Got an Americano with extra shots. Definitely not a wimpy coffee. A little on the acidic side, but adding a little extra cream really balanced it out. It ended up being delicious. My band had a show at The Burl over the weekend, so we stopped in Brevede for a hot tea before our soundcheck. I ordered the Chamomile tea with honey, and it was one of the best hot teas I've ever had! They had great drink/food offerings and the space was cozy. This is a very chic coffee shop in a very modern area with restaurants and distillery in the vicinity. Perfect place to start your weekend morning with lots of light, cute furniture and plants. Biggest adjustment is there is only one size drink option. For those of us that are accustomed to three or more size options, just be prepared. Nice pastry options and coffee flavorings. Favorite spot to get some work done. Plenty of seating and huge windows. Good volume of noise, not too quiet not too loud either, and the music is always great. Most importantly, the coffee is consistently amazing. Their menu is pretty classic and focused, with one or two seasonal flavors, which I appreciate. Brevede is located towards the inner section of the Manchester Distillery District. It was very easy to find and plenty of parking space can be found in front of the spot. I came in on a Tuesday afternoon to kill some time before my next event that day. It was quite packed, seems to be the place for lots of individuals who want to get their work done. There were only about 2 groups there, one had seated inside and one had seated outside. It was getting chilly, so I decided to sit inside. They only had 1 person working there, which seemed to be enough at times, but caused a longer wait when there were about 7+ people ordering at once. He was really kind and seemed to manage the fairly well on his own! I hadn't had lunch yet, but had saw on Yelp that they had a turkey pesto panini, inside the panini was also tomatoes and cheese. I was sold since I'm a big fan of pesto anything hahaha. Along with the panini, I also had their hot chocolate. The turkey pesto panini was really good! That's saying a lot from me since I'm not a huge fan of turkey hahaha. Their hot chocolate was also delicious. Served hot enough to drink immediately and not burn your tongue. I had to add extra sugar because the drink wasn't sweet enough for me. From what I saw, only brown sugar was available. The entire location was pretty quiet, so quiet that if they were even playing low volumed background music, I definitely couldn't tell. Folks weren't talking too much, so this is definitely the perfect environment to be in if you're looking for somewhere quiet while wanting to be surrounded by people :) Can't wait to work here again! read more

The espresso is very tasty, and they do a great job with the base drinks. The vibe is quiet and cozy. My complaint is really the flavoring. No matter the flavor I get, I can barely taste it. It's like it walked past a vanilla pod in the same way a La Croix tastes like it walked near fruit. That's personal preference, but I wish the flavors were a bit punchier. I don't want it drowning in sweetener and flavoring, but I can't ever taste it, no matter what I order. If you just want a standard coffee? This will be your place. read more

I love the modern decor and pleasant atmosphere. I was surprised to see how spacious this place is and even with social distancing limitations there were still a number of tables. They did not disappoint with the lattes either! The menu was very simple and I had a dulce de leche latte and my friend had a vanilla latte; both were delicious. I also must note that they take the time to make a nice design on each one which I appreciate. They had a small selection of European pastries as well which i hope to try next time. Love this place! I got the iced caramel latte and it was delicious. I also got a spinach croissant and snickerdoodle, both also amazing. This place is also a great study or work spot. My family and I visited today for the first time. We probably arrived on the busiest day (Saturday) of the week and time -- so parking took an extra circle around the parking lot to find (not too bad). The cafe's indoor seating was probably 70% full -- yet it didn't feel crowded because it's huge place. The atmosphere was pleasant and a lot of UK students were on their laptops working away. We were 2nd in line and a minute or 2 later we had our order in. We ordered a vanilla latte, 2 hot chocolates, a drip coffee, and a strawberries with cream waffle. We sat near the massive windows, enjoyed our drinks and waffle, and watched half a dozen trains pass back and forth. The bakery has yet to open, so we are looking forward to that deliciousness as well (and probably a future gym membership.). Check it out for yourself and support local businesses. read more
