Continuously disappointed with this specific location as well as Starbucks in general. The service at this location is very hostile and the employees most definitely hate their lives. I ordered a hot white mocha that tasted like a breakfast sandwich and had a strange film on top. So I decided not to go back for a while. I recently gave them another chance and ordered a sugar cookie latte, and the lid was broken, so it immediately spilled all over my lap in my car, I still wanted to taste it though!! Took a big sip and spit it out my window! Absolutely atrocious!! Seriously tasted like a freezer burnt sandwich! Wtf?!? I won't ever be coming back to this location. I've been going in there for decades. Spend a ton of money. They were busy and I forgot to ask for a Splenda in my drink so I grabbed one off the counter right in front of me to help the barista out and dumped it in after she brought my drink. She then proceeded to yell at me in front of everyone that those packets were for the baristas and the ones I could use (exact same) were in the back of the store. Consistent and very conveniently located, I love the way they make my coffee here. Friendly staff, even though their drive through is right next to a busy highway! (I would get frustrated with the noise) it's clean and has a nice cozy atmosphere, comfortable lounge areas. Lots of college kids getting late night homework done during the semester, but overall I haven't seen this location unmanageably crowded. read more

I had ordered some items from my mobile app (business traveler staying in a hotel and working locally for the week). Went unplugged for a walk to grab my items. Not only were 3 of my 5 items not ready, they didn't have 2 in stock. No biggie... The problem was (and is) that Kelsey REFUSED to give me a refund because I didn't have my phone on me. The preloaded cards they have are $4, the orange juice for example that was out of stock was $3.95 What's the issue there??? I visit Starbucks daily on my travels, and this was the FIRST time I have been refused a refund for out of stock items - items are out of stock regularly, so I have no complaints with that. The staff here are consistently friendly and engaged. The problem I have is that the quality of my drink is consistently poor. I usually get a Frappucino with shots of espresso and however they were prepping it, they weren't blending the espresso in. There'd be like 2-3 inches at the bottom of my venti cup that was pure liquid. I went to multiple other Starbucks while I was on vacation and found that I never had that problem at those locations. I had to start telling the baristas to blend my espresso in, for them to actually do it, at the North Logan location. And yesterday, I decided to veer from my usual and try their new Golden Ginger. I told them LIGHT ICE. And this is what they gave me (obviously has drank part of it, when pic was taken). I told the worker I had requested light ice. She told me this was light ice. I said it looked like A LOT of ice. She told me it was just the ginger. I was confused. She offered, "We can take some of the ice out". This made no sense to me, I was confused, and already running late to work because the guy in front of me (in the drive thru) had ordered 6 drinks and it took a long time for them to finish that order. So, I just took the drink. To be quite frank, I absolutely cannot stand this amount of ice in my drink. When I pay the price for a venti I expect to get a cup's worth of my drink. THIS is stealing my money. Please, if Starbucks sees this review, just retrain your workers! I LOVE the South Logan location, they're always super fast and my drinks are always top tier quality. I went through some rough times in life 5 years ago. My ex took my kids from Alabama to Utah on vacation and never came back. I lost everything and moved to California with my father. I started going to Starbucks, one for coffee and two for human interaction because I have PTSD and became quite introverted. After some time the girls at the Santa Rosa Starbucks on Yolanda and Santa Rosa ave learned my name and order and would chat with me. every time I come to the North Logan location they never get my order right. I ask for a Carmel mocha frap with drizzle. I always just get a bitter mocha frap No drizzle. This last time I went in to have it fixed and they swapped it with someone else's drink didn't put the drizzle on it and I then had to ask for them to put the drizzle on It again. It's unfortunate that I keep having negative experiences here, because I have been shown great customer service before, but the product does not match. This is the third time in 2 weeks that I have received the wrong drink. I ordered a soy flat white, and got charged $5.43. This was in the drive thru, so I took my drink and drove off. I later took a drink and realized this was the wrong drink. Not only did it have dairy in it, which I can't have, I was charged nearly six dollars for a regular coffee with cream. I expect to get the drink I order. This is a reoccurring thing that needs to be fixed. This location used to be really good (as you would expect from any Starbucks), but within the last month or so, they hired a bunch of people that seem to have zero experience with coffee. They have messed up my orders on multiple occasions. Take note: When you ask for a coffee, mocha, or what ever, they should default to serving it hot unless I ask for it to be iced. But now they are always asking whether I want it hot or iced (if I don't specify, then serve it hot). Also, when serving coffee, people usually take that with cream. Don't assume people want it black. At the very least, ask if people want cream in it. For some reason, they mix up cream and whipped cream when ever a ask for cream. They use to be good. These new people need to step up their game. I recommend hiring people that have actually ordered from Starbucks before. read more

When your coffee is wrong on your way to work it has a funny way of making your day just follow the WRONG path. Inside your guys are top notch. You'd never know the power you have working at Starbucks... you can start someone's day off on the right foot or on the absolute wrong foot. Today mine was started off great coming to this location. If from Los Angeles where people aren't the nicest, but this location made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I accidentally forgot to say I wanted coconut milk instead of regular and they remade the drink no questions asked even though it was my fault. They made suggestions on what topping to eat with the egg bites that I ordered and they were right. The whole team welcomed me and I walked in and thanked me as I walked out. This morning they made it more than just a morning coffee run, they made it feel like a restaurant breakfast dine in. I absolutely love Starbucks. I don't even need to tell them what I am ordering because they already know. Their coffee is delicious and the prices aren't bad. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because of the inconsistency. I order my coffees with extra of something and sometimes it will be overloaded and sometimes tastes like they didn't put any of it in there, maybe have an actual measurement when people order extra of something in their drink.
