Well, at first the traffic situation was a mess having the entrance and exit and the line all at one area! Now, most of the time, this is a small and fast line so much better than larger city longer line Starbucks. Now, when their is a line they make a U turn out the entrance and back down the median south. Otherwise, the inside is nice with a long bench to sit. In the midst of a power outage and heat wave, I came to charge my phone and get a drink. When I was at the table to say my order, cashier did not say anything and just looked at me. I said my order, venti strawberry acai lemonade with no berries, and as I was, I noticed flies in the food display area. I was asked my name and said "Sophia with a PH (so as not to be confused with Sofia)" and went to sit down. I want to love it because usually the service is awesome. The drinks are such a hit or miss though. More often a miss. Pink Drinks are watered down. Pumpkin Spice Latte was all spice, no pumpkin. Just a little disappointed that after paying more for coffee the quality has gone down. read more

There was an employee inside who had not unlocked the doors Sunday at 10:15am the second time, and the first time I came no one was there at all. I don't need my coffee at noon! Every time I've been they have been nothing but amazing! Super friendly when I order a custom drink they ask if I like how it tastes before I drive off and if not they remake it. They have been out a few things a couple times I went but over all 10/10 recommend read more

They seem to be on the struggle bus here. Ordering is slow, service is slow, they are out of bakery items consistently, coffees have been made wrong on more than one occasion, food is not heated properly. More training is needed or better management on site with the workers. They are very nice and friendly though!! Hopefully corporate will step up and help out before it's too late! read more
