The service was okay, you also order through a window outside. I think they might've been understaffed but the lady at the front was efficient and had our dessert out quick. The ice cream tasted like freezer burn, the cone was stale. I did see another review that said the same thing about the freezer burn and that was years ago, but I guess it's still a problem. My friend got a cookie sundae which was supposed to have a warm cookie and hot fudge but everything was either cold or stale. The ice cream was very very soft so it didn't have that hard ice cream scoop we wanted in scooped ice cream. It reminded me of gelato consistency. I really liked the nutty coconut and mint fudge crunch. Lots of flavors are different than what you would see at other ice crram shops. Once you try it, you will want to come back over and over. I was disappointed in my visit to this location. With the cost of EVERYTHING going up I'm paying more attention to every penny spent. We decided to take my family of 5 out for a treat after attending a memorial service. We ordered several items but the one that left much to be desired was the brownie Sundae.
