If you visit when the butterflies are in season, make sure to take a stroll to the butterfly house on the side of the building - it's a small, peaceful getaway. Sometimes they even have moths in a cage inside the store, which is always interesting to see. I had the Carbonara and it was amazing, the perfect balance of rich and creamy with lots of guanciali that had been perfectly rendered. The latte sounds incredible on paper but the cinnamon bun flavor didn't quite come through, and while the Eggs in Heaven dish itself is a good concept, my eggs were unfortunately not cooked to my liking. The chocolate was set up hard and the donut was dry and dense. If it were my first time there, I would never come back. Rated them two stars only because I know the potential. Unfortunately, today missed the mark in a huge way. If you have old donuts, give the customer an option to buy day old at a discount or fresh at full price.
