I want to start off by saying customer service is not always bad, the past visits I have been greeted and asked if I needed help. Which I appreciate when I'm in a hurry. Today I was definitely not greeted or asked what the name of the order was.. so I stood waiting while my drinks sat by the drive thru window. For the 3rd time, I ordered a drink for myself and one for my coworker. WE ALWAYS ORDER THE SAME EXACT DRINKS. Not once can I say the drinks have been slightly correct. (This specific location is right next to my bank so it's convenient to drive there on my way back to work). I have called a few times to let them know my drinks weren't made correctly, and when they remake them.. they are the exact same as the first drinks given to me. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but I am honestly tired of having to drive back to this location or drive to another location so they can remake my drinks. From now on I will be driving the extra 6 miles to go to the Starbucks that makes my drinks correct. read more

I love this Starbucks location. I have gone there at least ten times in the past few months and they are always quick and have always gotten my order right. On top of that, the drive-thru is extra big so it allows for long lines if it is busy. These go by fast so don't worry. They also have quite a bit of outdoor space if you want to meet a friend for coffee and sit outside due to covid. I would feel safe going here and feel confident in being spread out. Stopped in here for a Venti cold brew one morning on my way to a technical training course. This location appears to be very popular! There were a lot of customers. The proximity to the interstate guarantees that lots of thru-travelers as well as locals will come in here for their caffeination! I did not have to wait long - as usual - the cold brew was strong and tasty - and got my neurons firing! This is my "work" Starbucks since I'm just down the street, and I find myself spending WAY too much time here! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, once going so far as to offer to make me a small sample of a new drink I wasn't sure I wanted to buy! Literally every time I leave here the theme song from Cheers is playing through my mind. Like every other company right now they are occasionally short-staffed, so orders might be a little slower than normal and some afternoons only the drive-thru is open, but this is a sign of the times and if you can't show a little patience and grace maybe the business you're at isn't the problem. The outgoing attitude of the staff more than makes up for the small inconvenience of a slightly longer wait. I suppose if I was in a hurry I wouldn't have stopped in the first place. read more

Every single time I come here this store is closed. I commute into Denver for work from Fort Collins and every. single. time. I drive in you guys are closed. Not to mention extremely slow when you are open. Hmm. A quick scan of their reviews relays what I already knew: They are SLOW here. They are also mobbed here. I didn't have any issues with the customer service -- even after I awkwardly ordered a "vanilla medium latte" because I rarely visit Starbucks and get flustered by the many options when I do. It took a good long time to get my drink (maybe around 15-20 minutes), but when I did, the drink was tasty and woke me up. My cup listed my name as Kathline -- which my computer's autocorrect even wanted to fix -- but I'm more concerned with the drink quality than the personalization. Get more staff in here, corporate! I'm super disappointed... I'm visiting family in the area, and we wanted an afternoon pick me up coffee so we decided to get some Starbucks. When we pulled up there were signs posted saying they were closed at noon... and my cousin said it had been like this for MONTHS! Not only this Starbucks, but several within a 30 mile radius all close early, despite saying online they're open much later. When we called corporate to ask why, we were given a vague "not really sure but thank you for bringing it to our attention". If I could leave less than a star I would. We were traveling from Montana to New Mexico and stopped for a coffee and something to eat. We ordered and I went to use the restroom. There was a sign stating bathrooms are closed, and was told that it was because hot water heater broke. I didn't know that was necessary for a toilet lol. The lady there was incredibly rude about it. Then we were told after five minutes of ordering that they were out of the breakfast sandwich I ordered, so I had to order another one. Our order arrived and the sandwiches were cold on the inside, my husbands vanilla latte did not have the vanilla in it and it was a grande but was only about half full. Probably one of the worst Starbucks in the state of Colorado. Poor customer service when the manager is addressed for multiple issues. Entitled employees. Broken credit card readers through the drive through - yet they work in the lobby area!?! Employees refuse to walk the 3 extra steps to run a credit card in the lobby area when going through the drive through. I love Starbucks, especially the dragon drink. This location has consistently not had the proper ratio of tea and coconut milk, to the point I can't drink my drink anymore. I had three sips and am repulsed by it. There has never for me been hardly any of the tea that gives the drink its flavor.
