Went in for cold brew but got hot temp beverage because of this issue. 2) Seating area is messy with no one cleaning it during the 1.5 hours we were there. 3) Checkout line goes very slow when there are more than a couple people waiting. 4) Warming the ham & egg croissant my friend tried wasn't enough. Only lukewarm and they didn't finish half of it. The line was too long to ask them for longer warming. 5) Their app wasn't giving rewards on the day we were there. At least they put noticies on the registers, but they should have done this at the entrance where you scan to join the program.
