The baristas have always been friendly and patient with my indecisiveness, hahaha. The drinks are always strong and sweet and creamy. That perfect combination that's hard to achieve. It's my addiction, once I get a sip I'm like "ahhhhh" *sigh of relief , take a deep breath * everything is going to be okay! It's just so good! A 24 ounce latte has 5 shots, yes, that is standard and it's amazing! They do tell you that every time though and ask if that's okay. They will do less if it's not of course. They have some unique and yummy seasonal drinks too! There's a blackberry vanilla Salt matcha that I love, the some corporate latte is truly divine. (Vanilla and caramel. ) The pumpkin lattes in fall are like an absolute must try, do not miss or you will regret it for the rest of time. (Homeade marshmallow whip cream, and pumpkin syrup. ) everything has always been so good, when we're in Logan the hubby and I will have to get 2-3 drinks each. (Through out the day of course!) Because we are that obsessed. The shop is really cute too nice decor, lots of seating, records and coffee merch for sale as well. ) And they gave open mic nights. Love Grounds for coffee! (I thought I wrote a review a long time ago, apparently not, so here it is all jumbled together. )

I have enjoyed this coffee for a few years now. I wanted to stop at the store front to get a fresh…read morecup and buy some to take home. And take home some coffee I did. The crew working at the store (Federal Avenue) are the friendliest and the most helpful. Being that I must drink decaf coffee, their Decaf Highlander Grogg is absolutely, hands down, the best decaf I have ever drank. I purchased a 5lb bag, a 2lb bag, and a few smaller bags to bring home. They have a nice sitting area both indoors and out to enjoy your brew. They have some nice mugs and coffee accessories as well. I really appreciated the helpful crew and they have so many great flavors of coffee. Their coffee is also available at Lee's and probably other locations. And truth be told, Lee's is where I first discovered Caffe Ibis coffee. I am now a coffee snob as I have had to drink another name brand when I ran out of my Highlander Grogg. That other brand tasted like...well...just yuck. The good thing is, Caffe Ibis also has an online presence so I can be assured of never running out. Finally, if you have never tried it, do yourself a favor and experience the flavor! You just might find yourself being as addicted to their coffee as I am. Thanks Caffe Ibis for hiring the best employees and making the best coffee ever!

I got a blueberry lemon Croissant and she got a ham and cheese croissant with a coffee. There are a couple of different rooms to sit at but not a lot of standing room which was a bit awkward but we managed to get by. In the middle of the room, there was a spot for you to shop Cafe Ibis merch and some other coffee accessories. Service was great and although knowledgeable and friendly, we felt rushed where my mom ended up ordering the wrong croissant, which she still enjoyed.

They tend to be busy but waits aren't unreasonable. I don't generally eat in the storefront itself, but I think that it's very cute and benefits greatly from being a stone's throw away from Cafe Ibis. This month they have Reubens because it's March and they are phenomenal. (First pic.) Please go try them if you're a Reuben guy. As always their pastries are great.

Their croissants are amazing, the best in the country, award winning, their burrito, well, although good, it lacks a little flavor, but still five stars. Then why two stars? Why? One word, service. Nothing is more frustrating than walking into a food establishment and waiting 30 minutes to pick up two croissants. I walk up to the counter, I point at two beautiful butter croissants sitting right there behind glass, and say, "I'll take those two." The person at the register takes my order, but then doesn't just reach over and place the croissants in a small bag and hand them to you, they put your order in the queue behind ten burrito orders, so now you wait 30 or more minutes to pick up your two croissants. To me, this is absolutely ludicrous. In comes the coffee, now I understand why they have some of the worst coffee in the valley--cold, self-serve, rattle can coffee. They're located right next to the best five star coffee shop in the entire country, Ibis Coffee, so you might think, well, I'll go buy a cup of coffee at Ibis, and a couple wonderful fresh butter croissants at La Croissant. Nope, you'll order your two croissants at La Croissant, walk over to Ibis, order your coffee, sit down, drink your coffee, finish your coffee, and surf Facebook, long before your two croissants are ready for pick up. (No, you're not waiting for them to bake, it just feels like it.) ...and that's why two stars. Their own success and lack of efficiency is their downfall, and why I never go back.
