Horrible service, employees were on their phones and had no people skills whatsoever. Came with my daughter and the employee ANTONIO was unable to scoop the vanilla chocolate chip ice cream so he scraped the sides of the tub, my daughter ordered the raspberry sherbet which was much softer because nobody barely ordered that flavor (based off of the amount the tub had, it was basically untouched) When I asked if he could add a scoop the worker said "I can't" and when I showed him both cups he said they're the same portions which you don't need to have 20/20 vision to clearly see one has two scoops and one had just a single scoop. Every time we go they always either have an issue with their blender or no milk for milkshakes. I can honestly say it's been four times in a row. We go after dinner around 8pm. I know they want to go home so they close these appliances down earlier in the evening and I do not blame them but tell guest they don't have milk or their blenders are broken every time we go has set a bad experience. If you're looking for a milkshake I would recommend not showing up around 8pm because you're guaranteed to be denied services unless you want a scoop of ice cream! This place is HORRIBLE! read more

This Häagen-Dazs ice-cream store is conveniently located next to the movie theater at the Falls mall. This makes for a perfect little treat right after the movies. The store is small and does get crowded. There is outside seating available. The Raspberry White Truffle flavor is one of my favorites of all time. I do find it a bit crazy how much you pay but I guess that's what you get for getting brand ice-cream outside of a supermarket. The only thing I found a bit silly (but not related to the store itself so not deducting stars): we were sitting outside finishing our ice-creams when a mall employee came and said that the mall is closed so we had to leave. I am a big fan of Haagen Dasz ice cream and although you can get this stuff in any super market, I like being able to go to the actual shop and have freshly scooped ice cream. Life's little luxuries. I had a chocolate cookies and cream sundae. It was magnificent. The service was very good, too. They let us try different flavors and didn't get all worked up about it. The prices are a little on the high side, but the quality is definitely worth it. read more

Great experience on Thursday March 7th. The only thing is the pictures need to show all ingredients that's in the cookies and cream dazzler. I had no idea it came with the hot fudge chocolate syrup in it. I don't like that one bit. The picture doesn't show that it has chocolate syrup in it. When I requested my favorite flavor (Dulce de Leche), I was asked if I had ever tried a similar flavor (Caramel Cone). I had not, so after tasting a sample, I changed my order. This location is conveniently placed in The Falls shopping center next to the theater and I never forget to grab a cup of their heavenly strawberry ice cream before I watch a movie. The employees are very kind and lively, and I always walk in with a smile being greeted with one in return. I LOVE Häagen Dazs, but today I had a terrible experience. I ordered two small cups and a milkshake. the cups were filled up the the border of the cup and I have never seen that at any other store. The milkshake barely tasted like ice cream more like milk. the supervisor told me (after my complaint) that they're cutting off the amount of ice cream they are using, oh but they're keeping the same price...so I'm paying for this expensive ice cream to only get half the amount I used to. The milkshakes used to be so dense I would have difficulty sipping and now it's just liquid. I'm never going to this Haagen dazs ever again, they haven't done this at other ones ( ex. I have had a craving for ice cream for a couple of days, so I decided to treat myself tonight. I went for the java chip, since I'm a big coffee nut. It was very good; rich and creamy coffee flavor with pieces of dark chocolate in it. It was either going to be the java chip or the chocolate chocolate chip and java chip won out this time. We went to get ice cream at your location at the falls at 9:40 pm on Tuesday , December 26. The lights inside the store were off and the closed sign was displayed. There were some people inside. When I saw that they closed at 10 pm I checked the door and it was open so we came in. The girl that took care of us seemed upset and was serving us as if she was in a hurry. She even grabbed my wife's waffle bowl without gloves, even though she was also handling cash. When I was paying her I asked her at what time they closed and she said "at 10 pm ,but as you can see we are running out of flavors so we are closing early." There were many flavors to choose from so I don't know why she would say that. I feel like this employee just wanted to get out as soon as possible and was extremely rude. This employee is also costing you sales with her poor attitude and closing early. We really don't think we will be returning there anytime soon. read more
