The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was genuinely friendly, and it was the perfect place to slow down for a bit in the middle of all the excitement that Vegas has to offer. The food was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I was hoping for. Everything came out quickly, was beautifully presented, and you could tell care went into every detail. My coffee was fantastic too--rich, flavorful, and the perfect way to start the day. One thing that really stood out was the service. It's rare these days to find people who make you feel like they're genuinely happy you're there, but that's exactly how I felt. Those little interactions make all the difference. Whether you're staying at the hotel or just looking for a great breakfast, coffee, or lunch spot away from the chaos of the Strip, this café is absolutely worth the stop. I got dirctions from the Yelp app and was soon at the golf club. The restaurant is quite nice. There is patio dining and great views of the fairway(s). After looking over hte menu, I ordered the chili verde omelette. The omelette has Pork chile verde, pepperjack cheese, sour cream, guacamole, topped with pepperjack cheese and chile verde. The sour cream and guacamole are in small cups so you can use what you want. You have a choice of toast. I got rye toast. Butter for the toast is served separately in small plastic containers for those who want dry toast. The omelette also comes with some hash browns. I was served coffee shortly after I was seated and it was refilled once and I was asked about a second refill. It was a wonderful breakfast and made my drive to Mesquite a tasty place. The Grille gets 5 stars especially for the service. My server, Jessica, was delightful and so pleasant. I'm not in Mesquite often, but I would stop here another time for a meal.

The only negative is the limited menu. I hope in the future they expand their menu. As of now they only offer maybe 10 items, if not less. This restaurant is a fine place to eat if you're staying at the hotel, otherwise with the limited menu , you have plenty of other options in the area. Plenty of parking located on the north side of the hotel.

But prior to me approaching the counter, they never said one thing to me about the wait. I got distracted on my phone during that wait, then I looked at my receipt and realized...wow! Time went by quick and I still don't have my food. lol! They were apologetic when the runny frappes finally came out. This was our second time there this weekend. The first time, we went through the drive through. Maybe it's best to go through the drive through instead, that way you're not smelling that sewer smell in the lobby. My burger was nice, though. Frappes. Again, runny and melting. It's much better than jack in the box, but you'll be better off providing your own grill for burgers.
