The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was genuinely friendly, and it was the perfect place to slow down for a bit in the middle of all the excitement that Vegas has to offer. The food was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I was hoping for. Everything came out quickly, was beautifully presented, and you could tell care went into every detail. My coffee was fantastic too--rich, flavorful, and the perfect way to start the day. One thing that really stood out was the service. It's rare these days to find people who make you feel like they're genuinely happy you're there, but that's exactly how I felt. Those little interactions make all the difference. Whether you're staying at the hotel or just looking for a great breakfast, coffee, or lunch spot away from the chaos of the Strip, this café is absolutely worth the stop. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Las Vegas. Five stars all day long!

Just as described o.n menu and portions just right. The service wasn't the best, we had to ask for our coffee to be refilled and the server forgot my toast. We had to flag down someone for both the coffee refill and to ask for my toast. The diner was not busy and I am disappointed that the server was not attentive. You know normally guest are served and then the server checks back after a few minutes to see if you need anything else. Well not the case here.

I love the yolk nice and runny so you can break it over the rice and let it soak up all that goodness. My egg was more cooked than I prefer this time, but that's a minor critique of an otherwise delicious meal. The one area that could use some improvement is the service. I'm not sure if they were simply understaffed during my visit, but service was noticeably slow and not quite as attentive as I would have hoped. Nothing that ruined the experience, just something that could make an already good little restaurant even better. The food definitely satisfied the craving, and I'd happily give them another visit.

We were shocked and uncomfortable, so we turned around and walked away. As we were leaving, the coworker next to her--who I assume was a manager, dressed in black--and an older woman in a red uniform yelled after us saying, "She was just playing." Regardless of whether it was meant as a joke, it was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. We never even got the chance to sit down or order. I can't say for certain what motivated the behavior, but as a Hispanic family being treated differently than the customers before us, it definitely felt upsetting and concerning. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope no one else has to go through something like this.

The mac and cheese was watery, the fried fish was lukewarm, and the country gravy was basically flavorless. Thankfully, the salad bar and fresh fruit did not disappoint and were definitely the highlights of the meal. I asked him to remake the order so it was hot or refund my money. He chose to refund my money. Are you kidding me? What kind of service is that?
