I used to love Chugz. My wife and I moved to Logan in the summer of '22 and quickly Thursday night became a tradition for a Chugz run. Past three times we have gone the drinks have been horrid. First there was way too much syrup, it was undrinkable. But people make mistakes we get it. So we went again. Second time we ordered our usual choices and they tasted like completely different drinks. Maybe they gave us someone else's order. Today we went and again, ordered our usual choices. Hers was finally how it should taste but mine literally tasted like a La Croix. I don't know if they have new staff but we won't be going back for a time. It's good. It's a total hang out place, great decor everywhere and the atmosphere is awesome. I've personally met the owner, he is very friendly and always willing to make my experience here a memorable one. However, my only hiccup is that I can't ever seem to get the right thing. There is SO MUCH on the menu to choose from, I'm always overwhelmed! Here are some items I've tried: 1. They have footlong corndogs, but they always seem slightly greasy. 2. Their fries are stellar, be sure to get their signature fry sauce if you have a change! 3. Their drinks are fine, just your average soda pop with the occasional twist of flavoring if you are feeling adventurous. 4. Their ice cream is really good, super cheap too! Only about $1.50 for a nice helping of dessert. 5. The cookies are good too, you can never go wrong with a solid sugar cookie with pink frosting. I've been to Chugz a number of times with friends and it seems like they've always messed up at least one of the orders. We went there again tonight and in true fashion, they got one of our orders wrong. That itself doesn't warrant a negative review, my negative review comes after finding a long, brown hair at the bottom of my cup AFTER finishing my drink. Sorry Chugz, but I'm done. I'll stick to regular old boring fountain drink soda from the gas station. I've found their cups tend to be hair free. read more

Giving this business one star because it won't let me do zero. The employees here are treated extremely poor. The owners of this business clearly do not care about the morale of their employees. Nothing is well taken care of inside of this location. I'm surprised they are able to pass health inspections. Do not work here. Do not let your kid work here. Will never go there again! The kitchen is absolutely filthy, disgusting, and gross! I have no idea how they pass inspection with such a dirty floor. Employees are rude. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I payed with a debit card at the drive through window on my last visit, as I drove away, I realized my card was missing. I went back and asked them to let me look and see if it was accidentally left there. The employee actually accused me of not paying for my drink and then implied that I was accusing her of stealing my card. None of this was true. I was just upset that my bank card was missing and wanted to search for it. I used to go here quite often and the drinks are ok but definitely not great. I love Chugz! They stay open late which is A+ in a college town like Logan. They have lots of drinks and sweets. The fries are amazing but I really dislke their "Chugz fry sauce" I wish they offered just regular fry sauce. Also they really need to add Apple Cider to their list of hot drinks... We had a poor overall experience here. We ordered two drinks and a brownie. The girl taking our order put our drinks on to our order and then said nothing else, not even giving us a total or asking if our order was complete. We pulled forward and paid for our drinks and then we had to pay for our brownie separately because she didn't finish taking our order. When we got home, one of our drinks (a "Mountain Man") didn't contain any fruit purée and was just Mountain Dew. We called Chugz and the girl who answered spoke over my husband, spoke with her manager without letting my husband know what she was doing, and then continued to speak over my husband again after she was done speaking to her manager. Overall, I believe the situation could have been handled a lot better and more empathetically. The only solution they had for us was for us to drive all the way back so they could fix the drink (we did pay with cash so I understand that that's all they could really do, but regardless, it still really sucked). When my husband got there to fix the problem, their only solution was to remake the drink or refund us, which was disappointing. I feel like we should have at least received a coupon or something for all the trouble we went through to get a correct drink. We probably should have checked the drink before leaving because we have had problems with our drinks not being made correctly in the past, so that's our fault but we're still pretty disappointed that it was made incorrectly in the first place. When my husband got home, we taste-tested the two drinks and the original drink we were given tasted like straight Mountain Dew. We haven't visited for a while, and I am sad to say that we are not seeing much of a change now years later. I was a frequent customer. Had a few older punch passes (the new ones now specify shots are extra.) One visit, I was turning one in after I had filled it out. They told me it was going to cost money for the two shots they put in. I had never had to pay for those before and they said they've always done it like that. They had the drink made, ready to give to me, I told them I did not have any cash with me. They sat there. Didn't offer anything. I've waited a long time for someone to fix the problem but it seems that nothing is being done. -It seems like every time I go to ChugZ with people, someone's order is messed up. -The past few times we've been to ChugZ, we've experienced bad customer service concerning the previous statement, more specifically a blonde girl that looks like she's sixteen. She was really rude about every mess up. -The past couple times we've gone, there haven't been brownies and I've received cookies that have been completely frozen. When we asked why the cookies were completely frozen, we were told that they just get them, freeze them, and serve them. We didn't understand why the cookies weren't thawed out or something because it's kind of like eating a hockey puck. -Another frequent problem I've encountered is drinks that are straight up seltzer water. This seems to be a problem that happens really often. Anyway, when they get their stuff right, it's really, really awesome. But again, it is fairly often that they get something wrong, and you can expect to get treated like you're the problem by a blonde sixteen year old girl when you try to get your order fixed. read more
