Continuously disappointed with this specific location as well as Starbucks in general. The service at this location is very hostile and the employees most definitely hate their lives. I ordered a hot white mocha that tasted like a breakfast sandwich and had a strange film on top. So I decided not to go back for a while. I recently gave them another chance and ordered a sugar cookie latte, and the lid was broken, so it immediately spilled all over my lap in my car, I still wanted to taste it though!! Took a big sip and spit it out my window! Absolutely atrocious!! Seriously tasted like a freezer burnt sandwich! Wtf?!? I won't ever be coming back to this location. Do yourself a favor and go to Dutch Bros instead... or better yet... make your own coffee at home. I'm actually disgusted read more

I've been going in there for decades. Spend a ton of money. They were busy and I forgot to ask for a Splenda in my drink so I grabbed one off the counter right in front of me to help the barista out and dumped it in after she brought my drink. She then proceeded to yell at me in front of everyone that those packets were for the baristas and the ones I could use (exact same) were in the back of the store. I assured her it wouldn't happen again as I would never be back. read more

Great food, great drinks, prompt service! Definitely the cutest Starbucks I've ever been in!

After scooping away the foam from my Latté, it seems my cup was filled 3/4 of the way.. Tastes great though! I'd just prefer a little more milk to foam, it's not a cappuccino.. read more

Consistent and very conveniently located, I love the way they make my coffee here. Friendly staff, even though their drive through is right next to a busy highway! (I would get frustrated with the noise) it's clean and has a nice cozy atmosphere, comfortable lounge areas. Lots of college kids getting late night homework done during the semester, but overall I haven't seen this location unmanageably crowded. read more

Service declining every week. Continuing to ask for a tip before I even get my order is a joke. You're begging. Find a better coffee spot.

I had ordered some items from my mobile app (business traveler staying in a hotel and working locally for the week). Went unplugged for a walk to grab my items. Not only were 3 of my 5 items not ready, they didn't have 2 in stock. No biggie... The problem was (and is) that Kelsey REFUSED to give me a refund because I didn't have my phone on me. The preloaded cards they have are $4, the orange juice for example that was out of stock was $3.95 What's the issue there??? I visit Starbucks daily on my travels, and this was the FIRST time I have been refused a refund for out of stock items - items are out of stock regularly, so I have no complaints with that. Anyway, the irony is that Starbucks corporate refunded my account $25. But F everything about this store. This is not how I expected any Starbucks to handle their business. read more

The barista was extremely rude to my daughter when she went in to pick up our mobile order and she asked for a pup cup. He SLAMMED it down on the counter and slid it to her angrily. They've lost our business. read more

The staff here are consistently friendly and engaged. The problem I have is that the quality of my drink is consistently poor. I usually get a Frappucino with shots of espresso and however they were prepping it, they weren't blending the espresso in. There'd be like 2-3 inches at the bottom of my venti cup that was pure liquid. I went to multiple other Starbucks while I was on vacation and found that I never had that problem at those locations. I had to start telling the baristas to blend my espresso in, for them to actually do it, at the North Logan location. And yesterday, I decided to veer from my usual and try their new Golden Ginger. I told them LIGHT ICE. And this is what they gave me (obviously has drank part of it, when pic was taken). I told the worker I had requested light ice. She told me this was light ice. I said it looked like A LOT of ice. She told me it was just the ginger. I was confused. She offered, "We can take some of the ice out". This made no sense to me, I was confused, and already running late to work because the guy in front of me (in the drive thru) had ordered 6 drinks and it took a long time for them to finish that order. So, I just took the drink. To be quite frank, I absolutely cannot stand this amount of ice in my drink. When I pay the price for a venti I expect to get a cup's worth of my drink. THIS is stealing my money. Please, if Starbucks sees this review, just retrain your workers! I LOVE the South Logan location, they're always super fast and my drinks are always top tier quality. I just don't have time to drive down there, before work! I would love to change my review if North Logan would fix this problem of poorly prepared drinks. read more

Working up here this week very disappointed on how I was treated by the blonde girl in the AM came here every morning and was treated horribly by her today she threw my food on the counter and walked away with her snooty attitude will not be coming back here ever again 4 days of that I guess she thinks construction workers shouldn't come to Starbucks SAD SAD SAD read more

I went through some rough times in life 5 years ago. My ex took my kids from Alabama to Utah on vacation and never came back. I lost everything and moved to California with my father. I started going to Starbucks, one for coffee and two for human interaction because I have PTSD and became quite introverted. After some time the girls at the Santa Rosa Starbucks on Yolanda and Santa Rosa ave learned my name and order and would chat with me. I have recently had the opportunity to move here to Smithfield to be closer to my kids. I've only been to this Starbucks 3 or 4 times and my order and name is already becoming known. Thanks you for making me feel "at home" and learning my order! I greatly appreciate it! read more

I have to be honest I was hesitant to come to this location because of all the poor reviews related to service and the suggestion that their orders are always messed up. I also left admit that I'm not a coffee drinker but I am in at that hot chocolate drinker and thanks to a friendly barista in Denver I figure out how to have my dark hot chocolate while on the road. I found this location fast, friendly, efficient and spot on with my peculiar order. read more

Good as always, girls were sweet and accommodating, they have been running out of items recently and trying to modify your order, not sure if it's a delivery issue or they forgot to order for delivery, seems like ever place these days are out of inventory, short on everything and can't get help.. well all I can say is you voted for the wrong homey, sorry JB sucks... read more

To quote a lovely Taylor Swift song, "Got a long list, Starbucks lovers..." Here's the dealio though, this time around Starbucks didn't win my heart. My wait was long through the drive through--about 7 minutes--and I only ordered a couple of drinks, which ended up being a little watery. However, our barista was awesome, his name was Tyler, and he let us know from the beginning that our order was going to take a little longer. Then he spent time talking with us through the window, so I do compliment them on their service! I just with I could've had more quality hot cocoa. TIPS & TRICKS: * Get a Starbucks card and register it online at www.starbucks.com/rewards you'll earn stars and get free drinks and food items. * Try the chocolate creme frappuccino with a shot of raspberry for those cold days. * Blare T-Swizzle's song, "Blank Space", while you sip your cider, it will make your experience better, I just know it. read more

I'm really not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this location! The current staff here are always so kind to me, the drive-thru is always really quick and the inside is always clean. I've ordered 30+ drinks in the last year and have not gotten one incorrect order. Yes it can get very busy but it's a college town and the closest Starbucks to Utah State, are you really surprised? read more

This is pretty much your standard run-of-the-mil Starbucks. The baristas are always nice, and are surprisingly knowledgeable, despite the fact that Logan really isn't big on coffee. The atmosphere is really nice, and it seems like every time I go here, the furniture is in some different arrangement, which keeps things fresh. The drive through is really convenient, and the baristas are always fast. read more

Great service. Pretty comparable to other Starbucks across the US. However there is a significant difference in the drink quality between the north and south locations. The south location dominates in establishment ambiance and drink quality. read more

A bit stunned that there are no reviews here yet. I do realize that this is Logan Utah, not the coffee capital of the west, but Starbucks is Starbucks wherever you go. The crew here is always upbeat and friendly. Usually a pretty steady flow of business here, a little surprising given the local demographic. Good solid Starbucks service and a comfortable atmosphere. read more

I have to give this Starbucks a fiver. I usually wouldn't as it is a chain, but they are consistent, and they really do remember peoples' names and drinks. Furthermore, even the newer staff has a consistently positive attitude and attentiveness which to me means the managers must be doing alright. Yet again another trip to Logan and many visits to Starbucks, I really like the other coffee places as well, but if you want familiarity and probably the best customer service I've experienced in Logan period, I would go here. read more

every time I come to the North Logan location they never get my order right. I ask for a Carmel mocha frap with drizzle. I always just get a bitter mocha frap No drizzle. This last time I went in to have it fixed and they swapped it with someone else's drink didn't put the drizzle on it and I then had to ask for them to put the drizzle on It again. I'm so disappointed in the quality this starbucks produces and the fact they can never get my drink right. read more

The crew here is flat out amazing. The drink I enjoy getting is made beautifully every time (and I'll admit I'm here pretty often), whereas the quality of it is different at different stores I go to. When I would ask for a surprise drink or for one of their favorite drinks, they would always be so fun and even their out-of-the-book recipe skills were spot on. Seriously a skilled crew with their customer service and with their drinks. Never disappointed. read more

It's unfortunate that I keep having negative experiences here, because I have been shown great customer service before, but the product does not match. This is the third time in 2 weeks that I have received the wrong drink. I ordered a soy flat white, and got charged $5.43. This was in the drive thru, so I took my drink and drove off. I later took a drink and realized this was the wrong drink. Not only did it have dairy in it, which I can't have, I was charged nearly six dollars for a regular coffee with cream. I expect to get the drink I order. This is a reoccurring thing that needs to be fixed. I am constantly charged a different amount at this location, for the same drink, or am given the completely wrong drink. What an awful way to start my morning. Come on Starbucks.. read more

This location used to be really good (as you would expect from any Starbucks), but within the last month or so, they hired a bunch of people that seem to have zero experience with coffee. They have messed up my orders on multiple occasions. Take note: When you ask for a coffee, mocha, or what ever, they should default to serving it hot unless I ask for it to be iced. But now they are always asking whether I want it hot or iced (if I don't specify, then serve it hot). Also, when serving coffee, people usually take that with cream. Don't assume people want it black. At the very least, ask if people want cream in it. For some reason, they mix up cream and whipped cream when ever a ask for cream. They use to be good. These new people need to step up their game. I recommend hiring people that have actually ordered from Starbucks before. read more

Bought a hibiscus iced tea but it was all ice. I think with corporate chains like these they do such a rushed job that the quality tends to suffer. It would of been nice if there were only half as much ice in this drink. Overall I feel that I'm not really getting my money's worth. Why come here when there is cafe ibis? read more

The coffee is wonderful as sweet or bitter to your hearts desire. However every time I try to use your drive trough it never fails the order is made wrong. When your coffee is wrong on your way to work it has a funny way of making your day just follow the WRONG path. Inside your guys are top notch. Perhaps you need to make sure the person who's taking orders is the best of the best since it's so easy to eat it wrong out there and the patrons are all in a hurry. We went over the order three times still messed up and we not have time to go in and have it fixed. read more

I feel peace whenever I visit a Starbucks. The coffee is great and I LOVE the type of music they play. Enjoy!

I do wish this Starbucks would stock unsweetened soy milk. 18 grams of sugar in a grande latte is a lot of unnecessary sugar. Coffee was good, but way too sweet. read more

I absolutely love Starbucks. I don't even need to tell them what I am ordering because they already know. Their coffee is delicious and the prices aren't bad. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because of the inconsistency. I order my coffees with extra of something and sometimes it will be overloaded and sometimes tastes like they didn't put any of it in there, maybe have an actual measurement when people order extra of something in their drink. Overall it's a great place for coffee! read more

You'd never know the power you have working at Starbucks... you can start someone's day off on the right foot or on the absolute wrong foot. Today mine was started off great coming to this location. If from Los Angeles where people aren't the nicest, but this location made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I accidentally forgot to say I wanted coconut milk instead of regular and they remade the drink no questions asked even though it was my fault. They made suggestions on what topping to eat with the egg bites that I ordered and they were right. The whole team welcomed me and I walked in and thanked me as I walked out. This morning they made it more than just a morning coffee run, they made it feel like a restaurant breakfast dine in. Specific shout out to Carla who made my drink and Liza who helped me the entire time. Starbucks over everything! read more
