I've had good service here before but have been experiencing bad employees with mean responses and attitude towards me. Particularly the older one, she has light almost white hair and I have never had a good experience with that lady taking my order. She's not the only employee Ofcourse that has given me bad attitudes before but she's definitely the first one I'd think of. Very poor service, very poor customer service. I've also got a DoorDash from this Starbucks before and my drink was spilled everywhere and the lid wasn't even on the cup, as well as another time it was only half way filled up. Terrible place. Have gone here many times. Have even worked in this location, never have I interacted with someone so blatantly rude. I didn't catch his name, but the young man working who has the hand and throat tattoos with blueish shaggy hair, blatantly ignored my daughter twice, once I told him she said hi twice he responded "hi" with an attitude completely uncalled for. No greeting at all even when he walked up to the register he only said 'what did you want?' I responded with' we are going to another Starbucks, that was rude.' My daughter is 4 years old, shes loud enough, i know he heard her and chose to ignore her. This is my neighborhood Starbucks. Everyone knows my name. I really should own stock... The manager here is really cool and knows how to hire good people. Everyone is nice almost to a fault. They also know their espresso drinks. For a Starbucks, this place deserves five stars but I reserve the fifth star for places that are unique as well as great. This place sells the same Starbucks you get pretty much anywhere else. FYI: The wifi is free but you have to get on the landing page to accept the AT&T terms. read more

I have been to this one several times. The people who work here are extra friendly, never had to wait long for my drink or a seat (inside or out), and the drinks and prices are standard Starbucks. I would reccommend trying some locally owned coffee shops but if you crave Starbucks, this one is as good as any other. I have not been able to connect my iPhone to wifi (it should be free if the signal is AT&T) eventhough the Starbucks website indicates there is wifi. If you are looking for free wifi, look elsewhere. read more

This location is understaffed and makes a lot of mistakes. We waited about 7 minutes for one drink and they made it wrong twice so we had to wait extra long. Snobby Stars Is it safe to mention that this isn't my favorite Starbucks to frequent?! The layout is okay but geared more towards the quick on the go person. Since I'm more of a lofty lounger, this place doesn't have enough room for me. I'm either stuck in a corner or sitting at a table where the wind rushes in to greet me every time the door opens- which is often! I'm not entirely fond of having the java line next to me as I try to get my work done. Total preference on my part. The only other thing I have a little problem with is the snotty clientele. I didn't know saying, "Good Morning" can cause such grief and would make people look at me with disgust. I'll leave my good manners at the door because people don't give a crap when I say excuse me, pardon me, please, and thank you here. Well, it's a Starbucks so it starts at five stars because they have standardized processes. This Starbucks loses four stars for not following said processes. I was waiting for my simple iced coffee for over fifteen minutes while 17 non-mobile orders were made and churned out. My iced coffee sat on the counter without ice in it for over ten minutes. Yes, it's a Starbucks; and they all seem similar, but they aren't. What makes the difference (to me) ? The staff. Everytime I walk in the door, I'm greeted by enthusiastic smiles. The store is always super clean, unlike some where the coffee prep bar (or whatever you call it, where the cream and sugar is...) is a constant mess. This particular store seems slightly less frenetic than some stores. It's a favorite place to stop for coffee on the way out of town because it never takes long to get in and out. read more

I've been here a couple of times but my previous visit was about two years ago. I stopped in tonight because I was passing by on the way home from an event nearby. I rarely get out to Longmont but it's nice to know there is a Starbucks in this part of town. It is the smallest Starbucks I have ever been in, I would guess, by square footage and seating. But is was nicely set up, clean and organized. There was plenty of parking around this little cluster of small eateries. There was only one barista and no one in line but most of the tables were occupied. The barista was friendly and professional and made my drink quickly and correctly. My best friend has been telling me about this holiday panini for a couple weeks now, and today was the day I finally got to try it. They sell out so fast, that I never get a chance. It is amazing!!! She's also a barista, and the way she describes it to her customers is "a thanksgiving explosion in you mouth" and it is just that. Amazing!!!! read more

This was the nicest Starbucks staff I have ever met. I was ordering a Coffee Traveler to go for a Birthday party and had to call a couple of times to ask questions and make a reservation. Everyone I spoke to was so kind and informative. Then picking it up was a breeze even tho the store was packed on a Saturday morning. The coffee was ready for pickup on time and complete with cups, lids, a whole cup of cream and sugar. And to my surprise it stayed hot in the box for the duration of the party. This is by far the best Starbucks in the Northern Colorado area. Had an excellent barista....I believe her name was Clair? Made my drink with a smile and with extreme haste! Best carmel macchiato I've ever had!!! Bailey at the register also seemed so cool, calm and collected despite the nighttime rush of customers. It is hard to comment on the drink quality at a major chain like Starbucks. After all, every drink is made the same way, to the same standards. The difference at this Starbucks is the people! I have always gotten the same drink (Carmel Macchiato) but after talking to the barista, I stepped out of my comfort zone and got a Pumpkin Spice Latte. It was amazing. But who cares about the drink? Back to the people. All three that were working were sooooo nice and very laid back. They did not have their fake corporate smiles or carbon copy attitudes. They were genuine, funny, and so polite. I wish I was in the Longmont area more or that my local Starbucks had a staff like this one on Hover. read more

Stopped by this morning, 2/15/18, to get an Americano. The barista did not even ask me what kind of coffee I prefer, i.e. mild, medium or dark and once done she placed the coffee on the side of the counter, did not say 'here you go' or anything and then went on to help the next customer.
