I love Crumbl! The Logan store is where it all began and I've been going since the very beginning. I have a real weakness for baked goods. Their cookies are the best! I always get extra when I have a trip coming up and put some in the freezer to take with me. I have always loved crumbl. They closed the south location recently and I have been to the north location twice since and both times were disappointing. The first time they were charging more for the key lime pie cookie which was new and I'm not a fan of the additional cost. Then today got I got some cookies and they were hard, which I love how soft and chewy the cookies usually are so that was a let down. To add to that, they ran out of cookie dough crumbs to go on top of the cookie dough cookie. It's a bummer I've had two bad experiences the last couple of weeks. read more

I understand Crumbl is wildly popular and successful, which is great for them, but maybe only 3 out of their 30 or so cookie choices are really all that good. When they were smaller and only had a few locations, the cookies tasted like they put more time and care into them. Now with 300 locations they don't taste as great, unfortunately. Nothing like warm soft cookies that can be delivered! We stopped in to buy a box of 4. There was a tray with the daily selection of cookies to choose from. We did a chilled sugar, s'mores, peanut butter bar and chocolate chip. I have sent these to my daughter who is a student at USU and she loved them. Now I know why! They were so delicious! Never buy a gift certificate here - someone gave us one for 12 cookies - there are only two of us, so they won't split it up to smaller orders. Now there has been a tragic event happen to a neighbor that will have a lot of family in town. I wanted to use it to send them some cookies (I was willing to pay for delivery) but they won't let me use it for any delivery orders. I would give them zero stars if I could - shouldn't a gift card be the same as cash at the store? Your response doesn't address the using it for a delivery - I wanted the same amount of items - I was willing to pay the delivery. I still stand by my comments NEVER buy a gift card from here - on your service website I told you this isn't the first time I've had problem with your cards. I have been SO excited to try Crumbl Cream new ever since they announced it. Just my luck, they have been sold out for weeks! But finally I got a hold of some! So.... I got their 4-pack (best deal at $10.48 aka $2.62 per half pint). I choose the flavors (left to right, top to bottom): Churro, Buckeye Brownie, Muddy Buddy, and Biscoff. Now note, that this is my personal review. I understand we all have potentially different tastes, so when I rank a flavor lower than another, I typically tell you why. It may not be my cup of tea but it may be yours. So hopefully I can be helpful either way. Ranked in order of my tastebud dance: 1) Biscoff-- WOW! Pure biscoff flavor with real cookie pieces pulverized throughout. At the end, I had wished I bought four of these. 2) Churro-- great cinnamon sugar flavor ice cream with bits of churros. Almost as good as biscoff and similar in texture. 3) Muddy Buddy-- great chunks of Chex covered muddy buddies in a milk chocolate ice cream with peanut butter ribbon. I was only disappointed in the chocolate flavor. Not that I wished it was dark, but just a deeper chocolate flavor. 4) Buckeye Brownie-- I expected more with a "brownie" name. It tasted nothing like brownie. Actually it tasted a lot like Muddy Buddy with the chocolate ice cream hinted with PB. It had small chunks of brownie in it, but I would've preferred the ice cream be more brownie-like. Perhaps my expectation were too high because Buckeye brownies are one of my favorite desserts. Again, just wasn't my cup of tea. **Warning: They only come in half pints ($3.28 ea). If they sold a pint for $4, I'd be all over that every week. Food for thought. read more

These cookies are pretty good, but the lack of customer service makes this shop mediocre at best. When you have 10-12 employees milling around a central bake station and not one looks up to greet new customers, something is wrong. The cashier was busy putting an order together and she did her best to keep up with the guests, but honestly if even one other worker said anything while she was busy, I wouldn't be writing this. I hope the cashier girl doesn't have to share the tips, she seemed to be the only person who cared about the customers that were there. read more

The girl helping us at the counter was incredibly snobby and could care less about being polite or greeting us. While we were visiting Utah from NY, we bought these cookies as a treat for our kids. A half of a chocolate chip cookie landed my son in the Hospital due to a severe allergic reaction. Mind you my son gets tested regularly and does not have any food allergies. After several attempts to contact management to understand ingredients in the cookie , i quickly realized that staff is not well trained in the severity of food allergies and did not demonstrate any empathy. As for Sawyer, the owner, i was told via email from his staff that he sends his apologies and wishes me luck with the doctor follow ups. Beware! I wanted to like this place so bad but the cookies are almost inedible. While I was pleased with the size of the cookies, they are just way too doughy.
