    Iced Blondie

Gotta come here for the service alone. Everyone is super nice, Leah was an especially welcoming as she took our order and asked us about our day and what we like to drink. It was a nice human aspect of the experience. There's multiple drive-thru's and everything is customizable. I'd compare the menu to that of an early Dutch Bros. For drinks I got a blondie (sub caramel for coconut) iced breve. It was tasty, but a little too much breve and it over took the flavor of the coffee. But it was drinkable. My husband got a Seven energy, peach passion flavored, lightly sweetened. Has a very very strong red bull flavor so if you're not into that, be warned. It's tasty nonetheless. We got my MIL a caramel macchiato chiller (blended) and it was the best thing we got! So delicious and lots of coffee flavor. Will be back to give the iced coffee a second chance! Hoping to see this place expand!

New coffee shop with 3 drive thrus! Super fast and so fun. High energy employees that make great recommendations for newbies. I went with the Smooth 7 iced and it was delicious! Pricing is similar to Starbucks. The location is great, right next to Chick-Fil-A Palomar.

In addition to coffee, there was an incredible array of teas available as well both for drinking and purchase. The interior space was incredible, large and expansive while maintaining cozy and inviting vibes. Seating options were plentiful, great for studying, hanging out with friends, or even just quickly sitting down to enjoy a cup and snack. The shop area was also quite nice with so many coffee and tea options from all over available fresh as well as various trinkets and jsut fun goodies available for purchase, all at quite honestly some fair prices. Was great for perusing through while sipping on a fantastic cup. The staff were all incredibly friendly, but one area that needed some improvement was just how slow everything was. Not sure where the choke was but the line just refused to move despite not even being that long, and it kept doing this. This was not only at the coffee counter too, even at the store counter at first there was just nobody behind it for quite some time as a line formed and we all just looked around for a worker. And then finally one meandered on up, and while e they were kind and friendly, the service was just oh so slow which was quite frustrating. Besides the slow service though I will say it is a fantastic little spot. Unassuming on the outside but once you walk through the doors such an incredible space full of coffee, tea, and so much fun. Would def recommend (just not if in a rush) and will likely return!

It even has a full cereal bar. Wow!  It is centrally located in a shopping plaza with plenty of free parking, friendly staff and clean and comfortable common areas. I went for a latte, and it was delicious.  Overall, 100% recommended.

Then I realized they have cereal milk lattes, so I ordered one of those. This place seems neat! After about five minutes, I was confused about no sound of espresso grinding or pulling shots or milk steaming. I watched the two baristas' actions and none of it made sense, mostly considering that neither was doing anything with drinks. One of them microwaved some things and the other filled a syrup bottle. Eventually, one barista had lined up a lot of 16-ounce cups. Seems like the business has online orders coming through at an overwhelming rate. I hope y'all figure this out. At 11:00 AM, 25+ minutes into my wait, there was a lineup of customers. The dude at the front of the line went unacknowledged for several minutes. That's when I gave up being patient and asked the nearest barista when I'd have my drinks. She kindly told me "five minutes," and when I said "I've been waiting 25 minutes," she calmly and politely replied that she'd make my drinks right away. Bless up. At 11:06 AM, after 30+ minutes, I had my goods and was out the door. Our kid loved the macarons! And the barista who interacted with me was sweet. However, the wait was outrageous and my "flat white" is a 12-ounce latte. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte is delicious. To the owners/management--please support your staff and operations better! Also, either figure out what a flat white is and serve it properly or take it off of your menu.

I haven't been to the market itself but I can vouch for the take out -- it is authentic, fresh, and 100% tasty. My friend speaks Japanese, so she called a few hours ahead to place the order for pick up later. I had the Katsudon and Gyudon. Katsudon is fried porkcut and eggs over rice. The pork hit the spot. The eggs were soft. I did wish the eggs were a little runny and there was a little had more sauce to add more flavor to my rice. But by all means it was still delicious. Gyudon is the beef bento box, with beef over rice and some sides of pickled veggies and broccoli. The beef was tender and extremely flavorful. The onions and seaweed contributed to the complex flavor of the otherwise plain rice. One complaint I have is the meat-to-rice ratio. In every bowl, there's simply too much rice. Nevertheless, for the unbeatable price ($6.25 for each of the items above; some cost a little more) and authenticity, I would willingly come back again and again. My Japanese friend sees Kaede as a hidden gem that reminded her of home -- a little piece of Japan right here in Lexington!
