Love some of the workers they are the sweetest but there's days that they aren't consistent and it's just disappointing because I purchase here every other day and my drink always looks the same when I order the same thing, how am I paying 6.50 for my drink to not be the same ? if i could i'd give 0 stars, i would. my sister and her friend came here earlier with my family and they were both met with such negative and bad attitude by one of the cashiers. my sister and her friend don't speak english too well so they struggled a bit when ordering. they told me that after they struggled ordering in english, the woman then spoke to them in spanish with an arrogant attitude. weird. she clearly heard when my sister and her friend were speaking to each other in spanish, so why not talk to them in the language they're fluently speaking? my sister then told me that when they were finished ordering, the cashier asked them if they were going to use points, they said yes. so they scanned it and the woman left. like literally left and didn't say anything else to them. my sister and her friend stood there for a couple of minutes until one of them asked another employee if they were going to finish taking their order because the other employee who took their order, literally walked out on them. she apologized and completed their transaction. my sister and her friend felt embarrassed and discriminated by the lack of communication and customer service they had received by the employee here. i get it we may have bad shifts, i too work in customer service, but don't take it out on other people. please do better. read more

Walked in on a Tuesday @3:37 pm 2 people in lobby already with drinks. I order 2 iced drinks and it took 20 minutes to receive our drinks. This is absurd considering I didn't see a drink being made for a good 10 mins. When asked how much longer I got a rude response from the girl of " there's 7 drinks ahead of you" what??? Always starting my day w them and my kids w a good morning. Just one detail. Third time they labeled my drinks wrong. Almond drink and the other whole milk with four (4), expresos. I visited this location to order a custom drink. I've never had a problem ordering it in any other store. When I arrived and requested the drink that I always get, I began explaining to the employee at the drive-through how I'd like the drink prepared, and he did not give me the time of day to explain. The staff here is extra friendly and hard working but this location is always and I mean always out of items on their menu. Usually it's more than a few items per visit. It would be easier if they would just tell you right away what they are out of so that you don't try to order and get the response of "sorry we're out of that" spending 10 minutes trying to place a frustrating order. Today, I got the Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte and a Gluten free Smoked Canadian Bacon & Egg breakfast sandwich. Both excellent! Location is good sized, very clean, and great staff. This is the only Starbucks with a drive through that's on my way to work so I tend to go here more than others however it can be a bit slow at times and even when ordering the most basic drinks it seems the taste varies greatly from one order to the next when ordering the same drink. I'm also often not asked about sweetener or milk/cream preferences when ordering items that use them and have to add those item in at the end of my order. Just seems to me that they would ask. Since I've only used the drive through I have no idea how the counter service is. If our coffee at work weren't so horrible I don't think I'd stop here as often. read more

I'm assuming they really don't pay attention to what you order. This is the second time I order from there and they just don't get it right. The first time I ordered bagel bites, a protein box and a coffee. Got to the window and she hands me just a coffee then says am I missing anything else? Uhh yes! I tell her what she is forgetting. Did not make my drink right. Please read the instructions on how I would like my drink made. It takes almost 10 minutes to make this. I don't have time to wait. That's why I do the mobile orders. If I could give a negative star I would. This place sucks I first had to wait almost 5 min in drive thru at the order here speaker and then I ordered a venti Carmel coco cluster. They let me wait over 5 minutes for a drink that is not a frappe it's pure liquid. When I arrived at the window I was the only car and when I left there was over 5 cars. Service and quality sucked.. I wasn't going to stop cause I have a favorite like 20 minutes away now I have a drink to throw away.... This place needs to get better staff. read more

I've been to a lot of Starbucks and this one is still my favorite. As it's located in my home town, I only get to visit during the holidays, but every time I come (and that's at least 3-4 times a week when I visit) the service never disappoints! The people are friendly, they greet each and every person as they walk in, and it's always clean inside. As an additional thing to note, the music is nice and relaxing so it makes it inviting for me to want to come work from here for a few fours. Dont stop here for a drink unless you have extra time in your day. Takes "Forever!!!" to get your drinks. The drive thru is packed and there isnt enough workers to keep the flow going like a normal Bucks. Just wait till you get to Visalia or Porterville to get your drink if you can. read more

Convenient location. Went through the drive thru and they made my drink cold instead of hot but the guy at the window caught it before he gave it to me. Had to wait for a new drink to be made up - which was a little annoying because I was watching the employees show each other things on their cellphone instead of rushing my drink. This Starbucks was open on July 4th. I think this is really a good pitstop along the California hwy. This is inside the Olive wood Plaza, so plenty of parking spaces. There are a few outdoor tables outside. At 6:30am, the ladies behind the counter were very cheerful and extremely happy toward the customers. One of the ladies knew all her customers walking in. I supposed this is in a very small town. My hot tea wasn't hot enough but OK. I will definitely come back the next time we drive by Lindsay. read more

Ordered my drink ahead of time. Went in drive thru at 3:40 didn't receive my drink until 4:15. I kept my cool as it's the weekend after thanksgiving and I've been a customer service manager for over 10 years so I understand they were completely overwhelmed with drive-thru and walk-in customers. When I finally get to the window my drink is watered down at this point their I'm so frustrated I just leave. Management needs to get their s*** together this is a very busy location to be understaffed and under trained. read more
