First, I said I had the Starbucks red cup and showed it off because those that bring it get a very small discount. The cashier said he'd look for a coffee strainer or something like that to hold the red cup. Then I placed my order, the iced ube coconut macchiato. Instead of 2% milk, I wanted oat milk. The cashier couldn't hear me because of the music playing in the background and I wasn't loud enough but he repeated back what he heard. It was right. I started waiting at 11:25 am. The employees are not allowed to touch the red cup because of health reasons which is valid. It took 3 minutes to complete the order. Last time went here was several years ago. There was a grand reopening a year or more ago. It seemed brighter and wider because of the wall color. I think the tables used to be darker and higher but now they're lighter and lower. I had the cashier scan my Starbucks app after paying. The thing is, you should ALWAYS scan your Starbucks Rewards barcode in the app or your registered Starbucks Card before the cashier processes your payment. I had to look that up when I got home because I didn't get any stars. The app could be improved by including more FAQs. Other customers haven't received stars either. A receipt wasn't given so I checked how much money was left on the gift card I used. There was $17.54 before ordering and after ordering it was $10.89. The coffee itself was $6.75 but since I brought the Starbucks red cup I got the $0.10 discount. The macchiato look different from what's on the menu because I was carrying it and walking. I barely taste the ube but that's because the cold foam is made of ube and coconut. So it's supposed to be subtle. I taste more of the coconut but that's because of the flakes and syrup. I'm not a coffee person, but it's alright. The customer next to me asked what it was and the employee that served it said iced ube coconut macchiato. read more

I've been to this location many times... and without fail each time there's quite a bit of a wait time. The quality of the drinks isn't the best & they make mistakes quite often. One of these photos shows 2 pieces of dragonfruit in my venti, seemed odd. The second shows my order but there was no cold foam added to it. I think today was my last visit to this location there's one right up the street on Foothill where the staff is always friendly, my drinks are never wrong, and they provide quick service! i am really happy this place has improved since my last review a year ago. i don't come across sassy rude baristas at the drive thru anymore. it's nice that the attitudes has changed around here. the baristas i come across when i place an order are really nice. great attitudes. the baristas don't give you attitude when you ask if they can adjust your drink a little. my drinks has been meeting my standards. my macchiato is nicely well balanced. when I order matcha with cold foam on top, its not oddly foamy. it's perfectly balanced. they are very welcoming when walking inside the coffee shop. i loove that they write little messages on the cup! it's very sweet and makes my morning! aha. i place a mobile order in the morning before i head to work and they always have it ready when i get there. it makes me happy that I can just grab and go! my order : iced matcha pistachio latte with oat milk & extra chocolate cold foam! it's so good, it's a must try! read more

We've been going here for a long time since it's so closed to where we live BUT they always always always forget add ins but charge them anyway. Numeroussss times we had to get our drinks remade and NO we aren't the type to have a long list of add ins mostly change of milk and a topping and they don't do it. Most toppings are 80 cents and creams 1.25 so pretty much wasting that everytime we go which is alot bc we stop by before work. So glad they opened up a new one by USA gym so far so good read more

I tried their salted honey cold foam cold brew and really liked it! The cold foam gives a tiny hint of sweetness from the milk, contrasts nicely with the sea salt, and the coffee gives it a great kick (no sweetener included). It's my current favorite. I also didn't know that iced cappuccinos were offered at Starbucks. I love iced caps! I also got my grandmother a guava iced tea lemonade which looked super refreshing. It's also great that we're able to sub in the sweetener or espresso amount and personalize it as much as we want. I'd come back here again. Currently sitting outside right now and the people who served us was Alex and Xavier. When we first walked in R.J was very welcoming. He said hello welcome in! Love the energy R.J! One of the best Starbucks in SoCal. When I heard they were renovating I was betting that they would get rid of seats and outlets just like most of the shops around town but they actually added comfortable seating, made better use of the space and even refreshed the outlets. Seriously refreshing. Great seating inside and outside and friendly staff. Good "third space" and community vibe. Keep it up. I have been to at least 100 Starbucks. For such a large space, they by far have the worst layout. They poorly used their space for minimal seating. Whoever remodeled this place should be fired.
