After waiting 10 minutes and seeing several people walk past me I finally get approach buy one of the employees to let me know that they were out of coffee and that I would have to wait for them to brew me another batch. Well if they would've taken care of me when they should have I would've had my coffee. I went there this morning to get breakfast and coffee with my daughters aged 10 and 8. The store manager, Nora, took our order. She was in such a rush and so impatient and there was only 2 people in the line behind me. I really dislike going to a business to give you my money and you treat us rudely. Nora should be retrained in how to treat her customers. read more

This is my preferred location to pick up coffee before going to school. I order online with the Starbucks app and it's always ready when I arrive. The morning staff is extremely efficient for the amount of people that come in the mornings. They are very friendly and personally recognize you after a couple visits. The manager Eddie is very nice. Although I have recently converted into a small cafe type of coffee experience, this Starbucks always has a smiling face in the counter waiting to take my order And I appreciate that. I do wish the baristas would make cool designs on my latte like all these other fancy places do and that they had almond milk as well as coconut milk and that their "iced coffee" would taste more like coffee than dirty water buuuuut hey it is Starbucks not a mom and pop cafe so for what it is, it does a decent job. This area needed a Starbucks! I was so happy when I saw it! The decor and everything is pretty much like any other Starbucks but they do have a lot of tables to lounge/study. There is only one bathroom (men/women) so there might be a wait if you need to go to the restroom. Starbucks is a cross between a 3-4 star review for me. They only offer soy milk (no almond milk) and their coffee is not as good as SweetTimes or Pasion Del Cielo. However, they're in every corner, they're convenient, they're open from dusk til dawn, they move quickly, offer sugar-free syrups and they will satisfy your caffeine fix. For this and this reason only I give them 4 stars. Their food is pretty lousy for the most part.. but I hear wine is on the way, and that would be lovely. read more

ok so I come here waaaay more often then I should but I won't tell my husband that :) I work at an earlier hour in the morning so the convenience that they open at what I assume to be 6am, makes my heart happy! I love the baristas and at this point they have pretty much got my drink down! one single occasion out of 89767 they mistakenly gave my drink to someone else and definitely made up for it my next visit. Pretty good customer service, attend to you quickly. Have not gotten any of my orders wrong. I usually come to study and this location is always busy. So sometimes I get a little rocky chair and table in the back. But other than that it's good. The parking lot is shared with other businesses but there is always a spot available. read more

I love this Starbucks! It's always calm and you can always get your work done (I'm in college.) My only problem with this Starbucks would be that they stop serving anything that's food (bagels, hot sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches) at like 6 even though they're supposed to sell them open-close. I am a self-professed lover of Starbucks. I've gone to almost every single one in the dade area, but this one really takes the cake in customer service. I ordered a croissant and a latte. Right after I ordered the croissant, the young guy at the counter interrupted me and told me that I need to order the drink first and then the latte for some reason that I didn't pay attention to because I was thinking about the fact that an employee providing a service for a customer tells the customer what to do. I've never heard this from any other employee in any other Starbucks and it rubbed me the wrong way. Come to think of it, I think his reasoning was that the drink could be made quicker than the croissant if I order the drink first which I really don't care about. With so many Starbucks locations to choose from, this will be the last one I go to. read more

Service here was terrible. The baristas were very unpleasant and not representative of the Starbucks name. Coffee was very bad. Dark Roast did not taste like coffee. Frappuccino does not taste good either. It's extremely watery and does not taste how it is supposed to. This location does not care about quality or providing good service. read more
