Happy happy Cold Stone! Love that this location opened about 7 months ago! Today I enjoyed a "Like It" sized cheesecake flavored ice cream mixed with raspberries and scooped into a very fresh waffle cone bowl. The gentleman who served me was very kind and knowledgeable. He recently transferred to the store from a different Florida location. Cold Stone appears to have some new creations (see signs in attached picture), which are comprised of combinations of different types of ice cream with toppings that looked delectable (Reese's and s'mores flavored combos). I tasted their new marshmallow flavored ice cream and decided it was too sweet/rich for my liking. So I ultimately ended up going with my traditional decision, but I was happy with my choice and ate the entire thing for lunch! I will definitely be back, especially knowing that this Cold Stone is conveniently located smack dab in the middle of Carrollwood, and right by some of my favorite little retail shops (ahem..,Once Upon a Child). read more

It's coldstone, need I say more. They have their set flavors they've had for awhile and it hit the spot! Pregnancy cravings just hit different. It is pretty good. Price for the Like it was $6.99 which is high but everywhere you go the prices are increasing. Place wasn't too crowded when we went, so we got ours right away. read more

Had a gift card and wanted to treat a friend to an ice cream concoction. I ordered a Kid's size dark chocolate ice cream with strawberry mixed in. Nothing cutting edge, nothing a fish with half a brain and hands to hold the mixing spoon couldn't do. My friend ordered his ice cream mix in a waffle cone. Total for one painfully plain Kid's size and one mix in a waffle cone: $9.17. Just under TEN DOLLARS for two ice creams?! That $25 gift card will be gone in no time. I will not be a repeat customer after the card is exhausted. The best part of my visit was that I had to ask for a printout of the balance on my card. It wasn't automatically given to me, as it happens at businesses where I will be a repeat customer. My guess is people don't mind shelling out $20 or $30 for ice cream for the kids. read more

I got my ice cream little did I know my grandma watch them sneeze into the ice cream and try to serve it to me after rejecting the ice cream the manager says he's going to put it in the back freezer to serve for someone else I don't know and who is right mind would want to eat ice cream that was sneezed in, that man was so impolite he should be fired how is he even the manager? I arrive to pick it up two hours after it supposed to be ready and get handed the totally incorrect cake. Updating due to the completely rude interaction I had today. I called to place a pickup order and was told by the woman on the phone "ummm no" because she was too busy. To be clear, I wanted to place my order in advance to increase social distancing and spend as little time inside as possible. I wouldn't have minded waiting on hold until she could take the order, I understand that things can get busy. I also found out just now that they have online ordering, which I also would have been happy to do instead if she had mentioned it. This location was really good when it first opened. Ordered online and picked it up. One of the flavors was peanut butter cup perfection. How in the world do you not add the peanut butter cups? I was excited to see this place open back up. We came here today for ice cream. I got the love it sized "birthday cake remix" It's evident the staff doesn't know what they are doing. They are referring to a list of how to make your ice cream-which is fine but a bit of training would help them look confident when they're making your ice cream. What I ended up with was the size of the like it, not the love it. So, I paid for a medium but got a small. A small, small even at that. The brownie she put in my ice cream was smaller than a brownie bite. I'm guessing this is a form of shrink-flation. The Anderson Rd location is far better. All of this ice cream tastes so fresh and delicious. They even attend to people who have allergies. They are so kind and will even go to the back to make your ice cream. I recommend the peanut butter and the cheesecake. I'm looking forward to trying not. read more

It says you should be able to redeem the coupons at this specific location but the owner did not accept them and was not nice about it. By far the SLOWEST service I've ever gotten. There was only six people in front of us when we walked in and we waited over 30 minutes just to get ice cream. Came here on a Wednesday night for some treats and we where very pleased. The employees where very sweet to my boys and let them try multiply favors and where very patient. The cotton candy flavor was very original but reminded me of my childhood with the sweet flavor. There is a good amount of seating inside and the shop is very open with lots of room. We came right before closing and the seating area and prep area where both very clean. I got the dark chocolate ice cream with a brownie and Carmel sauce was extremely delicious. Walking from Melting Pot to Publix, we made it without stopping. Hmmm on the way out it was a different story. I tried, I really did try. There were a vast amount of people outside eating various forms of ice cream & my ice cream habit would not let me pass it twice! We stopped and split a waffle bowl. OMG my favorite ice cream chocolate chip and vanilla, hot fudge, whipped cream, nuts..... so, so great. The ice cream itself had a superior creamy quality. The toppings were top of the line and the waffle bowl was fresh, crispy and perfect. Put it all together and I was in ice cream heaven. Staff was a bit stiff and stoic, but the star, the ice cream was dreamy and perfect. Will I be back to this establishment....I can't wait to return! It was soooo good. Poor .... poor customer service . The guy was in really bad mood for some reason. The place was not busy so the work was not the issue . It was couple providing the service which appear to be the owners. The lady was okay but the guy was very rude and kept looking at us with a bad look. They should go beyond in good customer service especially during this pandemic which businesses are effective by. I do believe in support business, but I do not applaud bad customer service. No mention he made the ice cream with attitude and the cookie dough was missing from the cookie dough flavor requested. If you are looking for a good mix flavor ice cream and good service. Coldstone oh Coldstone, what can a girl say? I love this spot, they have never steered me wrong. I'm usually the indecisive person, but they offer samples, suggestions, and are always patient. I usually get the same thing, chocolate ice cream with strawberries and bananas mixed in. I've been stepping out of my comfort zone and getting their signature specials, I was not disappointed! I love the fact that you can customize any and everything, they also have the best toppings. I love this place and the service is equally as amazing as the ice cream itself. The servings are generous, you pay for it, but it is worth every penny! I also like the fact that they make the ice cream right in front of you so there is no room for error.
