I'm a Starbucks regular so there are a couple of things I look for when I visit different locations: Order accuracy Quality of food and drinks Drive thru availability Timeliness of filling order Friendliness of staff Atmosphere if dining in This specific Starbucks location misses the mark on a couple of the above items. Reason I am a regular here is due to the proximity to my home, but I hate the fact that there is no drive thru. The reason why I hate getting off and going inside the restaurant is that I am lazy and more importantly the service here is very slow. I would rather wait in my car at a drive thru listening to some good music than have to stand inside waiting in line for 30 minutes. This location is always packed and I always see one barista busting her butt making drinks while the others only ring up more customers. Now I do have to give this Starbucks props for order accuracy and quality of the drinks. I have never had a bad order and I always customize drinks. I will continue coming here until I get my wish and get a Starbucks in Mesquite with a drive thru! Just be prepared to wait if you decide to come here to fulfill your coffee needs. read more

Staff is often rude, to you and to one another. There was a new employee and rather than helping her when it was packed - they yelled at her to hurry up and take care of everything.
