Stopped by on my way to St George, Utah, this Starbucks is in Mesquite, NV, exit 122 from I-15 North. Always a great experience to grab a quick meal and a refreshing drink! Servers are always friendly and welcoming. My breakfast sandwich, Bacon, Guada cheese and eggs, was very tasty,and the bun was perfectly toasted. The Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade was just the way I wanted it, with not too much ice. I wasn't expecting the new chairs in the dining area, what I was reading about in the news previously. VERY, VERY NOT COMFORTABLE! It's absolutely ridiculous to think that they want you to be out from the dining room quickly as possible! Well, I guess, they don't want you to be there! We ordered tea latte and caramel macchiato. When we got home both drinks were wrong. Label was correct but tea latte was just plain tea and macchiato was a latte. Terrible and will not go back here again. Dutch bros across the street next time. read more

Again, today, I asked for light ice in my iced chai latte and received a drink almost filled with ice. By the time I noticed, I was 10 minutes from the store (this was a drive-thru order), and it was not convenient to turn around and drive back to ask them to correct it. I finished the drink as-is. I do understand this is a first-world problem and, in the grand scheme of things, is not a huge deal. But for those like me who ask for light ice and don't get it, check your drink before you drive off :( read more

I accidentally placed a mobile order here when I was still 50 minutes from the location (coming from Vegas). I immediately called the location and fortunately they were able to postpone my time. When traveling to/from St. George, Utah, I have depended on the Starbucks in the Virgin River Casino. Prior to the great recession, there were plans for a Starbucks in a different part of Mesquite but it never happened with the economic downtourn. Imagine my delight when I checked the app and found this outlet an easy on and off the freeway. I ordered on the app and when I walked in, my drink was waiting on the counter. The outlet is large. I got my drink to the car and was back on the freeway heading to Las Vegas in no time at all. It was just what I expected. A great location and much easier than the Virgin River Casino's outlet. read more

Convenient location off the 15. My order came out fast and Americano also came out good which is unusual for Starbucks. Pleasant and roomy interior with high ceiling. Limited outdoor seating. One star off for all Starbucks for their quality of coffees and beans. read more

If I could give zero stars that's exactly what this Starbucks deserves! Never have I had to wait 25mins for an americano iced coffee with only 3 Splendas. Seen about 4people behind me get their big orders so I Went back and told the girl at the register I've been waiting for 15mins for an iced coffee, she replied she couldn't help me because her left hand was burned. Waited another 10 mins for my iced coffee which took them 2 mins to make. Very unorganized & messy. Management is very much needed here. read more

I don't understand all these negative reviews! These woman and I think one man were working soooo fast! I literally never seen any of them stop for even a second! Yes it is a busy location but they are literally working their hardest! Actually the hardest Starbucks I've ever been to and I'm a once or twice a day Starbucks drinker and travel a lot. Driving back from Zion on my birthday and my husband and I stopped to get my birthday drink through my rewards the lady at the counter couldn't have been nicer and they were quick and made sure our drinks were made just right! Not the well oil machine you would expect. No cold brew. Latte make with 2% instead of whole milk. Two hot breakfast items ordered one got lost in the shuffle. Sausage sandwich had one moist bread and one stale bread. I'll try again in a year to see if they improve. read more

I love the fact this town has a drive through Starbucks now. Plus being able to get our drink rewards instead of having to drive to St George This store is big and spacious with a lot of room and seating. I love the little leather chairs to sit in when i am there by myself and baby. I love that the baristas there took the time to get to know my name and what drinks i like and what i like in them. Went through the Drive-Thru today because I didn't realize that the inside was open for ordering. I, along with the 8 cars behind me, were trapped in the drive for more than 20 minutes. Since I saw NO ONE inside waiting for a drink, I don't understand why it took that long. There were at least 4 people working inside. I ordered 3 drinks (1 Vente Vanilla Bean Frap; 1 Grande Vanilla Bean Frap; 1 Grande Mango Dragon Fruit Tea) & 4 Birthday Cake Pops. By the time I got to the window & paid my $24+ I received my 4 Birthday Cake Pops. Waited another 5 minutes to get the first 2 drinks & was told my 3rd drink was coming. I watched as 2 other drinks were placed on the counter for the drive thru & I waited another 5 minutes to get my last drink. I have to be honest, that was a ridiculous wait time. At that rate they should have had my order & every order for each car behind me ready to go by the time they got to the window. Again, no one was in the dining area because of COVID-19 & there was no one waiting inside for their drink -- the indoor pick-up area can be seen CLEARLY from the drive-thru window. read more

First of all, the employees are all great!! Went there 2 consecutive days and both times there was no iced coffee.. My coworker goes less than 30 minutes later and gets an iced coffee. Then, they made the whole drive thru line wait for 5 minutes until the blond coffee was ready for the customer in front of me!! That's why there's always a long line, you would think that they would have a better plan in place. Especially being as busy as they are.. completely disappointing. The sad part is I continued to support their business in hopes that someone would get my drink right! read more

Over the year or so from this SB's opening, I have felt compelled to mention to three different shift manager's my reflection on the attitude I have observed from the cashiers. In each case, the cashier was either outright rude and disrespectful or could not grasp the perceived value of a single customer experience. Just the other day, I walked up to the only cashier that was at the "Place Order Here" counter and the cashier told me that she was busy and that I needed to give her a couple of minutes. No one else approached to help me with the an order. I stepped back about 8 feet or so and waited. Finally, another cashier came to the counter and helped me. Now, I should say, the original cashier told the manager that she told me she was ready now, but I heard nothing. However, since I was the only customer in line, she made no attempt to visually get my attention, or otherwise make sure I knew the counter was open for business. This was not the first, second or third time that this cashier has showed no signs of displaying a welcoming disposition. I appreciate that it seems she is avoiding me at all cost. The other cashiers are polite, use my name, greet me and others with a smile. read more

very upset with our drive thru experience. we gave our order to the drive thru girl TWICE and she repeated it to us as well. at the window, we told her it was a venti and not a grande.
