I had the cashier scan my Starbucks app after paying. The thing is, you should ALWAYS scan your Starbucks Rewards barcode in the app or your registered Starbucks Card before the cashier processes your payment. I had to look that up when I got home because I didn't get any stars. The app could be improved by including more FAQs. Other customers haven't received stars either. A receipt wasn't given so I checked how much money was left on the gift card I used. There was $17.54 before ordering and after ordering it was $10.89. The coffee itself was $6.75 but since I brought the Starbucks red cup I got the $0.10 discount. The macchiato look different from what's on the menu because I was carrying it and walking. I barely taste the ube but that's because the cold foam is made of ube and coconut. So it's supposed to be subtle. I taste more of the coconut but that's because of the flakes and syrup.
