The staff is great! They are attentive, friendly, hard-working, and quick. The coffee is very good. Food is tolerable (one doesn't go to Starbucks for food and their food prep). The music in the Dahlgren store is way too loud and thumpy and distracting. It is more appropriate for a nightclub bar in genre. Volume and annoyance too loud for a quiet coffee shop. I go to Starbucks a fair bit on my way to work traveling across the DMV. This one is lovely. The store feels cozy, clean, accented with well kept plants that feel personal. While all Starbucks' menus are generally equal, customer service and pleasantries may vary. This Starbucks is probably my favorite ever. Sure, they have my caffe latte like the others but their staff - people like Hailey - make this location 5 star. She's been at the drive-thru window the last two times I've visited and is just really, really kind. I don't think Hailey was the voice over the mic taking orders but that gem was a delight too. When traveling - Starbucks is a must. This particular Starbucks has the nicest staff. We stop whenever heading to or back from Maryland for our caramel latte and a sandwich. This one has green plants all around which make it seem comfy and welcoming. Not every Starbucks has kind staff members. This one always does. No matter what time of day or evening. The store is larger than most Starbucks, there is a lot of seating and room to move around. The ingress and egress have been thought out and provide for easy access and departure. There is plenty of parking. This is a full service Starbucks with a drive-thru. I have to say this is one of my favorite Starbucks and worth the drive. read more

I go to this Starbucks every single time I go on a trip, and I usually have a very good experience. They get my drink right and they are very good with their customer service. This trip around I ordered a drink and the lady took my order. Thought I said hot and that was my mistake for not saying the right thing. Well, as am in my car at the drive-through window, there are employees talking about me, and one thing that was said." Imagine a customer sending a drink back and wanting it cold" in a very smart tone. Another comment was made." I just love customers that can't get their drink order, right" very sarcastic sayings. I was bothered by this because I was not asked as I was taking my order Would you like this hot or iced. I also don't appreciate being talked about. I am a customer. I am not an employee that store is lucky. I did not call corporate. Also I heard " I should've spit in her drink" . I never make bad reviews because I have worked in the food industry but when you are talking about a customer right in front of their face and they can hear it. That is your fault. read more

I'm a big fan of Starbucks and this specific location is one of the better ones I have been to. The store is connected to a Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and a mattress store, but its a corner location that has a drive-thru and the location also has some outdoor seating. When you first enter the building you will notice that it's quite large and everything is spread out. It's very clean and organized and you definitely feel comfortable going in. The restrooms are also very clean and spacious, so that's a plus if you are spending some time doing some work in the store. The staff is your typical friendly Starbucks staff and they ensure that they have your order right every time. For those who have never been to a Starbucks, you can get almost anything there from water, sodas, coffee, tea, to donuts, muffins, sandwiches, etc. Everything is very tasty. The only issue like every Starbucks is the price. Everything is very pricey, so you'll be spending almost $10 for a snack and a coffee drink. Again, the drinks, food and staff are great, so you won't be disappointed. If you're in the King George area, I highly recommend stopping at this Starbucks! read more

I've strayed away from Starbucks over the years due to declining service and overpriced, poorly made drinks. This location has sparked a fire in my wallet again as I come here every chance possible. It's the friendliest Starbucks I've ever been to and beverages are made perfectly every time. The drive through moves along quickly and the store is spotless inside. Kudos to whoever runs this location... others should take note. Not much more to add except that they are in an easy to access location. All around good experience every time. read more

I've visited this Starbucks in the past, and I haven't had too much of a memorable experience until today. I went through the drive-thru to get a drink before Christmas shopping. My young son was actually screaming in the backseat and a very sweet employee, a red haired lady, asked me about my day, how my son was, and she wished me a great day etc. I felt like it was probably just a minute of her day, but that minute made my entire day a little brighter, even if it's raining. She even made sure my drink was correct because I told her I'd have issues ordering it in the past. If the manager sees this somehow, give that girl a raise! read more

I stopped by the drive thru window to order a medicine ball tea. Mandy wasn't sure what all was in it. She asked if I had a recipe? I explained I didn't for someone had told me about it. I wasn't feeling well and thought I would give it a try. I told them I would look for it and if I found it I would come in. We looked and located the recipe.
