If you like your cream, coffee here is for you. Otherwise if you want a coffee without being flooded in cream, order one without and add your own as they don't follow the cream directions usually and overdo it. Service. Communication. Cleanliness. Is what these guys can improve on. Not everyone wants to eat the casino buffets and would just rather have a nice meal in their room lol. Especially during these big football tournament days. Being prepared for the overload of people, would be a good idea for these fast food restaurants. Inside was clean, but there was like some sort of sewer smell all throughout their lobby and near the bathrooms. Maybe septic tanks need their dumps? Idk. It was bad. Not the kind of smell you want around the food you're about to eat. Once I checked out at the kiosk, it took them 25 minutes to get one meal and two frappes out. When I approached them, they were "cleaning" the frappe machine. Our frappes were super runny and the cool whip on the top was all melted. Ugh! But prior to me approaching the counter, they never said one thing to me about the wait. I got distracted on my phone during that wait, then I looked at my receipt and realized...wow! Time went by quick and I still don't have my food. lol! They were apologetic when the runny frappes finally came out. This was our second time there this weekend. The first time, we went through the drive through. Maybe it's best to go through the drive through instead, that way you're not smelling that sewer smell in the lobby. My burger was nice, though. Frappes. Again, runny and melting. It's much better than jack in the box, but you'll be better off providing your own grill for burgers. read more

This branch is the worst I have ever dealt with. Caution to all going here. Verify your order before you pay and ask for a receipt every time. What this restaurant just did should be considered fraud. They have messed up on 4 of the last 6 times we have been there. Im done with them. I ordered a #3 deluxe. For those who don't know, a #3 is a double 1/4 pounder and the deluxe has extra stuff on it. Well, they charged me for a single 1/4, adding an extra slice at 2 dollars and then adding 2.20 for bacon as if that's the deluxe. This adds quite a few $ to the order and if they do this often, that's thousands in up sales that people did not order. On top of this, if they mess your order up, make damn sure you open the bag and inspect it when you get your food. It seems this place, if you bring up a mistake, their cooks add so much Mayo/ketchup/mustard on your burger you don't want to eat it. This feels retaliatory because they don't do this(pic) when the order is fine, only when you come up and address something. Of course they take that cars order before ours. Husband orders #3 meal, large with Diet Coke and a #8 meal, large with Diet Coke, and a regular cheeseburger. Have to park out front and wait for order. Girl brings out bag, I checked bag and no fries. Immediately go inside and they tell me we didn't order meals. Flat out lied and made us pay for two large fries!. We were so tired from long drive in from Wyoming and too tired to argue. Every time we drive through Mesquite, we must stop here. Without fail, the breakfast they serve is the best of any McDonald's we've been to. The breakfast burritos are the best. They are always stuffed with the right balance of cheese, egg, and sausage throughout the tortilla. They are fresh, soft, and warm. It may seem like a minor thing, but other McDonald's have not mastered breakfast like this location. Most of the time, the burritos are too small, cold, and have little to no cheese. Not here though! I have traveled across the US many times and often stop at a McDonalds for a quick bite. I have to say the one nearest where I live is not among the worst, it is the worst I've ever used. The service, customer service and management if this location is horrible. Have tried ordering delivery a few times over the past few months and EVERY single time, they gotten the order wrong or left things out. The latest was the best, they left out two orders of fries; when I called, the manager said she saw the person put them in the bag and called me a lier .. the bag was sealed when delivered and there was only the small fries, the med and large were missing. Using their drive thru is fit or miss, the frequently get your order wrong and don't know how to manage the two lanes. The other day a family member went through to order a coffee, pulled up after the person in front moved up; four other vehicles in the other lane placed their orders and moved up before my family member's order was taken -- three of the people got in line after she did, one was actually behind her and moved over to the second line. This McDonalds is a kiosk or device order only location; if you dine in or use they're pick up service; all I can say is double check your order; several friends have complained about orders being wrong. Bottom line, many locals, to include my family & I only will now only use the one about 4 miles further away. read more

Just newly remodeled. They removed seating and self service beverages along with the about to get salt, pepper, straws etc. Ordered by kiosk (not wiped down, but at least there was sanitizer for after order) no counter ordering allowed here. The dining room had not been cleaned. Walked up to the "counter area where we had watch orders coming out to ask for salt and catsup and was ignored. When our order was delivered, followed the server back to the "counter" area and tried to get someone's attention to ask for the items we needed and had them slapped into my hand. This is a busy McDonalds and a great place to get some nourishment between Las Vegas and anywhere up north. They have clean bathrooms and inexpensive food, but you may need to wait in line awhile or wait a few minutes for your food. Compared to other restaurants, though, the wait is not long. Your best option, though, is using the new self service check-out machines. As a bonus for using them, you get a free cone or cookie. They also have the new cool Coke vending machine so your drink options are huge! McDonald's ain't what you remember it to be. My wife and I came into McDonalds for breakfast at the Mesquite, Nevada location and were served by Maria, the manager (The person in the video). 190 E Pioneer Blvd Mesquite, NV 89027 We ordered two sausage McMuffins, a coffee and a hot tea before a round of golf. The price was wrong, which was easy to spot because it was supposed to be $4 total plus tax. I asked if she could read out the prices for the 3 things we ordered so that we could figure out what was ringing up incorrectly. After some grunting and snide remarks, Maria, the self-confessed manager here (Wearing no name tag at all) read out the prices and it turned out the Sausage McMuffin deal (2 for $2) wasn't applying. The menu says 2 for $2, you would think it would be an easy fix! Maria kept saying the computer didn't allow it and repeated the line 'what am I supposed to do!?' over and over again. Maria, the manager in this video, started shouting after some time had passed so I pulled out my camera. She tried to charge us $2.62, which is the normal price of $1.29 plus tax, so basically, the 2 for $2 deal wasn't applying. My wife and I tried to tell her this 3 or 4 times, but she wasn't listening. She was making snide remarks which you can see in the video I uploaded here. At this time, there was a huge line behind us and she was trying her best to embarrass us. Saying things like "It's only $4" and such. This is NOT the behavior I expect from a manager. If you advertise a deal, then stand by it. I dont believe a manager CANNOT override the system if the computer is apparently charging people wrong. Your staff need a LOT of training. The men's restroom was closed for cleaning and never opened. One elderly gentleman who could not figure out how to use the kiosk, stood at the counter for a long time before he got anybody to even glance his way. One gentleman got frustrated and walked out. This branch in Mesquite is right off the freeway which is very convenient. After using their restroom which by the way was clean, I ordered a few things to go. While waiting, I looked around. This McDonalds had some harsh yelp reviews so I was a bit hesitant to go here. It was apparent that they are trying to make some changes. They were painting the exterior when we arrived and the interior was recently fashionably updated. They had an order kiosk where we could customize our order and include as many ketchup packets as we wanted at no additional cost! (My biggest frustration with McDonalds has a solution!) The staff brought our order to our table and were very friendly. I was looking for things to judge harshly on and honestly I didn't find any. I think this franchise owner is really trying.
