Each time, I've gone through the drive thru. My order was taken quickly and delivered to me as requested. The young lady is very friendly and definitely makes you feel welcome! I know I know! Today I came to get orders for the clinic I work at and was told "if you call ahead earlier itll make it easier on both of us because youll wait like half an hour" by Cody with such an attitude that I didnt even have myself so it wasnt deserved, He then tried to make up for it a bit by changing his tone of voice after but it didnt work. I understand when you get busy and irritated because where I work it stays slammed but that doesnt mean I take it out on the patients that did nothing to me, because I know what my job is and how to be nice to people without being a smartass just bc he doesnt know how to control his mouth. Not sure if he's manager or not but I wouldnt want to work under someone with no people skills. read more

The reason why I am submitting a bad review is because smoothie king refuses to use refillable cups like Starbucks does. I find this really terrible for the environment and think that they should consider changing their absurd policy. After complaining, Cody K was able to fill my Yeti with my smoothie and not waste a styrofoam cup. But I still feel that this franchise should encourage people to use their own cups and maybe even give discounts for those who do. read more

This is my Friday, Lunch Replacement stop- Clean, friendly, very crowded, small and the location could be better to accomadate the hot times, lunch. Maybe I choose horrible days to try this place, but I still haven't gotten a chance. I've attempted the lobby and the drive-thru with no luck. Each time I've had to wait longer than 10 minutes before my order is taken, so I decide to leave because in my opinion, that's ridiculous, and I don't have time to waste like that.
