The drive threw is a nightmare at this location! The parking almost nonexistent there are very few spaces, I had to pull along the curb actually to run in and order inside. I absolutely love this location, mainly because of the drive thru and the friendly staff. In addition, it's probably one of the few locations that has never gotten one of my orders wrong and always adds a tad more milk to my doppio macchiato's. I typically visit this location on my commute during work. I'm on the road a lot and this location is convenient as it's right off the Florida Turnpike on Bird Rd which is busy but pretty much grand central station in my work area. Therefore, when I hop off the highway, I swing by grab a quick expresso via there drive thru, which moves super fast btw and I'm off to the races. Always kind, polite and friendly during the entire transaction and my order has always been spot on. I've been inside a few times to use the restroom or to stretch my legs due to the windshield time, at times during commuting and you can expect the same warm welcomes and professionalism you get on the outside in the inside. This place is the BUSIEST STARBUCKS I've ever been to. It was pure madness, but the staff were beyond courteous and friendly! There were many people huffing and puffing because they were waiting for 5 minutes for their order, which in my opinion is absurd because there were at least 20 people in line. This location is a hop and a skip from my house. I first discovered their egg white sous vide yesterday and had to come back today for more! Fluffy egg whites, Monterey Jack cheese, and red peppers make for the perfect healthy breakfast. Pair them with a simple American coffee and you got yourself a quick breakfast or snack on the go. This is my local place. I like the environment, and the people are very friendly. I haven't experience anything wrong here. Parking might be limited, but this is because this place used to be a KFC before it turned into a Starbucks. You can park in front of it, or behind it. Adjacent to it, is a burger king that most of the time is always empty. I've never seen anyone getting towed here. So many things wrong with this location I'm surprised it's still in business. First the drive thru. It's not slow it's normally for the type of customer traffic it gets so just be ready to wait. However, the most unprofessional and disrespectful thing is the annoying clowning around they do on the mic. Making Disney character voices and having 2 ppl repeat the order as if there was an echo. .. extremely unwarranted. I mean, aren't they working? Don't they have something to do? This wouldn't be be so bad if they were at least getting the orders correct. 2nd- when you ask for a copy of a receipt and the cashier says "sure let's kill more trees" it's disgusting behavior that should not be tolerated. But they also have no issues handing you 400 napkins. 3rd - there is no consistency with the quality of their coffee. Be ready to get a watered down Frappuccino one day and the next a thick milk shake or even better a huge cup off have assed chopped ice. They have poor quality control. They need to invest a little more in assuring the formula for their drinks is made correctly. Also, flat whipped cream is nasty. If they do this to you give it back. It's nasty and they should know better. I gave up on the hot coffees. One day you get half a cup the next it's so filled to the rim it's almost a huge joke. Lastly would it kill you to clean up the cups before handing then to the customer? It's disgusting to receive a cup with coffee or caramel or anything. Wipe it down! It's your job. read more

If I was a secret shopper they would have failed. I was the only person in the shop and it took over a minute for them to stop complaining about one of their team members before they took my order and then it took another 15 to get it in my hand. I ordered a misto breve with sugar free vanilla. I finally asked for a receipt and found that I had ordered at 1235. When I asked for the receipt it was 1250. One of my favorite locations. Yes, as some other reviewers stated, the drive through IS slow during peak times in the morning and afternoon but c'mon people, that is to be expected pretty much anywhere during rush hours and keep in mind this Starbucks is located right on the very busy Bird Road turnpike entrance. I highly recommend using their mobile app to order during these times. Not only do you get points, but your order is ready to pick up as soon as you get to the store. This location is one of the larger ones with plenty of tables and seating both inside and out. It is also one of the more clean locations. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about some of the less popular menu items so go ahead and order those secret menu items you love. The drive-thru is too slow in the mornings. I understand that they are busy, but turnaround time has to be faster. The staff is helpful and friendly. I've given this location a couple of shots but not my favorite location. I just left asked for a simple coffee sat there 10 minutes the girl made my drink and left it by the drive thru area an additional 10 minutes until someone else brought it to me. The coffee had no taste and the barista only filled it halfway. Lack of customer service so unlike the Starbucks treatment we are all used to. I am never coming back to this location! read more

In the last year I've become a Starbucks junkie and I haven't visited them all, but I can tell you that I absolutely enjoy every visit I've made to this location. I only go to the drive-thru, but the workers make you feel so welcomed by the way they greet you on the drive up monitor and the zaney things they say put a smile on my face before I head off to continue my drive to the office. They've never had any problems scanning my phone or using my reward codes and that's a plus too. I know it's been less than a year that this location has been open so I hope they maintain that high energy level and great service. read more
