We went last night because my best friend said they had the best hot chocolate so I had to find out!! The line was like 30 mins long in the cold, but it was so worth it for this hot chocolate. They melt a huge marshmallow into the hot chocolate. It was absolutely delicious. Worth the wait. We also tried the the tres leches with the biscoff cookies. My husband pretty much inhaled it. I can only describe the s'mores cookie at Miami baked as the ultimate,very best, most perfect cookie in the universe of cookies. It is everything I've ever looked for in a cookie. Yes, I have fallen completely in cookie love. And who could blame me. For they have taken what could arguably be the best chocolate chip cookie I have ever eaten and added to it toasted marshmallow fluff, graham cracker crumble, and even a piece of Hershey chocolate. The way these flavors explode in your mouth cannot be described simply in words. You must taste this for yourself. I always get a box of four. I think they will last me a week because even one whole cookie is far too much awesomeness for one sitting. However, no matter how many I buy, they seem to disappear far quicker than I would have imagined. I cannot walk by my refrigerator without grabbing a taste when I know these cookies are in there. And I am forced to go back for more. But do not hesitate to think outside the box, as exciting as it is to just stop at four outrageously delicious cookies, because all of the cookies here are great. But they also have the best darn banana pudding I've ever eaten. And then there are those mason jars filled with the most creative tres leches imaginable. The Oreos tres leches is my favorite but the others are delicious as well. I've had to try the churros because it seems like there are something I can get elsewhere, but I'm sure there is awesome. Is everything else here. There's always a line here, but when you get to the front you'll conclude, as I have that there are things in life worth waiting for. I've been going to Miami Baked Food truck a few times and even brought friends. It became my go to spot for late dessert treat. Keep in mind that Miami Baked tends to rotate the food items. Sometimes you'll be craving a dessert only to find out that it's not carried or seasonal. We've tried the churros, cookies and tres leches on many of our visits. In my last visit, I was very highly disappointed as I had ordered Nutella banana pudding along with other treats. My name was called and I went to pick up my order at the window. I noticed that I did not get the Nutella banana pudding I had ordered. When I mentioned this to the woman that was handing me my order, she replied, "sorry this is what we had". Well, as a paying and returning customer, it would have been nice to know that what I ordered was no longer available so I can choose what I would like. I was given something equivalent to price that I didn't even enjoy nor was I craving. Overall, service needs work. Better communication needs to be improved among the staff members to customers. We ended up waiting about half an hour, which was faster than I expected and much more bearable since it was cold out. Once you see most of their desserts are inside glass jars, you understand the reasoning for the high prices. Also, they serve well sized portions. I decided to try their Nutella banana pudding, and it was delicious. It had pieces of banana, Nilla cookies, and a good amount of Nutella. Their strawberry tres leche was delicious. This food truck is a dessert lovers dream! I am personally not a huge dessert freak, but HOT DAMN this was so good!! You can find them in "Town & Country mall" and open late night on the weekend. Don't be discouraged by the long line, as it goes pretty quickly. They are following all CDC guidelines keeping customers 6ft apart and they have hand sanitizer for your use once you get to the front. Don't want to stand and wait in the chaos that is 2020? No problem! After ordering, you can go to your car to wait in the AC and once your order is ready they will call your name over a microphone.
