Customers are consistently told "5 minutes or less" or "they're bagging it up now" only to be made to wait 15-20 or more minutes before their order is finally brought out. It's time to get realistic and just be honest. I'd much rather be told "we're busy/short staffed (whatever) and it'll be another 20 minutes" and be leaving with my order in 15 minutes rather than the lie of "less than 5 minutes" and leaving 20 minutes later.
