-8 baristas. Watching them all behind the counter, they seem very inefficient and the process looks chaotic. Fortunately, I'm not in a hurry...but the difference is very noticeable. read more

So Starbucks is pretty much Starbucks anywhere you go. But this is the third time in three weeks that I've been to this Starbucks and they are out of whipped cream. How hard is it to project whipped cream needs and order appropriately? They also seem to prioritize the drive through over internal lines. Three were 20 people in the line inside and one register open. read more

Obviously times are tough through this entire COVID experience but still the customer experience could be executed better. We come to this particular Starbucks multiple days a week due to working nearby and they can just never get the staple Starbucks Double Shot on Ice correct. I have worked at Starbucks in the past and there is a specific way to make every drink, these specifics are not being followed whether or not we are in a crisis. read more

The baristas at this Starbucks location take the time to get to know me and remember my order for next time. And they do it with a smile on their face. Favorite Starbucks to go to! Of course it can get a bit slow around peak hours (from experience i'd say 2-3 and sometimes around 5), but even when it takes a while to get your drink, it's perfect. A few of the baristas learned my usual order and all i had to do was say the size. Drive up can be a bit slow and confused at times, have had a few wrong drinks but they fixed them right away. All the workers know what they're doing and get it done as quick as they can! I will gladly wait on a line for a good coffee-iced, hot, or blended, it's well worth the wait. read more

If I could give a negative review I would. I order from the Starbucks four times a week sometimes two times in a day. No matter when I order whether it's through the mobile app or going into location it always takes a ridiculous amount of time to get my coffee. I've come to this being the normal so when I order I always give myself 15 minutes before I pick up the coffee on the mobile app. Even though the app tells me 5 to 7 minutes. Today was the final straw. I ordered my coffee at 9:40 AM. Got to the Starbucks at 9:55 AM didn't get my coffee till after I asked where it was which was after 10AM. When I asked the girl she stared at me blankly and said "well the mobile orders come really fast. So we just grab them and fill them!" As it turns out there's no specific order and that they hadn't even got to mine yet, but we're filling ordered time stamped after mine. OVER priced, coffee (if it could be called real coffee) SUCKS, typical crowd of mindless, nasty, sheepish 'liba'tards' that frequent this type of rip off place. Ashy, over brewed, bitter or over flavored with any assortment of flavored additives that have no place in a coffee cup. I'm waiting to here that they have a Tuna Flavored coffee next..."Tuna-latte". The food...if snacks can be called food...are over priced as well. Not worth the money, time and effort, Go to the American dinner or Wendy's if you need something more reasonable in price and better in quality. For real coffee...Dunkin Donuts is right up the road. I don't understand the bad reviews for this location. I have yet to have a bad experience. The drive thru can get long at times but that's most places in the area. The baristas are very friendly and will accommodate on any orders. I frequent this Starbucks weekly and I see no reason to stop. read more

I'm sort of shocked by the rating for this branch. While I'd normally give 3 or 4 stars to a regular ol' Starbucks, I always find that this particular one goes above and beyond. The staff members are consistently happy to serve you, almost jarringly friendly sometimes. It's my typical Friday afternoon stop on the way home from work, so after a week of teaching middle schoolers, I might not have the brain capacity to chat with the girl in the window about my day, but it's really nice that someone in service even bothers to ask. I've also never had an issue with a single order there. Everything is what I ordered and/or expected. Yes, the drive-thru line might be long sometimes, but that's always during peak hours. When I don't want to wait there, I park and walk in. Pretty simple. read more

Super slow. They always have a line and the parking is horrible. But the worst, which we have complained to cooperate headquarters, are the NASTY restrooms. Time and time again we have come and the restrooms looks like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. I've been to SB in the city that have cleaner restrooms. It makes me scared to think what the back room where The food is kept looks like. The people are nice though so that helps. By the way, the ONLY reason I'm able to write this review is that we have been waiting for 23 minutes for a cup of coffee!!!! This is ridiculous!!!!!! Lounge: dirty and loud. Sorry guys. Just ordered a new chicken & bacon panini ($7) and what I got was a sandwich less than an inch longer than their coffee cup lid and about the same width. The sandwich had 1 slice of bacon folded over and about an ounce of meat. Really?!?! Took a pic as I could not believe it. read more

I go to a lot of coffee shops and I hate going to Starbucks. Worst service ever, I bought a bag of express roast and asked for some cups. The person helping was really no help at all. She responded by saying sorry we can't give out cups, only when you buy something. I thought I was buying something, but I guess not in her world. Come here if you want to be disappointed. read more

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. So I posted a tip earlier about the weak coffee. I had been going thru the drive thru so I decided to go in this time so I could see if there was a reason it was so weak. I ordered and went over to watch the lady make the drinks. Well, I found out why they are so weak. She was going so fast that she wasn't putting the cups all the way under the machine. I watched as she made the person in front on me's drink and they only received one shot because the other missed the cup. She either didn't notice or didn't care cause she served it up. Had a delicious venti Americano. Nice relaxing atmosphere and great Wi Fi. Parking lot is VERY small, you will probably need to park in shopping center lot nearby. When we left, there were eight cars on the drive thru line and it was 11:00 am. This location gets slammed so don't go if you are in a hurry. read more

I really do enjoy coming out to this Starbucks to do my work. The staff is friendly and attentive. One thing I have noticed as of recently though... It is very unclean from the floors, the tables, and the bathrooms. The floor was absolutely filthy, looked like it wasn't washed/scrubbed/cleaned in months. I was afraid for my laptop charger to touch the ground. I used the restroom recently, and thank goodness I checked, there was NO toilet paper... and this was at 8am. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the poor/dirty conditions of the store. Please do us all a favor and designate someone to clean in the morning, midday and evening, and to also check on the bathrooms frequently. These are things that should be maintained throughout the day. Many of us come here to do work/school work/work meetings. Make it a place that we WANT to come back to. read more
