I have enjoyed this coffee for a few years now. I wanted to stop at the store front to get a fresh cup and buy some to take home. And take home some coffee I did. The crew working at the store (Federal Avenue) are the friendliest and the most helpful. Being that I must drink decaf coffee, their Decaf Highlander Grogg is absolutely, hands down, the best decaf I have ever drank. I purchased a 5lb bag, a 2lb bag, and a few smaller bags to bring home. They have a nice sitting area both indoors and out to enjoy your brew. They have some nice mugs and coffee accessories as well. I really appreciated the helpful crew and they have so many great flavors of coffee. Their coffee is also available at Lee's and probably other locations. And truth be told, Lee's is where I first discovered Caffe Ibis coffee. I am now a coffee snob as I have had to drink another name brand when I ran out of my Highlander Grogg. That other brand tasted like...well...just yuck. The good thing is, Caffe Ibis also has an online presence so I can be assured of never running out. Finally, if you have never tried it, do yourself a favor and experience the flavor! You just might find yourself being as addicted to their coffee as I am. This was the first place I went to when I moved to cache valley. I had heard good things about them so I was excited to see what all the hype was about! Right off the bat when I got in there, the girl at the front counter was so incredibly rude, before I could say anything to her she was already rushing me to order. (Keep in mind I was 1 of 3 people in the entire cafe). After I ordered the staff kept giving me dirty looks and they started wiping my table off before I even stood up all the way. We came to this place after not having been for two years, due to the pandemic. We used to come to Logan once a month for a community dance. That is on hold currently. We were hoping to get breakfast. We picked up croissants and pastries and treats along with coffee and tea. I bought a hoodie too. I love this place and I am really surprised they don't have some breakfast stuff to go, like burritos or quiche, or even sandwiches. I am sure they have good reasons for the changes, I just really miss getting food there and I bet people would buy it if they had it. Have been here multiple times and always get great coffee. Today I ordered a iced white mocha, a cheesecake and purchased the bottles rose lemonade (which was delicious). The coffee is delicious as always and the customer service was good too. I was impressed with the paper straws (instead of plastic) and the overall effort to be earth friendly! I've been here 2 times. The first time the hazelnut latte tasted sour. The second time I just got beans but the only beans they have were roasted over a month ago. This coffee shop is a hidden gem in the heart of downtown Logan. I came in to purchase a bag of whole bean coffee. The barista was very friendly and asked what type of flavor profile I prefer. The barista proceeded to provide me with some recommendations based on my preferences which were spot on. The coffee was smooth, bold and very flavorful. Cute place. Extensive selection of coffee and also a very long and fancy tea list. I just got a matcha (tasty) but will come back to try food. They have some vegan options which is so appreciated! When I was there, they had a vegan panini and vegan chocolate cake in the display case. Although the brunch menu (served weekends only) is mostly egg-based they do offer a coconut yogurt option for the parfait as well as a side of tofu, which I bet would be good on the avocado toast. I have frequented Ibis for many, many years. I have travelled the country extensively, and lived in numerous different places. Ive had coffe in San Francisco, Seattle, NYC, Boston, Philly, Los Angeles... to name a few. Here is my imprrssion of Ibis. Staff: On point. The knowledge and passion that the staff exudes for the art that is coffee is way above par. Its nice to see fresh, young, relevant people making some of the best coffee in the country. Contrary to disrespectful reviews and biased opinion, the staff is incredibly dedicated and demonstrates a level of knowledge you wont find many places in the USA, let alone Northern Utah. Keep it up Ibis, you guys are definintely a beacon of hope for Cache Valley. read more

I LOVE Cafe Ibis. The first time I came there was by recommendation from a coworker who told me I had to go try their coffee. I admittedly don't know much about coffee, I told them what I liked and they let me try a couple blends they had freshly brewed. They were all amazing! I went with the classic Logan Canyon and bought a bag to take home with me. I now drink it everyday before work like clockwork no cream or sugar necessary. When friends come to visit and I make coffee we inevitably end up going to Cafe Ibis so they can try their new blends. If you're a cappuccino or latte person they also do those very well, and fast if you're in a hurry before work. I just keep coming back to that Logan Canyon cause it's so good. read more

Oh yummy, yummy, yummy. We live in the country so anytime we come "into town" we have to satisfy our coffee cravings. Located on a charming side-street, Caffe Ibis gives us the satisfaction of a little hipster vibe paired with really delicious coffee! We ordered lattes and a pound of beans they were roasting that day (you get a discount that way.) Their espresso is delightfully smooth and they don't make their vanilla latte overly sweet like some other places. Worth the stop if you are up in these pats! Support local! read more

The Skinny: Delicious coffee that everyone in Utah's trying to get a piece of. Service in the main shop is lacking, and there's no wi-fi. I'd rather just drink CI coffee at another shop with friendlier service, free wi-fi, and not an hour drive away. THE GOOD: Obviously CI kills it with their roast, as basically every non-roasting indy shop from Logan to Provo is selling their brew. The coffee is very good. Like another reviewer, I've also traveled the country and reckon CI to be top 5 in my experience. THE BAD: We were not entirely impressed with the Source Shop in Logan. Though the aesthetic and location are nice, it was a little cramped inside and the service was a bit disconnected, as a few other reviewers have noted. The employees were not mean, they were just not warm or welcoming. It's nice to feel like someone appreciates your business and presence. While CI by no means owes anyone anything other than the product they pay for, there is a presumption these days that free wi-fi is part of the package if you decide to come in and sit a while. I had to go through line twice - once to buy my coffee, the second to learn the non-existent wi-fi password - in order to find the scrap of paper taped to the register saying there's no wi-fi. These days, you're going against the grain if you don't provide wi-fi at your coffee shop, and in that case you should do your customer a solid and put a big hunkin' sign on the front door so people who work remotely and wanna stay a while (hi) don't waste their time. THE END: The coffee is great, but there's nothing outstanding about the little shop that could in Logan. We'll continue drinking Caffe Ibis coffee at some of our favorite spots down this way, and we'll get free wi-fi, friendlier service, and a cozier aesthetic while we're at it. read more

I was just a visitor in Logan for a few days but was brought here at least twice by locals. The food tasted great as did the coffee. The clientele can be a lil sketchy it seems like. And thats not just based on the blatant stares I got from one or two people in particular. (yeah black people do find themselves in Logan every so often, don't worry, I'll be on my way as soon as I finish my coffee and egg sandwich tyvm) Its great to get away from the chains and support a local place. I drank some coffee that was roasted by this place so I decided to trek over and check it out in real life. So far, this is the best lunch/sandwich place I've found in Utah. Keep in mind I've only been in UT for a month. All the food appears organic and possibly locally sourced. The sandwiches are innovative and delicious. Also, the coffee and tea is superb!! I think Ibis is worth the drive to Logan for an excellent sandwich and stock up on coffee beans. read more

I went in today for some good coffee and to fill out some important applications on my laptop. I went in around 5:30 pm and 30min into my application the WiFi completely disconnects, went up to ask the barista asked what had happened since I know they did not close until 7pm as to why the WiFi wasn't working. Their response was "we turn off WiFi at 6 pm...." I was stunned a coffee shop where people go to study and use their laptops not only shuts off their WiFi but shuts it off a complete hour before closing! An hour? I understand 10-20minutes as a nod but a whole hour? And no warning whatsoever, not even next to the WiFi password? I ended up having to restart my school applications at star bucks. Please, at least warn us before shutting off the WiFi. Some of us do come in with important things to do. read more
