Love the large hot Blonde, 1/2 sweet, extra shot. So good. This is my second time there and I've found that it doesn't matter what time I'm there, the line is long, but it's worth such a good coffee. I don't know who is wrong in this situation. I go here and I order a germen chocolate shake. Half the time I get it, it is correct. It is chocolate with coconut, the other half of the time I go it is Irish cream... I don't know if I'm crazy after all the time I go there because if you try to argue with them about it they tell you that it is correct and to check my order on the website. On the website it appears to be correct, but have they never tasted germen chocolate anything. I mean it's pretty obvious that it is not correct, but I dont event know anymore. read more

I really like their iced caramel macchiato which is why I go to 7 Brew however they really need to get their service system down to a consistent routine. Sometimes there are two order takers but they only take orders from one line. Not sure if there's a reason but you can sit in line a LONG time trying to just get your order taken. Seems like with the other reviews they receive about this same problem, they'd want to work on this. It's super annoying. read more

I was in town for work, and this joint was close to my hotel. I've enjoyed thier coffee when I was in Tennessee. There are lots of young, collage aged ladies served up delicious coffee, and always with a cheerful disposition. The drive through is double laned and moves quickly. There was some delightful holiday decorations on the property. If you're in town, get some coffee here! read more

Why the hell is the music so damn loud in the morning!?!? I had to repeat myself at least three times when the teenager was standing right next to my window. Who wants to get music blasted at them early in the morning? It's ridiculous. Other locations don't do this. The white chocolate mocha is fine, but it's very heavy on the chocolate. I couldn't taste any coffee, just chocolate. We also ordered a razorberry drink and it was incorrect, but not a big deal. Maybe if they turned down the damn music, they could take the orders correctly. read more

I have to give kudos to 7 Brew in Longview. Stopped to get me a small mocha after my doctor appointment a couple of weeks ago while my was shopping at Home Goods. Their Wifi was down and had to take handwritten orders. Got to the front of the line and they said it was free since they couldn't take cards or cash since they didn't know the total. I offered to give them the cash I had but they insisted on not taking my money. That's how you build and keep a loyal customer base. First time here at this cute location! I'm loving how East Texas my home town has grown so much and has so many options for coffee and even tea outside of Dunkin' Donuts and Starbucks like we do in the DMV. It's a drive thru and I believe you can go sit outside while sipping your caffeinated goodness. It made me feel like going to chick fil la how they came up to you with three portable tablets with the southern hospitality. Since it was my first time here I asked for a menu and decided to try the cinnamon mocha latte medium. Now I didn't know the medium was that big...lol. But we are in Texas and we all know the saying for that. I will definitely come back here to try more of their options and even possibly try a tea! read more

I don't even know where to start. We came here today on a whim and I'll be back every single time I'm in town from now on. First of all, the service is UNMATCHED. The employees are SO nice and extra helpful. They really care about how your experience is there. Second, the price is super reasonable. And lastly, THE DRINKS. Love this place!!! I have tried several different types of drinks and have enjoyed everything I have tried so far! The only downfall to this place is that it only has a drive-thru, so do not expect to sit down and read a book etc. I would assume it would have more of appeal to the younger generations due to the atmosphere. They often play loud music outside and it is very friendly and fast. My mom enjoyed the coffee, but was not impressed by the music, and that there was no place to sit. Lol read more

Ok I know when I write this that I will end up back there because they have the drink I want. And normally they are really on top of service. But today they are getting this review. They had both lanes open and they seemed to be pretty even so I pulled to the outside lane. Then it didn't move and the inside lane cleared out. I saw two cars that came after me that went to the inside get their drinks and leave while we hadn't moved but one car length. Then a third who knew the workers was still paying when our lane moved around finally. I pulled up and that third car got their drinks. They had literally just ordered seconds before but they knew people. I heard someone inside yell if anyone had made my drink yet and they just started on it when I pulled up. I asked the girl why I saw three cars that came after me get their drinks before me. She gave me some excuse about only running one drink machine after 10 am. I said that should not affect the order in which we get our drinks if I was there first. Then she said well hot drinks take longer because you have to steam the milk. But I know they didn't even start on my drink until I pulled up. It should've have been already done. Then she said some drinks especially cold drinks are easier to make so they get them out first. Now that is wrong! Make the drinks in the order they are ordered and maybe the outside lane won't get so behind. read more

First time I've been here. You drive up and order from someone outside, who then runs inside to get your drinks for you. I've never tried anything except the triple 7. Wow...got it blended and it was like a frozen coffee smoothie. So good. The person I was with ordered the snickerz which is hazelnut and caramel mocha. She said it was delicious. First time experience: Went in for a sweet tea and when I drank my tea it tasted like coffee had been made in the same brewer, so my tea had a coffee aftertaste. A friend at work asked me how was my tea and then continued to explain that she had the same experience and so we were both disappointed since we are not coffee drinkers at all. Do better 7 Brew I was so excited to try you guys, and I'm sure you can afford a different brewer or dispenser for your teas. Also look at the menu before you go because you are rushed through drive thru. read more

I LOVE this place!!! I love everything I have ordered so far, including several iced coffees, 1 hot coffee and a cream soda (I believe that's what they're called). The line is always long but also moves very quickly. Staff is so energetic and upbeat, just like the music during your wait. I can't wait to try more off the menu. First of all I want to say that I LOVE 7 Brew! Their drinks are consistently delicious (not like the other place where it totally depends on the barista making your drink.) My only complaint is the "Double stamp/points Tues". They used to have cards that they stamped. Now they go by your phone number. The cards were better, you could make sure you got your double stamps. I would go every Tues and got pretty good rewards. Since they have gone over to the phone number the employees don't know how to put the double points. I ask every time for the double points and they tell me yes, but when I check my account they are not there. Yesterday was the 3rd Tues I went (but my 6th visit since the change) and today I checked and only have 600 points when I should have 900 points. Not happy. If your employees don't know how to work the new system, go back to the cards! This is why I come to 7 Brew (especially on Tues!) instead of the other coffee shop in the same parking lot. read more
