It's really a shame. I dreaded writing this. I've checked into this establishment over 20 times which means it's closer to 30 times that I've been here. Went from first to worst. The product is great, the employee is wonderful, but I cannot patronize a business that isn't open during their stated hours of business. This has happened numerous times, probably at least 4 times. The latest occurrence, it's 1030 and no one is home. Opening time is 10am. There were others waiting too. Got places to go, people to see and I can't wait till whenever. Sorry Juice but if I want a smoothie, I gotta be able to count on you to be open when you're supposed to be. Not to mention, oftentimes there is only 1 employee. I was having a really rough day, so naturally we decided to get breakfast at 1 pm at Juice it Up. I ordered a smoothie, pretzel bites, and another smoothie for my fiancée. The manager (I think she was the manager, she was SO on top of it) first offered me a sample of my drink to see if she needed to adjust anything since I asked to make it dairy free. It was already delicious. When our drinks and pretzels (also delicious) were ready, she gave me a tray to take everything outside to my fiancee and pup. Of course, being so out of it, I had a horrible sense of balance and spilled the drink right at the door. It splattered over the ground and onto the door. Without me prompting her, the manager let me know not to worry at all and that she would make me another one. I offered to pay for another one since it was completely my fault in the first place, but she declined. Within minutes, the team mopped up the mess and had a new smoothie ready for me. I've not experience such amazing and caring customer service in a long time: I'm glad we have somewhere like Juice it Up nearby. read more

i have been coming to juice it up - la crescenta location for years now and they never disappoint. so many varieties of smoothies and acai bowls you can choose from. i love that they come out with new smoothies every once in awhile to change up their menu. you have the option to order over the phone or come in person. i do appreciate how they tell you over the phone how long it will take to make your smoothie. But first Açaí (ah-sigh-EE). Juice It Up is a small health conscious smoothie blend and açaí bowl shop along Foothill blvd in the upper middle class city of La Cresenta. It's indoor space is very limited, however, they have a front outdoor seats with a spectacular view of the boulevard. They have a wide variety of smoothies, juices and açaí bowls. It took me a minute to peruse their menu and make a final decision. I decided to get their classic Açaí bowl with fresh cut fruits and the Ever Green smoothie (pineapple, kale, spinach, apple juice and lemonade). Both smoothie and bowl were fresh and taste really good. Staff was very amiable, followed health protocol and professional. Prices were fair and competitive. Street parking available. I ordered two smoothies on the order system and went to go pick them up. An horchata smoothie, which was fine as it was for my girlfriend. I got a green smoothie that I didn't like, I barely drank it, I added collagen and other stuff to it. I called the owner back to try and bring my drink back and get a new one. Customer service right?
