This SBux is quite nicely appointed, and never terribly busy (maybe because I go at odd, non-peak times. This most recent visit, the drink was ready when I arrived. SBux does a great job with marketing: every time I want to try something different that they just introduced. This time, it's that Ube foam coconut thing. Well, it sounded better than it was, as it turned out. The ube taste is rather lacking, and I wouldn't say there's much more of the coconut. I did ask for one fewer pump? But see, that's the thing: I want the flavor, but not the sugar. Perhaps they need to separate the two - unsweetened flavoring, with syrup separate. It's a shame this Starbucks is around such a busy area because if there was another one near by with a drive-thru, I would avoid this one at all costs. 8/10 times, they are out of the spinach feta wrap and the drive-thru always takes at least 15-20 minutes. It's clean and the staff are friendly, but you never know what you're gonna get regarding your drinks if you get anything with multiple ingredients. Sometimes the same order comes out tasting like warm milk and other times like nearly black coffee and you never know what you're going to get. Because Starbucks are standardized on their drinks and food, I reviewed here the parking, store, and service. Stopped at this location after an early high school cross-country invitational. Because we were headed inside to order and hangout, I noted the location of the drive-through and parked towards the Lake Mary Blvd. side and away from the entrance to the drive-through. The inside has ample seating for groups, with a combination of individual seating, long tables, and smaller tables with versatile seating. The mobile pickup area is immediately to your left when you walk in which makes it easy to locate, pick up, and leave. The service was very good on this morning. Orders were filled quickly and correctly. The baristas successfully multi-tasked and sped up the process towards the eventual finished drink; and they were pleasant and friendly throughout. The long lines shortened quicker than most stores I've frequented, and I'd have no hesitation in returning here. Last observation: The drive-thru lane was backed up into the parking lot when left. If I could leave less than one star i would. I've repeatedly given this location chances and each time they fall short. I purposely pay for extra oatmilk and espresso for them to not fill my coffee and leave a large space. Then when I ask they always seem frustrated... just make it the correct way in the first place. My croissant did not come out for thirty minutes and when I approached the pickup they hadn't even made it... it makes me think- are they just trying to take my money? 4. Starbucks is great! The coffee and staff are great! This location is painful. The drive thru line wraps all around the building, which makes it difficult to leave the lot sometimes. The parking lot is available for 3 places but the spots are usually taken up. It seems like a better idea to park and walk in to order. read more

So another of the offices I visit is within 4 miles of this Starbucks. I have probably visited this one once or twice. Always packed, I've been better off ordering through the mobile add, parking on the private lot and picking up my mobile order with no hassle. Starbucks is consistent with their drinks and foods and this location is no exception. Not only is the parking lot a mad house, the baristas here take FOREVER to make your drink. I've been here dozens of times and it's always the same. I appreciate they they make them right on for the first time and they do it with a smile! Starbucks is pretty standard across all its locations as far as menu, cleanliness and service. But this one in particular is always VERY busy. There's not another location nearby so this one is always busy with customers. However, they are still very fast in making your drinks whether you order inside, on the app or the drive thru. As any other Starbucks, this place is crazy in the morning. To avoid getting caught in traffic or waiting longer than expected, I highly recommend downloading the app and having your order ready upon arrival. I will say that some orders, "don't go through" and when you arrive they don't see the order so you have to wait anyway. If you like customizing your coffee, and they're out of the ingredient, they won't make the beverage until you arrive. I used the drive through so I can't say much about the inside only that it looked as crowded as the drive through was. It's definitely a busy location since its centered in the business district of Lake Mary. I ordered the hot White chocolate and egg white bites. All together I spent around $13. The hot chocolate was good, my favorite during the holiday season, however the egg white bites were small and disappointing for the price. I asked for a venti water cup with my order. After driving away I go to take a sip of it and see that the lid is dirty making me think that it's a used lid. Not only is there residue in the lid there is also a pretty blatant finger print near where I would put my mouth (it's easier to see in person than the pictures). Stephanie picked up the phone and was rather rude in my opinion after I explained the situation.
