The workers are shy but very kind and patient. Their boba comes in a tall slim cup. They have many flavors to choose from, different boba options, and you can choose the intensity of sweetness added (if any). I give this place 4 stars because while the boba is very yummy, the shop itself is pretty dirty and cluttered. They have a restaurant attached to them and even have a bar where they build their sushi rolls where they make the boba. I would recommend ordering inside as opposed to the drive thru because the boba shop is attached to the restaurant, a worker from the restaurant greets you but then has to switch you to the worker at the boba shop. It's made ordering at the drive thru a little confusing on both ends. Also, our last visit to their drive thru, the man told us to order when we are ready which we said we were right away. After my husband placed our order, it was just silent. Even after a few "hello?"s and "did you get that?" So we just left the drive thru and ordered inside which went smoothly. Our favorite boba is the Thai tea drink (not smoothie) with regular boba, light ice and zero added sweetener. Yum
