I love this place, we still by every time we are in town. They have another location located on campus as well. If you want to take a stroll or just sit under the vast shades on campus to to that one. This one is still quaint and enjoyable w outside seating underneath trees or on the benches. I love the menu items. I've tasted any half of these and all are delish! Not to mention the portion you get for your money! I get a mini ($3) and split that for my two toddlers. Went here for my brother's graduation day! I got aggies tracks or something like that. Which was chocolate base icecream with peanut better cups mixed in with caramel drizzled in. The chocolate base ice-cream was fantastic but unfortunately that's all you could taste. They didn't have very many peanut better cups mixed in and you couldn't really taste the caramel. Other than that the chocolate ice-cream was great but I just wish they had more flavor with it! The service was super quick and the environment was super clean and organized! I really enjoyed this ice cream! There were lots of different flavor options. The ice cream was fresh, creamy, and delicious. Even though there was a large line, it went really quickly, and the prices were affordable. I will definitely be back next time I am in the Logan area. Aggie ice cream is a special piece of Logan history and a lifetime of memories from my childhood with my mom, sisters and grandparents to now sharing the experience with my daughter and her grandma(my mom). So many flavors to choose from and all so delicious! Aggie blue mint, lemon custard, the classics to my new favorite true Aggie night! (All the flavors can be seen on their website) The prices are decent and the servings are large. The shop was fairly busy for a hot summer day but the service was efficient. A Must have. Best Ice cream in Logan. Prices are reasonable. Always a line though so make sure you plan accordingly. There are places to sit outside but it's basically a large bench seating area as they don't really have tables. Just remember in summer you're eating ice cream and it's hot so you better eat quickly otherwise it will melt fast. Aggies blue mint is the perfect amount of mint. Could have used more cookies though. Pralines and cream was good. I like the waffle cones but the wife says they are too thick. Waffle cones are crunchy and crispy though. Great: the ice cream itself! I thoroughly enjoyed my single-scoop sugar cone of the Aggie ROTC. The flavor was spot on. My boyfriend got a single scoop of the Bull Tracks in a waffle cone. It was also very tasty. I imagine you can't go wrong with any flavor. The waffle cones are made fresh while you wait. I would absolutely go back, maybe at a less busy time so that I can try a few flavors before singling out my scoop-of-choice for the day. There were also plenty of spots to sit inside and outside, though waiting in the sun on a hot summer day wasn't my favorite. Not great: the portion size! We both got single-scoop cones and didn't expect two fistfuls of ice cream per person. For future stops, I will be getting the mini in a sugar cone, which is what I pictured when ordering a single-scoop. Also, be prepared to wait on busy days! We waited in line for about 25 minutes. I wasn't impressed with their scooping procedure: one group was helped at a time by all three scoopers behind the counter, leading to quite the backup. Nothing completes a trip to Logan without getting Aggie Ice Cream! So many flavors to choose from and there are different flavors every so often. The flavor combinations themselves are well thought out and you'll be wanting to try them all! My favorites are the ever classic Agggie Blue Mint and Aggie Bull tracks. The staff there have always been so friendly and answered so many of my friends questions before they find the right flavor that suits them best. We had very high hopes and expectation for this place as we do all university creameries based on local dairy farming. However, they fell way short of our expectations. We stopped in because we were near by but I'd never drive to get ice cream there again. We got Bull tracks, praline pecan and a few other flavors. The bull tracks was supposed to have chunks of caramel and other items in it but in reality, I saw one chocolate chip and it was just bland chocolate ice cream...I can't even remember them because they lacked flavor and any taste at all besides plain vanilla ice cream. I couldn't even finish mine because I felt it was a waste of the sugar and carbs for the day and that was upsetting. Back in CT, we would happily drive 45 minutes to the UCONN state dairy barn because of the variety of flavors and the intense tastes of every single ice cream I've ever tried there. As we were leaving, the place started filling up and line got really long and I heard a woman tell her child "don't worry, it's totally worth it". I disagree. Wholeheartedly. We just went there this evening after memorial day visits and I paid quite a bit of money for several of my extended family to have an ice cream cone. But the ice cream was flavorless. It just tasted cold. I had the lemon custard with no hint of lemon to it. Two in the party had the Aggie Joy, which was supposed to have coconut, chocolate and almonds in it. There were no almonds at all, and there were four chunks of chocolate, and no coconut. And it was flavorless. They need to add more flavor to their ice cream. Everyone in our party of several people agreed that the ice cream was very bland, and it wouldn't have mattered which flavor you ordered because it kind of all tasted the same. One of the best ice creams I've had in a while! They must use amazing milk in their ice cream.. their consistency is perfect for my liking - thick and creamy :) I sampled a few of the flavors. I must say their plain old vanilla flavor is so good.. not too sweet and perfect vanilla taste. I ended getting their huckleberry flavor. It was a little sweeter compared to the vanilla, but still really good. They give generous portions for a mini scoop and it's only $2!! Aggies is located on the Utah state campus, so it's nice to take and walk around campus or just enjoy outside in the shade. If I'm ever visiting will come back to Aggies!! read more

It's not a trip to USU campus without stopping for some Aggie ice cream. Now that class is back in session the lines at night are pretty long but it moves pretty fast. They have all sorts of Aggie themed ice cream's and each one of them are absolutely delicious. I don't find them overly sweet or sugary but they are very rich. I usually get the Aggie blue mint which is my personal favorite. If you are at the USU campus you need stop by and get an Aggie ice cream, it's a tradition. read more

A trip to Logan just isn't complete without stopping to get Aggie ice cream. They do ice cream right. Don't be surprised if there's a bit of a line. But it shouldn't take too long. And it's worth it. Serving sizes are quite big. The "mini" is usually enough for me, but the single is really two+ large scoops put on. They do charge additional if you get any other cone besides a cake cone. That's probably semi common. But I feel like most places now offer the sugar cones as standard. That would be my only con. They do let you sample so you can decide what to get. Aggie Blue Mint is legitimately a big favorite. It's just yummy. But they have a lot of other good things as well. They have a few tables inside but then also have a lot of shady areas outside where it's nice to sprawl yourself on the lawn and enjoy your treat and the company you are with. read more

Well, there's good news and there's bad news. The ice cream is pretty good. I'll go so far as to say very good, I had a the pleasure of being served some earlier in the month. Sadly the Aggies business school is not quite as renowned as their creamery. I spent $113 on ice cream for a birthday party and got a cooler where they forgot to include the dry ice. anyway ice cream for that birthday was a bust. I had plenty of mint blue chip and huckleberry chaos soup to serve with a chantilly icing cake from Gourmandise, which was fabulous! Thank God for the cake! Somehow after paying $113 for 6 pints of ice cream, the responsibility was mine to take pictures of their melted product send them back to them and then they would determine whether or not I would receive a refund on principle I will not do this! I think the amount I spent on their ice cream was good faith enough on my part. read more

You really can't ever go wrong with a solid scoop of Aggie Blue Mint! Aggie ice cream is located in one of the small buildings on campus, tucked in the corner there. I think I've only sat inside once in my entire life, the ratio of chairs to people is about 1:76. But who wants to eat ice cream indoors anyways? Take it out and go for a walk with your significant other, yourself, your roommates, or your goldfish (pets aren't allowed on campus). The employees are the best! The flavors are all amazing, the cones are delicious, and the Aggies are awesome. If you're a fan, you can ask for a pint to go and they'll get some ready for your freezer. Aggie ice cream tastes like it was just made right before they scooped it. So fresh! None of that freezer burn flavor that some ice cream places serve up. The waffle cones were just right, delicate and delicious but not overly fragile either. My son had cookie dough and cookies and cream and said both were really good. I had a split scoop with cookie dough and Aggie Space Debris (huckleberry flavored ice cream with huckleberry & raspberry swirl, white and dark chocolate chunks). So good!
