We ordered two drinks - 1 medium latte with almond milk and 1 - medium latte with sugar free vanilla. They gave us one drink that was iced with sugar free vanilla and regular vanilla, plus protein. I'm not even sure how they screwed up the order this bad, but as a person with gestational diabetes, it's critical that my drinks and food are made properly. Very disappointing! read more

Gaggles of teenagers that are very unaware of customer service in the morning. There were 5 employees working today. 3 doing absolutely nothing. I was waiting for my pickup order and they didn't even recognize or ask me what order I was waiting for for a few minutes and then realized they had it ready in the drive through and not for walk in which it was marked. Any awareness would have cued them to ask a little bit more questions. I was the ONLY customer in the store. Also on a side note and likely not their fault - the food was awful. The new green wrap was on a great promo but why does all of their food taste burnt? My guess is the franchise doesn't clean their ovens. My last time going to a dunkin for food. read more

Ive been coming here for years but it just keeps getting worse. The food taste awful from here? What are they doing back there? Seriously go to to literally any other dunkin than this one. The food consistently taste like cleaning products or chemicals. I ordered bagel minis.. aren't they supposed to be warm? just got the same order from a newer dunkin & it taste way more fresh. Went there with my family for an ice cream treat (they share space with Baskin Robbins). What a friggin disaster. I tried to plan my order ahead of time by using the menu from Baskinrobbins.com only to be told they didn't have not one but 3 of the flavors! Nor does their order board list them because they change so often! C'mon! The lady working the drive they did offer to read the flavors off but read them at the speed of sound. Their ineptness turned what was supposed to be a nice ice cream experience into a freakin joke. Guess who won't be coming back? Thank you food lion for having the ice cream I want! Just came in for coffee. Walked into Dunkin', as the drive thru was backed up around the building. There was no one inside. The cashier told me he could not serve me because they were backed up in the drive-thru, and said he had to serve those guests first! I told him that was reason I came into the building. He then suggested I go thru drive thru to get coffee. DID I MISS SOMETHING?!?! Worst service ever. Manage your staff, manage your work flow. read more

My young child and I came in today for a quick treat. The entire staff greeted us and made my child feel very special. They allowed him to order for himself and patiently assisted him. Store 355814 Went in to buy coffee and sandwich waited 25 minutes. No condiments available for customers asked for ketchup they said they only have 3 packs left to give and you have to ask for sugar nothing is available unless you ask for it. Finally got my bag of food waiter threw it at me on the counter. Asked to speak to manager to view camera he states he did not see the camera shot of the event I said his camera is broke and walked away. Lady comes in from drive through said her Donut order was wrong she never got her correct order and walked out, waiter behind the counter could not differentiate between a Donut order of 6 or 12 confused about the count. Waiter that threw bag at me had no gloves on adjusting her mask and touching the food. This Dunkin Donuts should have its Trademark removed. read more

This is one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I've been to. They have huge banners outside advertising prices in which they do not honor in store. When I told the cashier I was overcharged she commented. Simple order: toasted bagel with cream cheese and a medium coffee. The coffee was hot and fresh, but I had to wait 5 minutes for a new pot. The bagel had a small amount of cream cheese, almost spread like butter-certainly not up to par to any other I've had. read more

I am pretty sure management has changed at this dunkin location. I go there so often throughout the week and get the same thing. Before employees changed I'd get my food and drink in a timely manner considering I'm going through the drive thru. But today it took them 10 minutes just to make my drink. And they made it the wrong size the first time. I was the only one in the drive thru. I'm not sure if I will be coming here as often as I used to. If a store is supposed to open at 5am, why can no customer walk into the store, order their coffee, and wait? This is the question I submitted to the Dunkin' Donuts corporate office because the local store manager could not be located at the store after multiple calls. Well, the issue is still not fixed because out of the last couple of weeks I have attempted to come inside the store so that I didn't have to burn up my gas waiting in their drive thru, at approximately 6:30 am (remember, supposed to be open M-F, 5am - 9pm), and the front door to the establishment was locked every day, except the one time the one young lady came and opened the door when she saw me attempt to enter and the door was locked AGAIN! So, if you need coffee in the morning (before 7am) and don't mind burning up your $4.00+ per gallon fuel waiting through usually long drive thru lines, then this is the place for you. But for the rest of us, there are multiple coffee options in the immediate vicinity that we can stop, park, AND enter the store to make a purchase without burning up a gallon of fuel for a cup of coffee or donuts. read more

Came here with the family for ice cream on two separate occasions and they were out of most of the flavors. My daughter just wanted a scoop of vanilla and they didn't even have that on the first trip. I tried to order a "31 Below" (like a DQ Blizzard) since it's on the menu and was informed that they won't be carrying those at all. The kids working in there are unprofessional. The one that took my order in the drive-thru was carrying on a conversation with one of his coworkers about something he was trying to eat, while I was placing my order. So, I had to repeat the order. Pulled up to the window and they're all walking around like they don't know who is doing what. I spoke to the owner while the drive-thru window was open and he's trying to figure out the demand for the area. Brand new place--looks great. Not a regular doughnut eater, but tried a few. at 8 in the morning. Stocked fully and good service. The doughnut tasted old--and from what I understand they do not make their doughnuts fresh anymore--they get them frozen and they are thawed and then served. I had heard this about this at other convenience stores and I can confirm--one doughnut was even cool to the touch like it had been in the refrigerator. So how did it taste--like a previously frozen thawed doughnut; a light crusty glaze on the outside. I guess it is somewhere cheaper to get them frozen. And if I am wrong, I apologize but from the taste and touch, I would say these doughnuts are frozen and thawed for resale. read more
