Best thing about this location is no code to use the bathroom. Customers are pretty much invisible unless you're a regular. I typically stop here on my way home from northern CA. Stopped here on my early morning drive to LA. I walked in and was greeted by the whole team lol I thought it was kinda nice. I know sometimes it can be a little hectic in the morning and some workers aren't that happy in the morning. This Starbucks just can't get it together, I waited 20 minutes for a drink and finally canceled my drink. They gave me my food but it was cold and hard, while waiting so long. Jumped off 99 for a caffeine fix and a bite to eat and to feed the rental car. Conveniently located with easy on and off access from 99. The staff was friendly and it wasn't busy after we arrived it got much busier as we sipped our drink and ate our breakfast sandwiches. The drinks were great but both our sandwiches were made wrong but they were made good so we settled and enjoyed them. The line was too long to challenge the service provider. read more

I ordered 2 grande mocha's. "Sorry we are out of chocolate ". I tried to order bakery items and all they had was blueberry muffins. (Not a fan). Settled for white mocha's and they were presented as "warm", not hot at all. It was a horrible experience and I find it sad as much as I go for my coffee fix at Starbucks that this place even has a 3 star rating. I don't leave many reviews but I am totally disappointed in their availability of food items and now the simplest of drink items, chocolate. Came to this location for a quiet place to work and was in the area. I was helped by Robert, who suggested a drink based on a description I gave him of what I was looking for. He was very personable and talked to me about my day while my drink was being made. It was made in a timely manner and I went about my work. A couple hours later I went back to order something to eat. I let Robert know that the drink was delicious and he told me about the other flavors that were available. I got my food and sat down and he brought me two samples of other flavors to try. This is exactly the type of experience Starbucks is pushing for. I would like to commend Robert on, not only meeting Starbucks standards, but going above and beyond to make sure his customers were satisfied and remained so. Great job, Robert. PLEASE Frequent THIS location -- This is a copy of the letter I just mailed to the CEO, Kevin Johnson: Dear Mr. Johnson (Or mail reader in same building): I'm compelled to write this letter to you relaying a tear jerking experience of one of best employees I've ever come across. I'm hoping as CEO there's something you can do to recognize the outstanding work ethic displayed in Chowchilla, CA. Saturday June 16th around 11 a.m., my father entered the Starbucks on 120 Robertson Blvd (569-665-7057). He encountered Julia, the heroine of our story. My father has early onset Alzheimer's and he had gone out on a errand 15 minutes away. 3 hours later, he wound up in Chowchilla with a phone almost out of battery, not knowing what town he's in, and anxious about his predicament. By all lucky stars, he ran into Julia who was able to communicate with my mother over the phone that he was safe, and offered written directions and verbal directions on how to get home. The empathy and compassion didn't end there. She personally lent my father her phone charger and set him up to get charged up before his LONG journey back. Want more? She personally ensured his navigation on the phone was set up and operational. I can't tell you how many things could have gone wrong in this scenario, but because of Julia, everything went right. In the light of so much negative reporting, fake news, ignorance, and violence, I think it's vital that we take time out of our day to give thanks to real heroes.
