Yet somehow this muffin has me questioning my entire identity. How do they make the top perfectly crunchy while the inside stays so fluffy? I don't know. I don't need answers. I just need another muffin. And the cinnamon rolls? They're the size of a small planet and every bit as life-changing. If loving them is wrong, I don't want to be right. You know, it SHOULD be true that every "X" drink sold from any store in a chain would taste similarly, but this is not the case for this Starbucks. They routinely get my drink wrong, and the free make-up drinks don't make up for it--I'd rather just get what I originally paid for and not waste all the extra time and frustration. And DON'T go through the drive through--the recent 20minutes I spent trapped in line reminded me why I had stopped going to that Starbucks (and therefore I stopped going to Starbucks everyday--Ziggi's is a drive through just across the street and is much more reliable). The wait is NEVER short, even if you are the only one in line. read more

Is it Starbucks policy to not ever clean the patios??? I have to ask every morning I'm there for a table to be wiped off. Wouldn't this be a first thing in the morning chore to make ready for customers???? The floors are filthy. It wouldn't hurt to have a power washer once a month.
