I always do the drive-thru at this location in the mornings. The line moves pretty fast and it's easy to get in and out of, especially compared to the other nearby location at the Summit. The staff is always so friendly and happy even before 8am. read more

Normally, when I go to Starbucks they are perfect at my order, because it's pretty easy. I ordered a quad espresso! However, I got a venti frappuchino instead. I explained to the employee that this couldn't be my drink and they said that they had misunderstood my order and thought I wanted 4 espresso shots added to my drink. They immediately corrected the mistake by fixing me the correct drink and offering me a free lemon cake pop for my lost time! I appreciate the sweet treat, but I like my coffee black. I give it 4 stars because we can't always be perfect and when we make a mistake it's good to correct it. read more

I stop at Starbucks every day. It's the highlight of my morning. The staff is fun engaging. They actually know your name they'll even wave from the back if they're not work on the window kind of makes you feel at home. They also make sure that on the weekends I get my doggy cup for my 80 pound Labradoodle great coffee excellent breakfast sandwiches at the attitude and friendliness of the staff makes it all worthwhile. I've always been a Starbucks fan and have frequented this location for years. Since recently reopening, the service has been a million times more friendly and pleasant. I've never really had much bad service from this location, but the workers there currently go above and beyond in making your short experience there more pleasant. The drinks are always accurately and quickly prepared, and every worker has been very friendly. One even recognized my boyfriend and I from a previous visit. This Starbucks location definitely sets the standard for hospitality, service, and quality. Five stars! read more

The service here is terrible. No one is ever at the cash register to take your order when it's not busy and there was no one there to ask for other requests like a cup holder for four drinks we got. Usually coffee shops provide cup holders for orders with more than two drinks without asking. They might've renovated the interior but they must've forgotten to update the staff read more

Since the remodel of their physical plant has occurred, their efficiency has suffered. I'm not sure if it's a layout issue or just a whole new group of people. Either way, the throughout here has suffered. read more

This Starbucks is ok. They do have a nice patio out front, and while the drive they tends to go quickly, the speed of service reflects on the quality of my drink. I'd say my drink has been wrong or not filled ( cup 80% full) about 50%of the time. As a Starbucks regular ( who also worked there years ago) I expect more. There are a few partners there who are great, and happy to be there, but often times I encounter grumpy, uninterested partners trying to make it through their work day. read more

Always get my order promptly and correctly. I've only ever had one order messed up and was refunded immediately and the barista apologized several times. All the baristas are extremely friendly and if there's a wait make it bearable. Whenever the drive thru or inside are backed up they manage to clear everyone as quickly as they can. read more

As the only coffee/breakfast place in my route to work, I visit this place regularly. My Venti Caramel Machiotto are delicious every time and fairly priced at less than $10. I've noticed it getting a little busier now that school is back in session , but I can usually get through the line in less than 5 minutes. Not worth the money at all. $6, I took 3 side bites, the ham equated to two slices, maybe 3.5-4" diameter. Huge waste of bread & cheese (not that I need them!), threw away half the bread & cheese. This is my favorite Starbucks in town. The staff is consistently friendly, they've gotten my drink right every time I've been here, and they're always really nice to my 2 year-old. The shop itself is small, but it seems most people use the drive-through so it being crowded was only an issue once and it was when I stopped by on my way home from Keeneland, so the crowds are no surprise. The parking lot and flow of traffic are pretty weird and I've had a couple of near-collisions, but all in all, the staff really make this my preferred Starbucks in Lexington. read more

I typically love SBX. I travel a lot for work & use the mobile ordering most the time. I've been to this location 2x & both times the mobile order took longer than standing in line. I think I'm doing this right. Step 1- open the app. Step 2 - select items u crave Or can't live without Step 3- place order Step 4- confirm order. Step 5, drive 6 min to SBX. Step 6..... wait at counter until u can get ANYONE's attn. Step 7 - wait until everyone standing in line is served, then get ur order. I know what ur thinking.... why did I come to this location. 2x? Very disappointed with this Starbucks. I frequented this store for 4 years and the service gradually declined. I stopped entirely after my wife accidentally left her new North Face jacket at the store, which was found by the Starbucks workers and then disappeared. We went back to the store the next day and one employee told us she saw it in the break room and then another employee said she had seen it but that it wasn't there any more. We even reached out to the store manager and upper management who never helped. read more

I ordered a Roasted Tomato & Mozzarella Panini. Looked pretty good so I said why the flip not. They make food. I have a belly. Sounded good. Have to give one star for my visit. Either need to fix the hours on the Starbucks website and app or stay open to match. Site says Fri & Sat until 11p but were closed when I was there before 10:30. Not sure whose fault that is and this seems to be a wide-spread problem but is annoying when you drive out of your way expecting a place to be open. read more
