This is a very chic coffee shop in a very modern area with restaurants and distillery in the vicinity. Perfect place to start your weekend morning with lots of light, cute furniture and plants. The coffee was really good, hit all the spots. We also got the spinach and cheese croissant which was really really good! Next time I come in here, I'd like to try the chocolate croissant. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. There is plenty of shared parking outside. This is must try place if you are in the area.

This is a cute coffee place. We visited the distillery district and this was in the area. The baristas were very nice and helpful. The menu is small but the coffee is strong. There is ample seating in the coffee shop and even a little shop.
I may be high off excitement for my incoming student at UK and loving Lexington, but this coffee spot was perfect! I had coffee and a pastry, while my student was off with a friend. The vibe is a mix of elegant, industrial and eclectic. I liked looking at the merchandise (not tons, but cute items with good causes) while I drank my coffee. I sat inside, but a tables outside would be perfect on a nice, quiet morning. The almond croissant and coffee were really good.
I came here for the first time with my fiancé for a quick treat and drink before running errands and it was so lovely! The space is great for studying and gathering with friends (they have games!). The service was efficient. We ordered a turkey pesto panini and the cherry yogurt croissant alongside our iced matcha and iced miel latte (decaf). Everything was delicious and I look forward to coming again.
UPDATE: had a new black coffee called "Red Eye" and simply put it's amazing and simple but very delightful. The server is always helpful and once again that ambiance is inviting (usually I take my coffee to go) but today I decided to sit and enjoy my coffee....
Ok customer service- clean bathrooms- average variety of desserts and pastries. Coffee flavor was 5/10 It does have a good and wide seating area and they offer free wi- fi. Good ambience to hang out and meet a friend.
Perfect place to enjoy a latte while reading a book. I love visiting here when I am in town and need a place to just relax from travel and are needing to decompress from social contact. The spinach feta croissant is amazing! It's massive inside and lots of room to spread out to a table or couch, and the wifi is great!
This is a very nice space for coffee and tea. Has potential for large groups to get her but also for intimacy. Ambiance is super chic. I've been in the summer and fall. Solo and with friends. Biggest adjustment is there is only one size drink option. For those of us that are accustomed to three or more size options, just be prepared. Nice pastry options and coffee flavorings. Management is responsive to feedback on Square app. I prefer almond milk but they only offer almond currently.
This place is phenomenal! Very welcoming, and staff are extremely friendly. Coffee is absolutely delicious and their food was really good too. Lots of seating (even comfy couches) and they have a massive table incase you have a large group. Cute, cute, cute and very cozy. It's in the Brewery district so there's several other bars and restaurants around to grab lunch, an ice cream or a full meal. Highly recommended.

Wow this was such a great find in KY. Amazing coffee at all levels, friendly people great hrs, plenty of parking, access to bathrooms easy for wheeled guest and pedestrians alike.. The pastry's were so great as well. Then you get to the inside and it is a nothing short of stunning.. look at the picture on my review and hopefully you agree. They even have a program that gives you a free drink if you clean up trash around the property and the city.. it is also a coworker location it is like they have it all.. if you are out in Lexington this is the place for you.. one reservation that almost took away one star was that they only have 10oz cups. But I told the person I was in the road and they gave me a second cup for a refill price.. and that last help made my day.. great place don't miss it if you are here. read more

Brevede Coffee is in the Old Distillery District of Lexington. The shop is decorated with pastel colors and boho vibes mixed with the industrial, raw building. There were quite a few people in the shop working. Staff were informative but straight to the point. The food options were on display in a case which was nice to see. The coffee and tea menu was straight forward. I got a Rose Latte and Chai Tea Latte. The Chai was not as sweet but more spiced and tea forward. The coffee was a medium roast and pleasant. read more

Got a few iced chais, one dirty, a cookie and one of their cakes. All it was good, but the chai was exceptional, house made. I would say the only reason they didn't get 5 stars in the pricey cookie, $3.00 was a bit much since it wasn't anything special, otherwise it was a nice afternoon stop on a really hot Saturday! read more
My tires were getting replaced so I had plenty of time to enjoy the atmosphere, view and a couple rounds of goodies. This spinach and cheese croissant was amazing and didn't even need hot sauce (from me that's a BIG compliment)!! I'm not typically a fan of items sweetened with cheese but I really like this cherry and cheese croissant too. read more

Brevede is located towards the inner section of the Manchester Distillery District. It was very easy to find and plenty of parking space can be found in front of the spot. I came in on a Tuesday afternoon to kill some time before my next event that day. It was quite packed, seems to be the place for lots of individuals who want to get their work done. There were only about 2 groups there, one had seated inside and one had seated outside. It was getting chilly, so I decided to sit inside. They only had 1 person working there, which seemed to be enough at times, but caused a longer wait when there were about 7+ people ordering at once. He was really kind and seemed to manage the fairly well on his own! I hadn't had lunch yet, but had saw on Yelp that they had a turkey pesto panini, inside the panini was also tomatoes and cheese. I was sold since I'm a big fan of pesto anything hahaha. Along with the panini, I also had their hot chocolate. The turkey pesto panini was really good! That's saying a lot from me since I'm not a huge fan of turkey hahaha. Their hot chocolate was also delicious. Served hot enough to drink immediately and not burn your tongue. I had to add extra sugar because the drink wasn't sweet enough for me. From what I saw, only brown sugar was available. The entire location was pretty quiet, so quiet that if they were even playing low volumed background music, I definitely couldn't tell. Folks weren't talking too much, so this is definitely the perfect environment to be in if you're looking for somewhere quiet while wanting to be surrounded by people :) Can't wait to work here again! read more

Favorite spot to get some work done. Plenty of seating and huge windows. Good volume of noise, not too quiet not too loud either, and the music is always great. Most importantly, the coffee is consistently amazing. Their menu is pretty classic and focused, with one or two seasonal flavors, which I appreciate. Food is also delicious, gluten free coffee cake is pretty good! I've also tried the lox bagel and a spinach pastry (not gluten free) which were really good too! The waffle is also SO good. Everyone who works here has been very pleasant and helpful! read more

If you're a hipster, or a lover of music, then chances are you have been to the Distillery District, or the Burl, in particular. Well, Brevede is the morning version at the Distillery District. It's a hot, hip, cute coffee shop with plenty of room to spread out. The coffee is good and they also have a few sundry pastries; I love the almond croissant, but this isn't a place to go for food. You go to Brevede for decent coffee in a cool location where you can spread out and get on your laptop or cozy up with friends. read more

One of my favorite things to do is check out new coffee shops so I was excited for a new addition to the distillery district. This place is adorable and totally up my alley. I love the modern decor and pleasant atmosphere. I was surprised to see how spacious this place is and even with social distancing limitations there were still a number of tables. They did not disappoint with the lattes either! The menu was very simple and I had a dulce de leche latte and my friend had a vanilla latte; both were delicious. I also must note that they take the time to make a nice design on each one which I appreciate. They had a small selection of European pastries as well which i hope to try next time. I definitely recommend checking out this place if you're interested in trying a new coffee joint. read more

My family and I visited today for the first time. We probably arrived on the busiest day (Saturday) of the week and time -- so parking took an extra circle around the parking lot to find (not too bad). The cafe's indoor seating was probably 70% full -- yet it didn't feel crowded because it's huge place. The atmosphere was pleasant and a lot of UK students were on their laptops working away. We were 2nd in line and a minute or 2 later we had our order in. We ordered a vanilla latte, 2 hot chocolates, a drip coffee, and a strawberries with cream waffle. We sat near the massive windows, enjoyed our drinks and waffle, and watched half a dozen trains pass back and forth. The bakery has yet to open, so we are looking forward to that deliciousness as well (and probably a future gym membership.). Check it out for yourself and support local businesses. read more

I loved the modern and cute interior! Great place to chat with friends/family. Lots of seating options and has a large space compared to other cafés in the area. Their drinks are more on the bitter side but easily fixable with sugar. Great place overall! read more
Such a cute new shop! I ordered peach loose leaf tea and it came out in a beautiful clear teapot, with a tea cup on the side. Tea was delicious, but the atmosphere made for a wonderful experience. Lots of open space, so would be a great place to study. read more

Cute coffee shop. I was looking for something unique and stopped in to check it out. I ordered a cappuccino. It was pretty small for $4 but was presented nicely and overall I love the local aspect of this place. I would try something else next time. read more
Such an adorable exterior and plenty of space for seating. I tried an iced vanilla decaf latte with oatmilk. It wasn't super exciting and the espresso wasn't as strong as I would've liked. But, I don't take stars off unless I've been under-impressed repeatedly! Also, it seems unfair to judge based on only trying decaf! Everything great, the drink ok. read more
