I was even told I would receive a free drink if I left a positive Google review, which was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL !! Based on this experience, I will not be returning. Retraining would go a long way. The staff and management were not prepared to handle basic customer service. I hope the franchise takes a closer look at staff as the level of service did not reflect well on the brand.
