Agreed with the other reviews that the music is extremely loud. We had to come here because our power/internet was having an outage during our work day since we are remote. Overall the location is good, average wait times for coffee/food. However, if you're looking for a quiet space to work or take Zoom calls, you'll have to go outside in the parking area where there is covered seating. The music was just too loud to even think... and I'm in my 20s! Parking was easy midday during the week, and close to many other businesses. read more

The workers at this starbucks are extremely sweet! Their hospitality is amazing. They always make sure to welcome customers that walk in and thank them on their way out; they always have a smile on their faces. Not to mention, they make the drinks perfectly. I have been to multiple different starbucks and this starbucks makes my drinks the best. I went today and there was only two people working and the way they work together to balance is exceptional. The worker Gabriela is always there when I go and is super kind to everyone. Even if she is working alone, her work ethic is admirable. I definitely recommend coming to this starbucks. read more

The only reason I'm writing this review is because for probably the first time ever at a Starbucks I was told that I needed to buy something in order to stay there and work. Of course, the owner of the store has the right to require a purchase in order to stay, and I am using their WiFi as well as charging my phone. I don't really have any right to demand these things from them, but that's not what I'm doing. As it is fair to require me to purchase something in order to stay, it is also fair for me to write a review and let people know that it happened. I think that it's a mistake for Starbucks to require this as it damages the the idea that it's a safe place for me to go if I just need a place to work for a bit. Is it a huge deal? No, but it's enough for me to wonder where else I can go if I need a place to work and to sit. Other than this experience, it's a typical Starbucks with everything that you would expect. If you are looking for a Starbucks that is quiet and there is almost never a line, this is where you want to be. The reason for this is not the exceptional service, but rather the unusual location of this store. It sits right next to Sergio's, a Cuban restaurant with a coffee window who charges a fraction of price for a similar coffee. At times, the line for Sergio's coffee is longer than the line for their food, while there are one or two people in Starbucks. You have to really like the Starbucks coffee to go there, or at least like one of their concoctions. My order is almost always ready when I come in. Its fast, convenient and an easy way to start my day. I must say, I am not pleased with this location. I have ordered coffee from this location on several occasions and every time the cup is never filled to the top. It's noticeably short of the top, maybe filled only 2/3rds, and that's including the foam. Not cool. At the prices they charge, I want every drop that's due to me. It's a cute location, with lots of seating and parking, but I think I will go a little farther next time to a different location that serves you the correct amount. read more

Coffee came out delicious. the only reason it's missing one star is cause the Barista wasn't very happy. it's not really my fault that she's working new year's day. she made one of the coffees a frappe instead of cappuccino and i had to ask her to remake it and she wasn't really nice about it. if it would have been another day this starbucks would have gotten less stars but since it isssss a holiday and the coffee was still yummy, they get 4. I did by mobile order as usually (1st time at this location) order my customize drink a caramel frappe with 8 Carmel pumps - they usual only out 4 but I love the caramel taste!!. I got there and saw them making my drink No extra pumps, i tasted it and taste like water so I asked them to do it again with the 8 pumps and AGAIN made it with no extra pumps THAT I PAID FOR... I was so upset I just got the drink and left because twice they made it wrong... why the hell label with the drinks and request if your not going to do it..!! This is my local spot for my afternoon coffee. Whether I'm in the mood for hot or cold, I know I'll find both here. The baristas here usually very nice and welcoming. Today I came in because of the launch of their six new frap flavors. I tried the cinnamon roll frap and it was delicious. A must try if you like cinnamon rolls. They also have a good selection for baked goodies like cookies, cake pops and brownies along with many other things. If you are looking for a good place to relax on your break, this Starbucks is definitely the one to come to. It has free wifi and it's usually very quiet. read more

Usually don't write these reviews, but I was particularly annoyed with my time here this morning. I made a mobile order to pick up a venti drink and a sandwich and when I got there the order was ready but the drink was halfway full, so I asked the worker if I could get a new one because this one was literally halfway full and I obviously paid for the whole venti. He looked at me with a blank stare and just asked if I wanted him to fill up the rest with oat milk and did not want to make me another drink. I paid enough for my drink and it shouldn't be halfway full, and if it is they should offer to make me a new one, not just dilute the drink with more oat milk. Very disappointing. read more

I've been to maybe 40/50 Starbucks all over. From Canada, London, all of Florida, and many other places. This one....kinda sucks. It's not dingy or anything, it's the customer service. So far I've had two different baristas here tell me they wouldn't give me a refill of my coffee (included with the Starbucks reward card). I had a gentlemanly discussion of how the rewards program (I'm a Gold Member) specifically states I can get free refills of tea and coffee regardless of original drink and he still stood by it. He actually stands by it so much that when I walk in, he gave me a glare. Like I did something wrong. I've paid Starbucks a bunch of money and I have free drinks, and I did something wrong...? I wish I had something great to say about this Starbucks! Two other people had great experiences, but I've come here a handful of times and it's been okay at best. One thing they are great at is efficiency: a few of the times I've come in have been in the morning, and they're very efficient at serving the line hanging out the door. I don't know, maybe I'm spoiled by my jewels over at the SBUX on 8th St and 142nd Ave. But the baristas at this one on 107th just seem tired and bored, like they don't want to be there. If you ask them to check for something they don't have displayed on the counter (some stuff you have to ask for) they give a teeny tiny little sigh of inconvenience. And when it's slow, they seem lackadaisical, taking their sweet time getting to their stuff. They seem more interested in complaining about their personal lives to their co-workers than in serving their customers. Today was really what triggered me to write my review. I was extremely disappointed by my order! I asked for a White Mocha and some Whoopie Pies. The White Mocha tasted like foam and nothing more (where's the sweetness of the white chocolate? the soft kick of coffee?), and the Whoopie Pies were slightly stale, something that blew me away because in the years I've been frequenting sbux, I'd NEVER encountered anything stale... don't they get their stuff delivered fresh every day? All in all, it's a good place to get your shot of caffeine and a bite to eat on the run.
