Every time I come here they are out of stuff so I have to change my order from what I want to "this will do." Please stock up on stuff so people can order the smoothie they want. If you go around 7:00 PM you won't be able to get a juice or hardly any bakery items. I wish they would advertise when they shut down their juicer and why they can't grab another bakery item from the back if they have it in stock. Otherwise they have good customer service. read more

Pros- Store is clean, prices are good, friendly when taking your order. Cons- By the time your smoothie gets to the pour station it seems that the friendliness dies and theres no emotion. Theres never any greeting walking into the store like at other Jambas. Fruit smoothies come out watery and has to much ice (creamy and veggie smoothies come out good). Lastly, they are super slow. Even with no one in the store you can still be waiting more than 5min (with no one before you, you should have your smoothie by the time you're done paying). Having previously worked at a Jamba Juice I have had my share of Jambas and know whats expected of a store. My review may sound harsh to some, but at Jamba, speed and taste are everything. read more

Reading everybody's post hurts my head, they obviously believe that the world revolves around just them. This store is great, sparkling clean and everything's great. No there's no red carpet and music playing for you when you walk in, sorry they couldn't be more amazing in that way, but the smoothies are the ish and that's what matters. Me and my friend pulled up pretty close to the doors, we walked in and immediately i could smell the freshness of the sweet fruits and crisp vegetables. I looked at the menu to find each and every smoothie described very well and how many calories for each size of cup. The cashier asked very nicely what she could do for us, I asked to check both of my gift cards because I am still broke. She was very helpful and her attitude was great. She had a big smile on her face and was ready to help us as soon as we walked in. If I remember correctly I ordered one of the large strawberry smoothies, although I don't remember which one it was. Right as we started ordering, other workers jumped on it like a cheetah on a gazelle. After we paid we went and sat down on the comfy bar stool lined up by the windows. No less than two minutes we watched her poor our smoothies. "Is that ours?" my friends asked. "I doubt man, we just ordered." I replied but surprisingly it was our order. I was shocked at how fast the had our smoothies out. We hung out for a little at the bar and I accidentally spilled some of smoothie. I went to the bathrooms to wash my hands and noticed it was very clean,almost as if someone had cleaned the bathroom a few minutes ago. I come back to my seat and the mess is already cleaned up like it didn't even happen. Not only did the smoothie taste amazing but the girls working looked as good as my smoothie tasted. My friend wanted me to ask for the girl working on the register for her number but I figured out the she was my friends cousin and I thought that would be weird. I'm confused about reading some of the reviews. This is the friendliest Jamba Juice I've seen in a while. What do you expect? It's Jamba Juice not Neimen Marcus or Jo Malone. Yes they are kind of pricey. But what you are paying for is the convenience. They have better juicers than what most folks have in their house. They have a variety of fruits in stock. If I were to go to the grocery store and buy it a lot of times these fruits would get rotten before I have the chance to juice it. At Jamba Juice everything is fresh and readily available. Being closed on Sundays is no problem for me. Because think about it it's their Sunday too and for people to have to work on Sundays will hurt the quality of life. Every place should be closed on Sundays except for gas stations, pharmacy's, hospitals, clinics, and 12 step recovery meetings. The body needs rest and having that Sunday off will make people happier, well rested, healthier, and wise. My only suggestion for Jamba Juice is if they can send receipts through text and email. With the ability to save email and phone numbers so you don't have to keep re-entering it. read more

I went to Jamba Juice and I wasn't disappointed, the smoothie I had was a strawberry, banana, and apple smoothie. It was very good and I got it fairly quickly, the server was very nice and had a grin the entire time. She took my order without any problems and as soon as we walked in she greeted us with a smile. My favorite part about Jamba Juice is probably how cheap it was, it was reasonably priced for the amount I got and how much they filled up the cup with. I would totally recommend this place to anyone because it's very good and worth the visit, the establishment was very well kept and was fairly clean. The only problems I had was that they do not offer to email receipts, so that kinda blows. Also the location, it is pretty hard to get into the lot because it's pretty cramped back into a corner and it's not very easy to get too. I would rate it a 8/10 because it was extremely tasteful. It wasn't very crowded which was nice, It was nice to be able to walk in wait around 3 min then just walk right out, that was really relaxing and was very nice to be able to get my product and get out quick. The natural lighting in the place was very cool, it was so nice to have natural light more than lights inside. There's also bike parking and that makes it really nice for people who can't drive and bike everywhere, also there's free wifi so that's pretty lit cause then I can watch netflix while I drink my smoothie. The bathrooms were very nice, they were very private and far away from where everyone drinks/eats. It was very clean and very well kept. read more
