I love this place. They're so nice. They could have crappy drinks and I'd still come just to be uplifted by their super nice vibes. I always leave this place feeling good. Luckily they have amazing drinks, too. Their smoothie game is top notch! They deserve as much success as they can handle! I came here today and didn't know my husbands order since hubby usually comes for us. I've only come here once w my husband and I was trying to pull up a picture to hopefully show Ara so he can recall what my husband drinks. Before I could fond a photo Ara already knew who he was and said that my husband usually gets a The Zone but yesterday he got the (ahh! I forgot the name) - but he thinks he preferred what he usually gets and not what he got yesterday. Ugh, that melted me. Again, I've come once with hubby and Ara knew who he was. I really love when people invest in their customers. It gives you that small town feel that us La Crescentians have come to love about our foothill town. Another thing - I'm typing this as I wait for my drinks and they usually have the lights off during the day - Ara just turned the light on over my head so I wasn't using my phone in the shadows. I've put off my negative review for years. Year after year trying to give this local family owned Juice it up the benefit of the doubt. Never again!! 1. They are rude! Don't you dare try to use a coupon or reward! 2. They are cheap! Never have I been able to get fresh squeezed OJ in my smoothie. I'm told "the machine is broken"...for years now? While they pull out the cheapest large (what looks like Costco) OJ. 3. They never have more than 1 worker, to save money I assume, but the line and wait is insane. Bad customer service. 4. They like to charge you additional for toppings that would normally be included at any other juice it up location, and if you order it online (where the topping is included) they make your order and leave that topping off your order. 5. Their App ordering system doesn't work as it should. When you order through the app you get an attitude when arriving to pick up your order, and told you're supposed to call it in, then have to wait while they proceed to help everyone else, except you! If you don't want to follow the Juice it up franchise ways, then open up you're own damn juice bar under a different name. Don't make us feel shamed for using the app, a coupon or reward, and definitely don't argue with a customer simply trying to pick up their order. Last time I will ever come back. read more

First time trying the place in my neighborhood. We waited about 25-30 minutes for two acai bowls. The woman working there was super nice but unfortunately she was the only employee working. She was answering phones, taking in person orders, working the cash register, and making the orders all by herself while also walking them out to the customers. The management and owners need to consider that on a Sunday it's super busy and there should be at least 2 employees on site. The acai bowls were flavorful but it was a bit watered down. There is no need to email and further discuss this. Management and the owners need to fix this issue to provide adequate customer service with more than one employee on site. read more
