I decided to stop by this morning as I was in the area. I got a cocomo which is a coconut mocha drink. The guy at the windows was amazing. He's everything you would want to represent your business. So while I do feel this chain is hyped up like crazy, I was also fairly satisfied with my order. I think they cater more towards folk who love their flavorings, heaps of caffeine, very large sizes, and overall just a different clientele than me. However, even with this I feel they did a pretty good job with the basics as well. Got a cold brew with cold foam and it tasted solid, size was quite large, and prices were fair. Staff were incredibly friendly, service at the drive through was very efficient. While I typically dont do this, I did just go through their nutrition info for the various other drinks (available on their site, its a pdf), and my god some of their offerings truly are shocking with the amount of caffeine and sugar, truly do not understand how some folk drink this stuff regularly but you do you I guess and there's no denying it does taste pretty good. I headed there on a Sunday afternoon and was surprised the line was somewhat long for a weekend however, I am not a frequent coffee drinker unfortunately (so this could be normal). I went to order in-person and everything was fine except the super obnoxiously loud music right outside the ordering window... no idea why. The broista even had trouble hearing us the majority of the time because of that. We ordered pretty basic drinks: a chai and an energy drink. It took them about almost 15 min to get them but I get it, they were busy... plus most of my Dutch Bros interactions domestically have not been the best so this was nice. Very efficient customer service and modern location. The inside looked clean. Overall, 8/10! I will definitely be back at some point as their drinks are lovely. read more

An amazing experience as always! I visited from out of town and I always visit Dutch Bros when I visit a city that has one. Our order was taken by a team member who was kind and helpful and energetic (especially having to stand in the cold). We ordered 3 drinks and they were ready very quickly. I came to this place yesterday because I wanted to get a straw topper, yes the princess one.... Anyway, I ended up getting a Winter Shimmer which is basically like an energy drink with whipped cream (not the usual coffee) and that is when it hit me, this place is unique in that they take coffee up another level. They tend to add more espresso to their drinks than other coffee places and they spike their lemonades and fruity drinks with vitamins, etc. I remember seeing this brand on Undercover Boss and the CEO has like a surfer accent. This place was packed! I am not even sure what kind of deals they have; however, I cannot state that I would frequent this place because of its location. It is kind of hard to get to and near New Circle, which is a crazy area to drive in. People drive so bad. read more

Hoping this chain makes its way to Illinois soon. We stopped in Lexington for a night on our way back from a vacation at the beach in Georgia. I had promised my teenager a stop at Starbucks but was asked to go here instead. "Dad, all my friends stop at one when they travel and post it on TikTok." So glad we stopped -- we walked up to the window rather than the drive through, mostly because we were not familiar with the menu. Coleman, who is the regional director helped us choose our drinks...all were great... my wife ordered one of their sodas, the kid ordered a caramel/vanilla coffee drink. I was boring and just ordered a black coffee. All three were great...i usually order a pikes blend at Starbucks (don't love it, but it's what they always have brewed and ready to go). Dutch Bros was much better (also better than Dunkin). Coleman also gave me a nitro cold brew to try, and that was great as well. The friendly service means we would stop anytime we happen to pass through Lexington in the future. If you live in the area or are visiting, highly recommended. I know the chains don't always offer the charm of a local coffee house, but this one is worth the stop. read more

I wanted to love this place. I received a $2 off coupon so I thought I would give it a try since I was near it. I'm a tea connoisseur, it's what I get when I don't know what else to try. I ordered a large unsweetened black iced tea. Water, tea, ice. This was the most disgusting tea I have ever had in my life. It was almost clear. And the taste made me gag. It tasted like cotton candy and medicine. BUT, the guy who took my order and the guy who brought my tea out to me were SO KIND AND FRIENDLY. So drinks = not great, service = spectacular!! Also, it took forever to get my drink. There were about 4-5 cars in line and it took about 20 minutes. I won't go back, not even with a coupon. Don't get me wrong I love the drinks. However I feel like they should prioritize customers who come to the window. I waited 25 minutes in 30 degree weather for my drink. All cars passed and everyone who ordered at the window just stood there waiting like idiots. The drive thru would have been faster. I've never experienced such aggressive customer service. Please tell your staff to calm down and back off. Don't ask your customers personal questions in the DRIVE THRU. Two people ran up to my car as soon as we pulled in. I asked for physical space, and time to look at the menu, but they kept badgering us. I thought it would be better once I got to the window but it was worse! The cashier was hanging so far out the store window she could have turned my a/c on. She got so close to my face and didn't stop talking. I paid but finally I just couldn't stand it, and sped away from the window crying, without my order. (My partner went back for it.)
