Not great. Has to be by far the slowest location I have ever been to despite having two windows there is apparently never enough staff expect at LEAST a 15-20 minute wait even if there is only one or two cars ahead of you. Don't get anything blended. By the time it gets handed over the window it's already melted as they've had it sitting on the counter in view for at least 10 minutes. No matter the time of the day it's always slow also the flavor is never consistent. read more

A cool little Drive-thru coffee joint. I stopped in after lunch - to get a cold brew with Half n' Half - to keep my eyes open and the brain functioning for the rest of the day through a technical training course. You pull up, order, pay, then wait for them to make and hand over your beverage. I like strong, dark cold brews - I could see that their cold brew/iced coffee was a lot lighter in color - looked like iced tea from a coloration perspective. I really wanted to become a ziggis fan but thesaid consistency just isn't there. I ordered a Cafe au lait and the first one was great. Foamy at the top just enough milk and coffee the balance was pristine. The next day it tasted like hot milk. No sign of any foam. No coffee taste at all... then I figured I'll order an Americano next time with milk foam on top. The guy at the window said they can't do that and they can only do whipped cream. how does that even make sense. If you can't do a basic custom order of coffee what's the point of coming to ziggis. Same price at Starbucks for basic orders. Oh and the guy at the window had to add that he doesn't even drink coffee. Okay thanks for the info read more

Unfortunately this has to be the slowest coffee shop in northern CO! Today was exceptionally bad though....after waiting for about 15 minutes for our drinks we finally got them. WITH NO STRAWS! Frozen drinks with no straws, WTH are we supposed to do with a frozen whipped cream topped drink and no straw?!? Who sells drinks knowing their out of straws?!?! read more

Great coffee, but I have a real issue with being hit up for a tip before my coffee is served. It's awkward to be handed an ipad with the tip amount preselected. If I change it to zero and hand it back, will you spit in my coffee before handing it to me? And if I put a good tip on there and my coffee takes 10 minutes (which it did the other day), can I get a refund on that tip? Here's a tip for you: Gratuities should be earned, not automatically awarded - and counter service does not typically deserve a tip. Shame on companies that put their customers on the spot like this! Ziggi's is a breath of fresh air on the Colorado coffee scene! You can tell they put a lot of creativity and love into all they do. Everyone of the locations we have visited have a great user-friendly vibe. Very clean and bright, and the baristas are so upbeat and passionate! Their espresso drinks are spot on and consistent, and we love the trademark chocolate covered espresso beans they serve optionally with each cup. Nice touch! It's no wonder these Ziggi's are popping up everywhere. Don't stop!!! read more

Starbucks who? Great customer service local great people own this! Their cappuccinos are a mile above anyone else's. Also they're super fast and have great chocolate chip pumpkin bread In the fall. Literally the best bread ever . Also their pumpkin spice latte whips Starbucks by miles much better flavor read more

We were heading out of town and stopped off the exit a cup of coffee and found this little drive through building near a truck stop/gas station. Excellent coffee and friendly service! The staff was very friendly and efficient. They put a chocolate espresso bean on top which was a lovely touch! Would definitely visit again if nearby. read more

Zigis is the reason I'm not a millionaire at this point because Im addicted. They have such good coffee it's honestly hard not to be so I'm not even mad about it but I do recommend stopping here it's the best around. Best place to get coffee in Firestone/Frederick, A+ for friendliness and puppy cookies! They remember the regulars. I wish they would not upcharge for nondairy. I think it's cheaper than dairy, can be shelf stable. Kinda unfair if you can't eat dairy, but everyone else charges more too. Oh well. read more

I love pulling up to the drive through and seeing the same smiling faces. I always get the same thing. The peanut butter mocha is amazing. I love their scones heated or un heated. Both are equally delicious. I like that if I ask for 2 beans they give me 2 beans :) I only ask every 5th time though. the wait is never long and I don't mind the location. Love this ZIGGI's!! Everyone here is so friendly, they are fast, and make my drink just the way I like it. Only advice...can you please wipe down your ipad's that you give to customers to pay with? The staff is really friendly (almost to a point where it's too much. They say hello to you in a therapist tone of voice, and that can be uncomfortable or intimidating when you are only there to get coffee.). However, I love the convenience of the drive-through on both sides! They have a punch card system that keeps us coming back. They have early and late hours which makes it nice because they are always there when I need them. Overall I really enjoy this coffee location! read more

Ziggi's is pretty good! A tad bit on the expensive side for sure! But the ladies are always very nice and accommodating. My one negative is that the iPad they hand you is pretty gross as many people have touched it, and for a germaphobe that's a no go! Other then that they have some delicious things on the menu! I like the raspberry mocha and my husband likes the mile high frozen blender! Also, their breakfast burritos are about as good as a burrito can get! Basic ingredients but they do a good job! Great coffee and amazing staff! So amazing, that this morning I experienced an issue with my key fob not communicating with my car. I can't remember her name now but she was the only employee there and she let me borrow her vehicle to go get my spare key fob. Didn't even think twice about it.
