Asked me to wait a moment....i went to the ladies room and returned to find no dark roast coffee is even brewing. Nobody in the drive through line and we were the only o es in the store. Wow, I am so happy i found this Starbucks ! On my way to my sisters through the Central Valley, I need a pick me up. And the customer service is outstanding. Each customer is greeted with a smile. Despite it being early in the morning. The cashier was so friendly and didn't mind chatting with me about my road trip. And of course the coffee, an iced vanilla latte to save the morning. This location is always ridiculously / unnecessarily slow. I have given them multiple visits before writing this review and every time the service gets worse. Today I ordered my (not fancy) drink through the drive thru. It took a little bit for someone to greet me, but nothing too too crazy, just enough to notice. After ordering I turned the corner and saw there was one car ahead of me. It took about 3 minutes for them to pull away. When I got to the window I could see two drinks sitting by the window, but no cashier. After waiting a few minutes I checked the time. I watched the barista with the headset on walk back-and-forth (looking lost). She started stocking juice containers, and getting food items which I assumed was for the person behind me in line. When she finally came to the window she read my order to me and took payment. It took 8 minutes from the time I actually checked the time to even be acknowledged. Turned out the cup I saw sitting on the counter when I pulled up was mine. There was no reason to wait that long. read more

It just seems every other location just CAN NOT get their salted cream cold foam correct...and its never consistent at the other locations - This location has it down and makes it perfect everytime. I make it a point to Stop at the Starbucks on 99 & Ave 181/2 when I travel several times a week coming and going I do passs a lot of other stores but I know these guys will make my order right everytime and they always have my cake pops. I use thE moble app and my orders ready when I get there and the staff is so nice especially the girl with the light brown long curly hair I don't know her name but she is very kind and sweet. I had one of the best experience today! A kid was crying because they are out of brownies. One manager named Jay-Jay turned to the crying kid. He kneeled down to talk to the kid and introduced himself. He tried to cheer him up and offered something better.
