Very disappointed with the direction this business has taken under new ownership. The change in atmosphere and management style is noticeable, and not in a good way. Professionalism seems to have declined significantly, communication appears poor, and the decisions being made feel rushed and disconnected from what made this company successful in the first place. It's frustrating to watch a business with so much potential move away from the standards and culture that customers and employees valued. Leadership matters, and right now this location feels poorly managed and out of touch. I used to love Twisted Sugar in Logan, Utah, but with the new owners (as of the first of April) I'm done. However, before I do that, I need to enjoy this yummy treat. Twisted Sugar has lots of locations, and I've been to other ones before, so I knew what to expect. I went in looking for a peanut butter cookie, which I got, and also snagged a crinkle cookie. The peanut butter one was solid, I didn't care so much for the crinkle one, though. On Dec 6th at 2:40, my husband and I walked into the Tremonton Twisted Sugar to purchase some cookies. This was the first time we had been in any of your establishments. My daughter had given us two $5.00 gift certificates and I placed them on the counter. My husband and I each ordered two cookies. The clerk rang up our order and said, "I'm sorry we are not honoring these gift certificates." I said "Why??? There is no expiration date on them!!!" She said, there was some theft of gift certificates, that's why. My daughter did not steal these!!! We said forget it and walked out. We will never set foot in your cookie franchise ever again due to your clerk's rude behavior. Because you didn't provide security in distributing gift certificates, my daughter and ultimately my husband and I were cheated out of $10.00. We should not be punished by your lax protocols regarding your gift certificates. What was supposed to be a fun afternoon treat for us turned out to be a situation that made us feel angry and unvalued as customers. I thought I would let you know because I'm sure your goal on a corporate level is to provide a superior product and provide a pleasant experience for your customers, to keep them coming back for cookies. First time trying Twisted Sugar, and so glad we stopped by. Sugar cookies were delicious! We loved the lime/coconut, the chocolate crinkle and plain vanilla sugar cookie. This place hadn't been open for very long, so drive thru service was quite slow, but I assume they will improve with time. read more

This is the cutest little place to get cookies! They are always super friendly and the cookies are so fresh and yummy every time! They also make super delicious gluten free cookies that are soft and melt in your mouth! I actually like their cookies better than Crumbl and the fact they actually offer a gluten free menu is a HUGE win! My girlfriend and I enjoy twisted sugar much more then the other soda shops in Logan. The problem is their drive thru. You order and pay at the window making the line move SOOOO slow. If they just added a place to sign further back in the line and had drinks ready the line would move much quicker. read more

Such a good experience at Twisted Sugar last night. It was my first time in and I wanted to try ALL the cookie flavors. So many good ones. The girl helping me was patient and friendly as I made my decisions. So happy to have them on the south end of town. :( We went in store and ordered. After every order they would make the drinks slowly even with a busy drive thru line and in store line and then take the next persons order. When we finally got our items we were given the wrong cookies, and the drink we ordered was all syrup and no carbonation. Most orders here have been great but lately it's been worse. read more

Line was short but still took forever, there were only 3 cars in front of us and we waited about minutes. They were super unorganized and didn't have our order right.
