After looking over hte menu, I ordered the chili verde omelette. The omelette has Pork chile verde, pepperjack cheese, sour cream, guacamole, topped with pepperjack cheese and chile verde. The sour cream and guacamole are in small cups so you can use what you want. You have a choice of toast. I got rye toast. Butter for the toast is served separately in small plastic containers for those who want dry toast. The omelette also comes with some hash browns. I was served coffee shortly after I was seated and it was refilled once and I was asked about a second refill. It was a wonderful breakfast and made my drive to Mesquite a tasty place. The Grille gets 5 stars especially for the service. My server, Jessica, was delightful and so pleasant. I'm not in Mesquite often, but I would stop here another time for a meal.

I hadn't eaten anything else that day, so I was very concerned. To make matters worse, communication with several staff members was difficult because of the language barrier. I had trouble explaining my order and asking questions, which only added to the frustration. A restaurant that's built around the image of a classic American 1950s diner should deliver good food, good service, and clear communication with its customers.
