Drive thru on a Sunday afternoon took 35 minutes. Come to find out, they had closed and didn't let the other cars in the drive thru know. I drove up to the window while all the workers turned around, looked at me in my car, kept doing their thing, laughed, then finally a girl came up and told me they had closed 20 minutes ago. Finally, a Starbuck's in DD-Land (one on every corner)! And it's less than 2 miles from home. The driveway is a little tough to get into unless you like taking your life into your hands. But once your in...the drive-thru is pretty good. Lots of room for me to get in there and order whatever flavor venti hot latte I decide on that day. My pup is always thrilled if Amanda is at the window cause then there's a puppaccino for her. No one else seems to do them and she gets pretty sad when I leave with my goodies and she gets nothing. If I go inside I've got choices of where to sit. So if I'm there with my computer and need to work it's a side bench with a round table or maybe one of the long tables with the high seats. If I have my tablet and a book to read I'll usually go for the cozy chairs at the end in the corner. Wherever I sit, the staff is always cheerful and helpful. And honest...when asked about a new flavor I was given a hesitant answer that wasn't bad but certainly not a huge endorsement. And I tried it and agreed with the opinion, too. My order always comes out great... however I tend to wait 25+ minutes to get my coffee whether it's going through the drive-through, ordering ahead, or ordering inside. Aside from that the drive-through has two entrances and I feel someone is always trying to cut me off. Something needs to be done about this whether it's a new location, more staff, or one drive through line. read more

I feel so bad for the people working there. They are severely understaffed and it takes 30-40 minutes to make the one cup of coffee I ordered when the app tells me 15-20 minutes. read more

Could not help but shout out PETER who was working the window on 12/6/19. I've never met a more personable Starbucks employee, and he took the time to say hello and chat. There isn't much interaction at a drive-thru window, but Peter had a smile and was just adorable. The whole car remarked that we'd come back just to say hi to him! Took 15 minutes in the drive through and I was car #4. The WiFi did not update my app so the correct amount did not show on my app. I had no more time and had to leave the line without my drink. Went through the drive thru for two drinks and ended up waiting for over 15 minutes for a drink, THEN they messed up my order and ended up waiting another 5 minutes for a drink. That's a solid 20 minutes spent in the drive thru that I will never get back, I deeply regret ever making the decision to get coffee this morning. Finally! This is a very nice, new Starbucks. I've been a couple of times now and they have been right on with the orders, very nice taking orders. They are a tad slow, but i'll cut them some slack for now being a new store. As long as I'm not in a hurry, get good customer service, and they get my order right, I'm happy. I'm happy. read more

Today we had an issue with payment. We paid cash and mistakenly 2 $20's were stuck together so we gave them $40. We got change for $20. We went inside and told them and were told that we had no proof. I asked them to count the drawer to show that we were being truthful. That would be their proof. They said they couldn't and they could not do anything about it. They told me to call the 800 number. I did. The rep told me that they couldn't do anything, I had to address it at the store level. I chatted a rep online who is sending me a $20 gift card. Unfortunately that doesn't help us. You can't put gas in your tank with a Starbucks gift card. I just wish they would have taken the time to count the drawer to prove we weren't lying to them. My advice if you must frequent this establishment, do not use cash! One thing, the manager at the store was very nice and polite but didn't seem to concerned with trying to help. She never took our name in case they did realize that they were over $20 at the end of the day. read more

This has to be the world's slowest Starbucks. Don't expect to get through the drive through in less than 10 minutes. The employees always seem nice enough, but I've yet to have a positive experience here. I thought that putting in a mobile order 15 minutes prior to my arrival would help speed things up. I am extremely happy to finally have a Starbucks in town!! I love the decor inside. It rustic and warm, not to mention clean. All of the employees are friendly and efficient. It's a bonus to have outdoor seating for when the weather is nicer. My main complaint is that the iced coffee is never quite cold enough. I'm hoping they improve with time. read more

I love this Starbucks! I go in just about every day. I love the quality of my Teavana tea. The staff are very friendly and know exactly what I want. They pleasantly take the time to make my tea well and accommodate my special order. Unpleasant experience every time. I've been to this Starbucks about 7-8 times and I just won't give them anymore chances. Every single time I've been there they messed up my order. And honestly, the staff have bad attitudes. Some of them are worse than others, particularly one girl who gives a "Wtf are you talking about" kinda stare when I order literally anything and acts like I'm ruining her day by being there. Another bad experience was being argued with when I mentioned my drink tasted like soap, and having to explain it to 3 more people to get a new one. I also don't know how they never have the food I want to order. I always have to name off 3+ sandwiches to find one they have. (But their display and signs stay up) It's annoying that this is the only Starbucks near me :/ I hope they can get new people and figure it out. I have probably been to Starbucks at various locations a dozen times. I was treated to a coffee at this location in December 2016. I ordered a coffee using Plain English and got a fantastic rich tasting decaf. My Starbucks addicted brother-in-law has the menu down pat. Don't ask me to even try. I'm glad they understand my orders. Glad I didn't have to shell out the $$ for the coffee, though. read more

I have been to this Starbucks drive thru many times. On more than one occasion I have gotten lukewarm coffee and it is not convenient to go back for a hot coffee after waiting for several minutes. I'm a huge starbucks fan and love having one literally right down the road but as a stay at home mom, I need to use the drive thru alot and the line and window service is extremely slow. I've been to several starbucks in state and out of state and have never waited as long as I have in a drive thru then when I do at this one. I have never waited long enough for a coffee more consistently than at Starbucks in my entire life. Just start off anything there cost a dollar or more than Dunkin Donuts for product that honestly is just about the same. Their food is pre-packaged and gets mailed in just like Dunkin Donuts so it's frozen and you microwave it that's it there's no creation of food at Starbucks just like at Dunkin Donuts. Admitting me the coffee does taste better than Dunkin Donuts, but if it's burnt 50% of the time then it's not going to taste good so it doesn't really f****** matter. This is the third time in a row that I have waited over 20 minutes in line for a small coffee, though it is called a tall... LOL. It's like you have to be at the end of your life to go to Starbucks. Yesterday I tried to order a copy and it up telling the lady just give me whatever you want lol lol... It's just f****** coffee people. Worst Starbucks, hands down, in America. When they first opened they were mediocre, I thought it was just the part of growing pains. Lately, I never get what I order. Either it's not decaf like I ask for, it's the right coffee but hot instead of iced, or tall or grande instead of venti. It's like playing the lotto, u never know what is going to come out. Also, the drive thru is notoriously slow. I have had 2 cars ahead of me and easily waited 15 minutes. Going inside is not any faster either. We ordered a caramel macchiato and an iced cold brew with almond milk. The ice macchiato came so light with cream/milk that it was white, clearly made incorrectly. I really wanted to like this Starbucks and I gave them so many chances, but they are awful. The drive thru takes 10 minutes to get through on a good day and my order is almost always wrong. I've placed mobile orders 20 minutes in advance, just to show up and have to wait an additional 10 minutes for my order. Staff is rude and unprofessional at times. I was so excited to have this place opened, finally, it's near my house and on my way to work. But honestly, this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to! They are consistently slow because they're messing up orders. I always see them handing food and drinks back and forth. Don't know what's going on there but needs to have better training and/or manager's on duty. Today, I went to check out this Starbucks. I was excited since finally one close to me exists!! From the time I entered to the time I left, it took about 30 mins to get everything. While I understand that it's new, the time I had to wait was ridiculous. I ordered 3 drinks and the 2nd drink I was given wasn't even close to what I ordered, I believe that it was meant for the drive thru. Many people kept complaining about the time, and the manager or the woman who I assumed to be in charge kept saying that the service was so slow because they had so many new people. Starbucks isn't a small business, if they needed people from other Starbucks to come and help that wouldn't be difficult to arrange. Also, having so many new people at once isn't fair to those working since they're not prepared & don't have more experienced people to guide them. All other Starbucks I've gone to have been very efficient so this was a disappointment. It also seemed like they only focused on giving the cars at the Drive-Thru their orders and not about the people inside waiting. I'll give this place the benefit of the doubt since they're a new store, but it just seemed like no one working was assigned a specific place to be and it appeared to be a mess. read more
