In town on business, I was happy to see a Starbucks walking distance from my hotel. I placed a mobile order through the App and it said it was going to be ready in approximately 10+ minutes. I walked over in no hurry and lots of activity in the drive through and people picking up orders but not really anyone hanging out. The layout is nice and open with some long tables along with the smaller ones. Tables were all cleaned off and the place is inviting and organized. Since I ordered through the App, I didn't have much interaction with the baristas but I can say that they were all busy doing their part to get through the morning rush. It took longer than expected for my drink, I think they may have forgotten about it. My Iced Chai came out exactly how I ordered it. I ended up coming back the following day and my drink was ready much quicker. read more

0/5 fire your supervisor. The opening crew on the date of 05/02/206 were all so nice smiling, cheery and friendly/sweet for what it was, so I felt a deep connection to be useful with my decisions. Arranged to meet and transfer a large money exchange at the local Starbucks in Logan, Utah also to charge my phone after vast interstate travel. I was very early to meet and conduct a simple wire transaction with the Facebook marketplace fellow. No sweat, I was bored out of my mind... so rather than be numb on my content feed, figured it needn't be done professionally, I simply started sorting and organizing their heavily shopped coffee bag displays, nicely/aesthetically turning their cups, fitting in signage and squeezing in room for logical even back filled rows of merch displays, pushing in chairs, picking up garbage out of sheer boredom. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE ASKED ME TO STOP OR CEASE THE GOOD SAMARITAN VALUE I WAS CONTRIBUTING. After all is conducive and peaceful, the supervisor clocks in, staggers in bitterly gulping her employee drink in one swig then comes directly to where I was sitting as for a moment after I've inspected every inch there was nothing left to clean or make look nice. I asked her if she had witnessed what I had done. She was around for a good minute or two transition thus was either oblivious to my good intentions and actions, or she went as far as to keep her head down and turn a blind eye just to snap into Gen-Z girlboss with a mini-bob. She absolutely scolds that I better buy an item right now and if I don't that I would be removed by authorities. I told her I would like to do it in that case. Dumbfounded, her default NPC reaction is to immediately reiterate the choice of hostility; not of customer service. "You mean you WOULD like the authorities to remove you?" So I basically just was forced into a hostage situation of a tiny $3 cup of black bean soup. I got my sell and trade item successfully at the end of the day. I am not local to Utah so this was my first coffee experience to the state. Will boycott until I am informed of this particular employee being terminated, and that their policies improve drastically. read more

I was there the morning of 5/2 when the strange bald man walked in with the Meta glasses and claimed to "organize and clean" he indeed did none of those things. As I saw it he walked around on the phone talking about shady stuff, making everyone uncomfortable and fondling every peice of merchandise. I intended to buy a bag of beans but after I saw him touch everything with his grimy little raccoon paws, I decided for my safety It would be best I not purchase the contaminated packaging. Then the girl with the Bob, bravely confronted the strange bald man and kindly asked if he wanted to purchase anything and than said that Starbucks had implemented a policy a while ago back that you needed to purchase something to use their facilities. (She deserves a much needed pat on the back for the way she professionally and kindly handled everything). The deranged bald man than asked something about cash back, and by the way he said it I reflexively tightened my grip on my wallet, she kindly said Starbucks doesn't do that but there is a bank right across the street. He than slinked out of the store (thank god), and I felt safer for it. The staff handled it well and did an amazing job at following store policy and protecting the customers and girls working in the back from this sad little hairless creature. read more

Great location when taking a walk and the employees are extremely nice and friendly. Very comfy place to study and relax. Even their snacks and food were very tasty. I recommend trying out their buttered popcorn read more

FAST AF! I was slightly discouraged by, but did not shy away from, the looong line at the drive through when I pulled into this location. By the time I pulled up I could already order, and the 5 cars ahead of me moved really quickly. This location is a well oiled machine and a model of efficiency - the coffee is great, a bit hotter than I seem to get at other locations (probably because they're so freakin' fast it doesn't have time to cool down). The first time I went to this Starbucks and ordered a venti vanilla bean frappe with CARAMEL DRIZZLE. Of course they missed the caramel drizzle and put a teaspoon of caramel on top. Strike 1. Then today I ordered a cinnamon dolce latte with oat milk and light foam, as well as a triple espresso macchiato for my bf. My drink was NASTY. I took one sip and it tasted like water! I LOVE Starbucks but this starbucks is just beneath all Starbucks. My bf did not enjoy his macchiato either, especially since the worker decided to make him a caramel macchiato instead. Strike two AND three. I will not be coming here anymore and I advise others to not come to this one either. I may try the one further down the street. read more

Stop by here to grab my usual coffee and leave. This is one of the newer Starbucks here in Logan. When you walk inside there was the usual coffee aroma everywhere. You see a bunch of students just hanging out and studying or just hanging out in general. The baristas here are friendly, and they have been trained well enough to make the decent coffee you order. One great thing I notice when I came here was that there was a theme going on that day. They were totally ready for summer and in the middle of all tables was fun stuff you can use to take pictures with. Everyone loves a "photo booth prop" and taking tons of selfies. I thought that was super creative. Once I saw those props I had to try their new thing they brought for the summer. I got their double month frap. Best part it was only $3 because it was happy hour. The frap was great. Tasted like a Girl Scout cookies thin mint. There is a lot of whip great in this frap though...so if you ask for no whip cream...you won't get the picture drink, just a drink. read more

I was so excited to get the Pumpkin spice chai for the fall season. I went with a couple of friends, the lady at the counter (Blonde with a butterfly tattoo on her tricep) didn't even acknowledge our greeting, and asked "what drink do you want?" Her attitude threw me off, but I continued to place my order. She didn't ask for the size of my drink and immediately told me the total of the drink. I patiently told her that I wasn't finished ordering, as I was also ordering a drink for my friend and two bakery items. Her attitude increased. She never asked the name for the order either, and I had to really pay attention as to when my order was ready. The food was great! However, she put in the wrong drink (it was never read back to me) and gave me a pumpkin spice latte instead of the chai. At this point I was just really irritated. We went up to get a new drink and she didn't even apologize or double check our order, she just said okay. Everyone else seemed friendly enough, but this girl had a huge attitude. Starbucks - Logan, UT I was in desperate need of some caffeine. I actually prefer my coffee from a local establishment, but I cannot deny the fact that Starbucks is convenient and very consistent. This Starbucks is smaller, but wasn't very busy. I got the usual, which is a Venti Americano with a couple of packets of Stevia. The drink was good and the service was excellent. The barista behind the counter not only took my order, but also walked around the counter and personally handed me my drink. This has never happened to me at a Starbucks. Nice clean new Starbucks. Usual Starbucks fare. People are nice, prompt. Wifi is free. Well air conditioned. Drinks have been spot on. Usually has enough seating in the evening. Does have a drive through for those heading northbound into Logan (on the right side circling counterclockwise around building). It's more of a U-turn when heading south out of Logan (center lane divider) towards this Starbucks (unless one takes the back street and circles back northbound). No coffee master yet but appears to have promise. Might be nice to see if they get a recycled newspaper/re-read bin sometime. read more

I love Starbucks. But the past 3 times I've gone in here, I've ordered a double chocolate chip Frappuccino and they have made it wrong every single time. It's Christmas time baristas....not the time to be stingy scrooges. My daughter and I were here today for Christmas specialty drinks. We ordered a tall chestnut praline latte and a tall peppermint mocha - $10.00 total. Drinks arrive in plain white cups and I ask the barista why didn't they use the red cups? "We're trying to get rid of the white cups". WTH? Save them for after the holidays ok? And use up the limited edition Christmas cups now...how about that solution. Full bar and all the patrons had red cups infront of them but they had to use my daughter and I for 'how to dave a dime". What's the matter barista, were my daughter and I not hipster enough? Drove through this Starbucks for the first time and you can't even see the menu from the drive through. Where you have to stop to order, the menu is about 3- 4 feet ahead of you so you can read anything on it. read more
